Never again. UNFRIENDLY. I was planning to go there with my best friend, so I decide to book for a weekend, and I am gone personally there, the hammam is pretty close to my place. A lady at the reception took my reservation for the next Sunday. On Sunday I was there, there was another lady, she barely answered to my "Hello" on the entrance, then when I said I reserved she told pretty annoied they accept no reservations, there is no way I could reserve,but I was there personally. By the way there was spots free so she explained us the offered treatments ,when we decided for the basic one, she looked at us like we were two homeless, really rude. After that she showed us the place to leaves our clothes, I asked her if she could talk in German , as my best friend doesn't speak English. The lady said English is not required in Germany (Dusseldorf lives of business tourism and trade fairs but probabily she doesn't know it). She explained fastest as possible how it works the program, wenn I asked one question, she said she already told me and I had to pay attention to what she says. 😱 When we were ready she showed us the hammam, she brought us to the workers and explained them we paid for the basic program, during the sauna she continously showed up to let the workers wash us, as we pay just for the basic package and this include 2 hours and not a minute more. Then we are gone to the ladies and repeated again we Just paid for the basic service, than she discussed loudly with one of them in a language I don't know. At the end we were no relaxed, we finished in less than two hours and we decided to don't go there again. I was so excited to have finally a nice hammam close to my place but I will go back to the other one, where I used to go previously, same prices and much kinder people.

This is a beautiful Hamam which is centrally located near the Koenigsallee. It is very clean, which for me is very important. It is beautiful decorated and has a lovely atmosphere. The relaxation area is cosy and offers delicious tea and water to refresh and chill. The quality of the peeling and the massage is great. You feel welcome and get nice treatments. The owners are very hospitable and make sure you are well treated. Overall a great place to relax and renew. I will difinitely go there again!

Relaxing place in good location! Was busy though so it is good advice to come before opening to be first. The women working there that makes soup peeling are really friendly and do professional work! Recommend to use and make a massage.

Nice place, great to unwind. Some points could be improved, including friendliness of the receptionist and not putting two strangers for a massage next to one another. To my comment the receptionist said there was no other place although another massage rooms were free exactly at that moment. This set me off as the "last impression"

Come alone during weekdays and you will get the full experience. I’ve never felt so calm and relaxing in my whole life. Thankful

It was very loud, crowded and cramped. All the women were talking and unfortunately it was difficult to relax. The waiting time for Kesse was 1.5 hours. Unfortunately there was no door between the waiting area and the scrub room, which resulted in a lack of privacy. You could see the women having saucy treatments. That was uncomfortable. but I give 5 stars for Ms. Emre – she was great.

I always look forward to a visit to the hammam. I usually book the medium package. After the entire treatment, the skin is like new and you feel relaxed. I really like it there, everyone is very nice, the two bosses are also nice and always ask if everything is OK. The only thing that bothers me is that one of the bosses every now and then scares the customers away to use the treatments more quickly if they are in a quiet room Sits .but overall I would definitely recommend it, it's worth it.

We celebrated a JGA there with 12 people. Reserved in advance and paid the deposit for 10 people. Luckily I can't agree with the negative reviews. It's true that sometimes there was something lost and didn't know what to do. But you could always ask the ladies in the hammam. We also asked several times. We were all very satisfied. The lady at the reception was very friendly and the ladies in the hammam area were also really nice. The full body cleansing with Kese and the massage were bomb. Afterwards we celebrated and danced with music in the relaxation room by prior arrangement. We had a very nice evening. Based on my personal experience, I can 100% recommend this place. Thank you!!

Unfortunately, I didn't have a nice experience in this hammam and would rather visit the others in Düsseldorf. The lady at the reception couldn't be called more unfriendly, she went far beyond that. I would not recommend her continuing to work with clients. The high point was that she kicked us out after less than 2 hours (booked package for 4 hours) because she wanted to close earlier. Still 2 stars for the friendly ladies who did the peeling/massages, they were great.

I would like to comment on our visit to the hamam yesterday: Yesterday was our first and pleasant visit to the Argan Garden hamam. I can only rave about the hammam and the experience. If you want to treat yourself to a nice relaxing day, then bundle up with your loved ones and head to this hammam. After our visit, I felt like I had left all my worries and thoughts there. I came out with great joy and satisfaction. So in short, great atmosphere, very nice and friendly employees. A place where you feel like you are in the Orient. I really relaxed in the relaxation room with the delicious tea. Without exaggerating: a really great experience. The owner also sat down with us for a short while and kept us company and had a nice chat with us. Kind regards to the entire team at the Argan Garden hamam in Düsseldorf.

