If
you
are
looking
for
relaxation,
you
should
look
for
it
somewhere
else.
I
went
to
this
hammam
for
the
first
time
today.
I
had
made
an
appointment
for
1
p.m.
and
asked
whether
I
could
upgrade
my
voucher
(Application
2)
to
Application
3
with
an
additional
payment.
This
was
answered
in
the
affirmative.
When
we
got
there,
we
were
told
that
the
upgrade
was
unfortunately
not
possible
because
it
was
too
full
that
day.
Annoying
after
a
half
hour
drive.
I
was
then
handed
a
cloth,
a
peeling
glove
(5€)
and
a
small
container
with
a
liquid
(I
later
thought
it
was
probably
olive
soap)
with
the
words
“You
know
your
stuff”.
I
said
no
and
said
it
was
my
first
time
there.
I
was
then
sent
down
the
corridor
to
arrive
in
a
kind
of
changing
room.
Since
the
other
guests
were
changing
there,
I
did
the
same.
When
I
arrived
at
the
application
area,
I
didn't
know
where
to
go
or
when
and
where
an
application
should
take
place.
You
are
simply
left
completely
alone
without
any
explanation
etc.
I
then
spoke
to
other
guests
who
told
me
that
they
were
also
there
for
the
first
time
and
were
just
as
lost
as
I
was.
That's
basically
how
my
entire
stay
went.
I
looked
for
employees
and
rooms
and
asked
about
applications.
Unfortunately,
the
hammam
became
extremely
crowded
during
this
time,
so
you
had
to
wait
a
long
time
for
your
peeling.
When
it
was
my
turn
I
was
simply
dismissed.
My
application
was
significantly
shorter
than
that
of
the
woman
I
met
while
waiting.
I
was
brought
in
a
few
minutes
after
her
and
finished
a
few
minutes
before
her.
I
later
learned
that
she
had
received
a
really
good
massage
during
the
ablution,
from
what
seemed
to
be
the
only
competent
member
of
staff,
“Esma”.
Afterwards
I
got
a
mediocre
massage
for
which
I
had
to
wait
half
an
hour.
Overall,
I
spent
half
of
my
time
there
waiting.
The
sauna
is
nice,
but
like
the
rest
of
the
hammam,
it
is
noisy.
Unfortunately
the
entire
stay
was
disorganized,
loud
and
busy
and
not
at
all
relaxing.
In
an
establishment
where
you
pay
solely
for
relaxation,
this
is
of
course
more
than
bad.
Even
if
it
was
busy
that
day,
as
an
operator
you
have
to
plan
better
or
you
won't
be
able
to
charge
the
same
price
as
other
days.
It's
a
shame,
because
the
rooms
themselves
are
actually
nice.
