Warum seid ihr so Kundenunfreundlich aufgebaut? Es gibt keine Sitzmöglichkeiten, keine kleinen Ablageplätze wo man mal in Ruhe seine Einkaufstaschen und Beutel sortieren kann. Keine Massage Sessel, keine Verweilplätze, gar nichts. Aber nicht etwa weil kein Platz ist, die Plätze sind verfügbar, man beschloss allerdings sie einfach leer zu lassen. Ich war in so vielen Ländern, und nirgends habe ich so eine fehlende Service und Kundenorientiertheit erlebt als in Deutschland. In anderen Ländern wäre das ein Unding, man macht es praktisch für die Kunden, und nicht so unbequem. Auch die Toiletten musste ich 20 Min suchen da die Schilderung nicht klar ist ↑⇖ und man das WC Symbol von weitem auch nicht sieht. Da nicht vorhanden. Nur ein einziger Aufkleber direkt an der Toilette. Insgesamt kein schönes Einkaufserlebnis. Auch in vielen Läden, zB Mediamarkt, Fehlerhafte oder keinerlei Beratung, keine Freundlichkeit, mehr als die Hälfte der Geräte nicht angeschlossen und zum testen nicht Funktionstüchtig, überall fehlen die Preisschilder, viele leere Regale. Da fragt man sich schon weshalb man es nicht einfach genau so macht wie alle anderen und einfach online shoppt. Normalerweise schreibe ich immer sehr viele positive Bewertungen, aber in den Düsseldorfer Arcaden war ich heute sehr enttäuscht, das war überhaupt kein angenehmes Erlebnis.

Das ist genau nach meinem Geschmack, es gibt eine Menge von gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten da ist für jeden ein passendes Geschäft dabei und zu Essen gibt es auch schöne Geschäfte was dieses Anbieten. Ob Aldi oder Media Markt alles ist vorhandenen ich werde hier nicht alle aufzählen, zum Center selber es ist sehr Sauber hier und bei der Information wird man sehr freundlich Begrüßt und die passende Info ist schnell vorhanden. Es kann hier nichts schief laufen man muss nur Zeit mitbringen. Kurze Wege zur U-Bahn und Bushaltestellen sind vorhanden es muss nicht immer die Stadt-Mitte sein einfach einen Besuch abstatten,und Bummeln.

Ein Kaufhaus wie es viele schon gibt. Mit vielen kleinen Geschäfte welche sich auf ganz bestimmte Produkte spezialisiert haben. Auch für das leibliche Wohl ist ausreichend gesorgt. Alles da was das Herz begehrt, mehr geht es kaum noch.

Das Geschäft hat drei Etagen, sehr groß, schön und gemütlich. Es gibt ausreichend auch Toiletten, Untergeschoss, sehr sauber. Große Auswahl von den Abteilungen, sowie Rituals, dm, H&M, C&A , Apotheken, Aldi, Müller, und v.m., sodass breite Palette von den Wahren (von A bis Z) kann man sich da treffen. Zwischendurch was essen oder trinken bietet die erste Etage. Also von mir ist nur zu empfehlen.
