I was there for permanent hair removal on my upper body. I received a very warm welcome and the treatment was painless. I was well informed before the treatment and during the treatment I was repeatedly asked whether everything was okay. Very nice and competent team. Will definitely do multiple sessions. UPDATE: Unfortunately I have to deduct 2 stars after my 3rd treatment. 1 star for the fact that it was my turn about 30 minutes after my appointment and 1 star for the fact that my cheek was burned and a burn blister formed as a result. The laser machine was way too hot. The strength level was turned down but it was still too hot. This was probably because it was in constant operation before my treatment. It is therefore better to make an appointment very early and avoid overheating the laser machine. Otherwise the first 2 treatments went very well.

I went there for the first time today for permanent hair removal. I was pretty nervous, but I felt super comfortable. The studio was clean, the employee was friendly and explained everything well. The treatment was completely painless. I also quickly found a parking space. I am satisfied and would like to come back.
