A wonderful place in konigsalle, dusseldorf. The area is actually famous for shopping. Almost all of the famous brands are there. You can do your shopping and at the same time you can enjoy spending good moments here.

Tritonenbrunnen:- This fountain depicting the Greek god Triton sits in a city canal surrounded by shops & cafes.The Triton Fountain was created by the Düsseldorf sculptor Friedrich Coubillier from 1898 to 1902 and acquired by the city beautification association for Düsseldorf's Königsallee .The fountain figure of the Greek sea god Triton , armed with a lance, holds back a huge water-spouting fish, which is fought at the side by two small, naked water children. The group of figures rests on artificial rocks and is surrounded on the sides by mussel shells with water-spewing lion heads.

It’s beautiful place Many thin can buy

I visited this place during November end. The statue is good but it is not maintained well. The place and water around the fountain did not look so clean with leaves scattered. Frankly, it was stinking. Probably this place is better during summer. Although this is disappointing there are many branded stores around and good place for shopping.

Wow what a spot.. right in the heart of Düsseldorf surrounded by the city center and the woods there is this spot.. that if you come at night fall there are flocks of green parrots, hundreds of them flying over your heads.. I couldn't capture a good photo, and will post whatever I have, but this was insane. Beautiful spot with a garden on one side and the fountain status on the other and flying parrots zooming all around you.. We stood there for 15 min.. amazing spot!!

This lovely tree lines street also lined by all the luxury brand shops is a shady spot to sit and relax while listening to the water feature. Lovely carved/cast fountain the helps oxygenate the man made canal. It has ducks, geese and a few other fowl birds
