Today
I
was
a
guest
in
the
Royal
Beauty
Lounge
for
the
first
and
unfortunately
for
the
last
time!
Once
again
I
put
myself,
as
a
trained
beautician,
in
the
hands
of
strangers
and
was
more
than
disappointed!
The
reception
of
new
customers
is
warm,
you
are
not
greeted
with
a
handshake
and
the
owner
(with
whom
I
had
the
appointment)
didn't
think
it
was
necessary
to
introduce
herself
to
me
by
name.
I
replied
that
it
was
pretty
cold
outside
-
make
yourself
comfortable!
I
did
that.
There
was
a
plus
point
when
she
asked
me
if
I
had
had
this
type
of
treatment
before,
but
when
I
answered
no,
she
didn't
think
it
was
necessary
to
explain
to
me
what
was
being
done
and
what
risks
there
might
be!
If
I
wasn't
an
expert
I
wouldn't
have
a
clue
what
to
expect!
The
treatment
started
with
a
damp
towel
being
held
over
my
face!
(Unfortunately
this
isn't
ideal
either)
When
it
comes
to
cleaning
out
my
pores,
she's
not
squeamish
with
her
nails
done!
The
studio
is
beautifully
furnished.
If
she
had
put
as
much
effort
into
the
treatment
as
we
did
into
setting
up
the
studio,
it
would
have
been
perfect!
Unfortunately
there
are
no
separate
rooms,
just
separate
areas!
The
music
isn't
very
relaxing
and
I
think
it's
intended
to
encourage
you
to
dance!
Unfortunately,
because
there
are
no
separate
rooms,
you
can
constantly
hear
a
colleague
lighting
up
one
butt
after
another
in
the
next
room!
In
the
other
room
you
can
hear
a
colleague
talking
on
the
phone
with
a
loudspeaker
in
a
language
I
don't
understand!
And
even
during
my
20
minutes
of
relaxation
with
a
mask
on
my
head,
I
unfortunately
have
to
listen
to
a
conversation
between
her
and
some
friend
in
the
reception
area!
Unfortunately,
I
have
to
cancel
the
follow-up
appointment
because
my
hair
is
not
protected
from
all
the
preparations
with
a
cap
or
band
as
usual
and
I
have
to
go
home
first
to
wash
my
hair!
I
also
find
it
unusual
that
you
can't
pay
with
an
EC
card
for
sums
that
can
go
well
over
100
euros!
Anyone
who
advertises
pure
luxury
on
their
website
should
also
offer
luxury
and
such
faux
pas
should
not
happen
to
them!
And
as
a
little
tip
from
professionals
to
non-professionals!
During
cosmetic
treatments
you
ask
the
guest
whether
it
is
pleasant
and
not
“is
that
okay?”