Best hamam I've ever been to! Clean, beautifully decorated and extremely relaxing environment! The staff is welcoming, helpful and extremely talented! Although I have loved all of my massages from the ladies there, Umma's hands are from the heavens! I always ask for Umma if she's there when I go. Definitely, definitely, definitely go to THIS HAMAM and take all of your favourite ladies with you!

I was there yesterday, it's the best experience ever. I really enjoyed the exfoliating session with the moroccan black soap and also the massage session. I went out as a brand new girl. I really like the staff there they are very kind and even I don't speak German they were really kind and speak English with me. I felt very welcome and I spent 3 hours like in heaven. I will comeback for sure.

Normally I never submit any applications, but I have to write something here. Yesterday my friends and I visited the Argan Garden Hamam and I can't describe how beautiful it was. We booked package 2 and were absolutely pampered. All the employees were very nice and treated us like family. All applications were simply indescribably beautiful. There were other guests there too, but no one got in each other's way. Everything is well organized and thought out. The atmosphere is very relaxed. We will be back definitely. I can only recommend the hammam with the lovely ladies. Thank you so much you beautiful souls🥰💐❤️

If you are looking for relaxation, you should look for it somewhere else. I went to this hammam for the first time today. I had made an appointment for 1 p.m. and asked whether I could upgrade my voucher (Application 2) to Application 3 with an additional payment. This was answered in the affirmative. When we got there, we were told that the upgrade was unfortunately not possible because it was too full that day. Annoying after a half hour drive. I was then handed a cloth, a peeling glove (5€) and a small container with a liquid (I later thought it was probably olive soap) with the words “You know your stuff”. I said no and said it was my first time there. I was then sent down the corridor to arrive in a kind of changing room. Since the other guests were changing there, I did the same. When I arrived at the application area, I didn't know where to go or when and where an application should take place. You are simply left completely alone without any explanation etc. I then spoke to other guests who told me that they were also there for the first time and were just as lost as I was. That's basically how my entire stay went. I looked for employees and rooms and asked about applications. Unfortunately, the hammam became extremely crowded during this time, so you had to wait a long time for your peeling. When it was my turn I was simply dismissed. My application was significantly shorter than that of the woman I met while waiting. I was brought in a few minutes after her and finished a few minutes before her. I later learned that she had received a really good massage during the ablution, from what seemed to be the only competent member of staff, “Esma”. Afterwards I got a mediocre massage for which I had to wait half an hour. Overall, I spent half of my time there waiting. The sauna is nice, but like the rest of the hammam, it is noisy. Unfortunately the entire stay was disorganized, loud and busy and not at all relaxing. In an establishment where you pay solely for relaxation, this is of course more than bad. Even if it was busy that day, as an operator you have to plan better or you won't be able to charge the same price as other days. It's a shame, because the rooms themselves are actually nice.

This hamam is incredible. It looks understated from the outside, but inside it is magic. The staff are kind, welcoming and geniuses at what they do. I never go to spas, etc., but a friend recommended Argan Garden and we went together. The experience was mind-altering. The owner at the front desk welcomes you as if you are their long-lost child. The women that guide you upstairs treat you as if you are the best version of the human you wish you could be. And you want to be a better human because of this. After steaming in the sauna with the other women in this close and warmhearted community, a woman with kind eyes scrubs every dead skin cell off your body until you are a shining new person - the most optimal version of yourself that you could be - and you reenter the world wanting to make it a better place with this new body the women in this spa have gifted you with. The whole experience actually changed my life a little. After drinking some of their tea and relaxing for a while in their lounge, I left this hamam - with warm-hearted waves from their team - and had to reconsider my entire purpose in life. I'm not even joking. I had ideas for new artwork and felt full of fresh life, ready to live again and be the best version of myself. It's as if they recharge you from your very soul. This place isn't just a spa it is an entire experience and community of warm, kind humans. Thank you Argan Garden Hamam for so much inspiration and such a good experience. Everyone has to experience this at least once in their life. Forget about Disneyworld. Go to this hamam.

In our favor, the other hammam was full, which is why we came here. I can NOT understand the reviews regarding hygiene at all. The ambience is great, Hygiene was taken into account from start to finish, The team is just great, very friendly and helpful! I've already got two vouchers for Christmas and from today on I'll only be coming to your hammam! If you want to have a nice day with your girls, this is the place for you (but if you come without an appointment you will have to wait a long time) Thank you very much for everything, dear argan garden hamam team!!!

If I do a hammam day, it will only be with this one! You are warmly welcomed and introduced. During your stay you will be asked several times and checked to see if everything is OK. The peeling and massage are more than good. The oriental decor is simply beautiful. Pure relaxation. I highly recommend it!

The lady at the reception was very unsympathetic and discussed normal questions. We were often told not to shower often because of the water. The steam bath was often switched off. Despite everything, the peeling and massage were great.
