Salespersons very uninterested. No attention to customers whatsoever, one was doing her own make-up, while customers were waiting. Some others were chitchatting with each other. I needed just one thing, but after waiting 15min with no help, decided to leave and buy it elsewhere.

nice Perfume store in downtown of Düsseldorf not all my searched brands were avaible here unfortunatelly like Perris of Monte Carlo or Le Labo but service and choice is nice

Very bad attitude with english speaking tourists. The young lady refused to even answer a simple question, although she could clearly understand & reply in English Dear owner, you should really think twice before hiring such people with 1980's mentality in Königsallee 🤣🤣

Love this place the personal is very friendly and helpful! We went there for picking up the Christmas gifts. We had different perfums sets and skin care products and we are quite satisfied with the reseanable prices for such decent sets they offered there!

Out of all the Douglas in Germany... this is the worst. The employees at this location have their noses in the air because it is the flagship store. Sorry, I would rather go into any of their other locations. Additional they lack a lot of brands that they carry in their other locations. Honestly it does not even deserve one star.

The new store design is supposed to be for the younger generation, and yet they don't allow people to take pictures in-store which is ironic for a generation who likes to share on social media. Also the store manager is very rude. I expect a flagship store to have highly engaged staff to deal with customers but the store management is very rude and unprofessional especially in this store! That's a shame!
