The hotel is very lov, very easy to get around, very stylish decoration, the rooms in my opinion are quite spacious. Breakfast is great, in terms of service, it’s just phenomenal. It is definitely worth returning!

5 star review for a 5 star experience. Every aspect at the Breidenbacher Hof, from valet service, check-in, stay, spa, breakfast, to check-out, is outstanding in terms of quality, service and thought that is given. Personal requests are met to 100% (in my case, some prep for a birthday). Despite the hotel being fully booked, you still have a feeling of privacy. An "oasis" in the heart of Düsseldorf. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Located just off Konigsalle and the park. Beautiful interior and part of small luxury hotels. Fast and warm check in. Went through into the living room which has an executive lounge like concept but for all guest. Has snacks, water, coffee and soft drinks. Was in room 324. Nice view of the building opposite, good size room with a seating area and work desk. Beautiful bathroom with bath tube and separate shower. Breakfast at the duchy restaurant was amazing. Fresh orange juice , also coconut water, good cooked breakfast, nice touch of miso soup with fried dumplings. Good fruit, meat and cheese selection. Nice touch of churros unfortunately it was soggy. Wonderful cake / pastry section. Service was amazing- super attentive. Spa and gym were both amazing. Gym was good size with everything you need on a gym. Spa was super relaxing, nice dry and steam Rooms. The pool water was warm and nice to swim with a side water massage jet. Amazing hotel, location, room, breakfast and service with addition of the gym and spa.

The BEST hotel experience we have ever had! The hotel is exquisite, so easy to get to, the perfect location, wonderful pool and mainly the staff is the best in the industry. We will be back to Dusseldorf just to go to Breidenbacher Hof!

50€ for breakfast is cheap but the Hotel management is shallow minded and does not understand that I hotel guest is very likely to bring a guest for a breakfast so when one pays 500$ a night and then the staff refuses for a guest to have o breakfast even for extra payment then this experience just cancels out entire long stay. - needless to say the guest for breakfast is a Forbes list member - be aware They don't have breakfast for guests!

Worst Experience had so far In any hotel . I Wonder now why all the negative reviews make sense . Unfortunately you are not allowed to go into cigar lounge and Bar area , Even though it was not full they just say yeah ‘ We are reserved only for guests only . Yeah it won’t make any sense if you can’t accommodate local guests on weekends . Better to just write this before someone enters the hotel & not later feels humiliated by the staffs . Would recommend anyone to go to Hyatt or The hotel Kö next street as they have always enough capacity and don’t stereotype guests . It’s the first time felt so humiliated entering in a 5 star property . Sad that Düsseldorf has no better property chain . World hospitality ever seen so far . Hope that Mr. Heydarian and his management team takes notice . I have recommend a lot of our company clients to stay here and genuinely disappointed by the lack of Professionalism .

Hi may I confirm it is still a Capella hotel? I like to book it through Capella's web but do not find it anymore.

The rooms were beautifully designed and decorated. The under floor heating in the bathroom was Devine and the tiling especially in the walking shower was gorgeous. The bed was so soft and comfy that it made getting up undesirable. Having a seating area with couch made the room seem even more inviting. Service was impeccable! We especially enjoyed a special Christmas treat dropped off by the staff. All room service including breakfast was delicious. We have decided to make this a yearly trip.

Staff- 5 out of 5 Location- 5 out of 5 Comfort- 5 out of 5 Food- 0 out of 5, honestly, the room service food was absolutely awful. Comparable to a food made by low end gas station. My son ordered “organic” chicken nuggets and they were straight out of a freezer box, just like his fries. Nothing is house made. Terrible. Especially for what you pay. Do not mistake high prices for quality like we did. Just go to one of the nice restaurants nearby. Breakfast at the duchy the next morning was ok, nothing to write home about. Value - 2 out of 5 Overall, if you want to spend money for the sake of spending money then here’s your place. If you don’t mind spending money but like to see value in it then keep looking. Unfortunately, there’s no Four seasons or Waldorf Astoria

Charming in every way. The staff, the food, the great location. Highly recommend going during the time of Christmas markets. The central location makes an ease of convenience. Also recommend making a reservation for their afternoon tea!

Best hotel in Düsseldorf hands down, and I’ve stayed in quite a few for Euroshop over the last 15 years or so. The hotel bar as well as the Duchy restaurant can easily stand on their own, and presumably do outside of hotel guest patrons. The location is also incredible, off a street reminiscent of the champs elysee in Paris. Also, within a stones throw to the Rhine and the Altstadt (old town) district, known as the longest bar in the world.

Fragen Sie Hotel warum stellen Sie keine Migranten ein ? They like international guests but not international workers. Why only German working here? . I’m not the first and not the last whom had dined the job.. Of course they have Foreigners as cleaner. Oh.Bellboy! Please don’t support them as Guest!

The high tea was my first time. So I didn't know how bad it was until I went to another high tea. The rest of the hotel, I don't know. Just the high tea. It only let you choose one tea and you got a few sugary treats for €100. Probably one of the worst values I've ever had. But the staff was nice.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. The reception service was great and you can tell security and safety are a priority to them. All hotel staff are welcoming and friendly. The location of the hotel is perfect, it's near the main shopping street with a department store right across the street, and it's within walking distance to the river and amusement park. Make sure to ask the concierge for activity recommendations.

I give it three stars because of the receptions even thought she saw us the when we entered the hotel she just ignored us without even asking if we need help or check in and just kept talking to other visitors even when there was another one helping them already and didn’t tell us that breakfast is included in the price of staying ! But the guy who helped with bags was really impressive and fast to carry all the stuff , also the young lady when we went to have breakfast this morning her attitude and smile just made everyone there happy and asked us many times if we need anything else

Truly one of the top 5 hotels in the world in which I have ever stayed. Quality, cleanliness, opulence, superior level of service, attention to every detail, all in an excellent location. Worth every bit of their 5 star rating. Will visit again. Will recommend to friends. Tremendous!

Excellent high tea. Expect fantastic service and aesthetically pleasing and tasty bites. The roast beef sandwich is my absolute favourite and it's not on the menu.

Well, after a little confusion regarding the reservation (done through a reservation website and not entirely accurate) the hotel solved the issue greatly! In general the experience will be unforgettable for me and my family. Thanks to all the people that welcomed and helped us. From the Duty Manager, to the Concierge, the front desk, the doorman, the cleaning team. It was not only a 5 stars hotel experience, but was also very personal. The hotel itself is excellent, a great attention to all details. Sparkling clean everywhere and never too busy. Big rooms, wonderfully decorated. Nice bathroom. Good lounge area with complementary drinks and snacks. The spa experience was also great, specially the indoor swimming pool. Overall 5 stars well deserved! We will be back for sure!

Best Hotel in Dusseldorf and it is not an easy job considering the competition, which I have already experienced. Everything is superlative, maybe excepting breakfast which might be a little more diverse.

Beautiful hotel with excellent eye for detail. The employees were clearly well selected to complete the atmosphere. The breakfast had everything you can imagine, and there are additional options available from the menu. The beautiful live piano music emanating from the cocktail lounge during high tea was a treat as well. The staff clearly look after their visitors and do their utter best to make for a perfect experience. Overall we had a wonderful and relaxing experience and left with a very positive feeling and pain in our hearts to say goodbye. We will make it a habit to return to the Breidenbacher Hof hotel.

The hotel is always a charm. Great location, great service and great choices of dining in if you don't want to venture out in the city. Walking distance from the fashion avenue and to Altstadt
