A canteen style restaurant serving various authentic Japanese meals, sushi, bento box, udon, and many more. I ordered the bento set and it brought me back to my college time in Japan. As you would expect, the staff was welcoming and absolutely friendly.

The restaurant is efficiently organized, clean, serves delicious food and at reasonable prices. The service is friendly and fast. There are no steps or stairs to get into the restaurant. There are toilets, which you can also use for 0,50€ if you are not a customer.

A bit strange place: no design inside, only white walls. We were evening there and there was a queue and stuff was not really organised, seemed like a chaos...we were confused where to wait, where read a whole menu etc. Outside there ar tables to eat) bowls were tasty and the soups very salty. Most bowls are with chicken or beef. Lifehack: they have a lot of take aways foods like sushi (which you can by in pieces, 0.8-2 euro piece), bowls with rice and many things to enjoy near the river;)

You can choose the sushi yourself and pay at last before u start eating. The staffs were very nice in helping to take out all the plastic wraps of the sushi. Good quality of the sushi. But not excellent. Tempura are the foods must eat after deep dried immediately instead of using microwave to reheat. Regret to order 🍤, vege tempura was still acceptable but sure not the prawn one. Should have try the udons but very full already.

Ordered the Kitsune Udon. The noodles seemed freshly made in house, the broth was light on salt yet very flavorful and delicious and complimented the spring onions rather well. The tofu was very well marinated, sweet and had a very good texture as well. Plus the whole meal seemed to have pretty good value as well.

Great restaurant with lots of seating and good food quality. Dishes were prepared quickly, too. They also offer lots of takeaway options, starting at premade Onigiri up to full bento boxes. Katsu-don and Avochiki-don were both amazing dishes. Definitely a recommendation if you want good Japanese food.

I went to the mall location in between work meetings and loved it so much that I visited this location. I also was on the hunt for hamachi and was so happy to find it here 🤤🍣 The space is a lot bigger and has more seats in the back. It seems that the menu is a lot longer, with more variety of bento boxes and warm plates. Sushi and nigiris seemed to have a lot more options as well. Once again, this place is also a cash only establishment. So come prepared!

No Visa ! Only EC in Germany. Very good restaurant with decent amount of options. Super comfortable for eating as a lone traveler. Friendly staff and prices are fair. 10-17 Euro for a meal.

As an avid fan of Japanese food we had to try this restaurant. There is a limited number of meals, and we tried a couple. I must say the ones we tried were very tasty also quite attractively priced. Really enjoyed it here and will definitely come again.

Tasty noodles. A pity they don't accept international credit cards. Otherwise I world have given 5 stars. Very friendly staff.

The best restaurant on the Japanese street of Düsseldorf. The only difference is you pay euro instead of yen here. Just think, they even have shichimi (a Japanese pepper powder) for your udon noodles.

Japanese-run, fresh and delicious Japanese cuisine. Much better than Baba Sushi which was mediocre at best.

Small (self service) restaurant offering a great variety of sushi and bento box dishes for takeaway in the first half of the restaurant. In the second half you can choose from several Don (with Rice) and Udon (with noodles) Bowl dishes (with probably a lot more to choose from outside of the crowded Japan day in Düsseldorf). Very tasty rice bowls for a very fair pricing. The interior looks a little "plain" and together with the self service system adds to a similar feeling like a canteen - but the food and pricing perfectly makes up for that.

We had a very big order from here. Came on time, sushi was very average and they put too many ginger and wasabi instead of sushi.

we had the teriyaki chicken udon and the gyoza udon and all I can say is: it was awesome!! also, I loved the modern still cultural look of the restaurant and the big variety of bentos to choose from :)

The tuna don was so good!! And only €11 on that day. So tender and juicy. Service was good. Relaxing atmosphere too. Self service Edit- third time there..they forgot my miso soup that came as part of the set :((

A very good Japanese Supermarket in Düsseldorf, you can find almost everything that a normal size supermarket in Japan has. It has also some nice obentos to go, whic is never a bad plan for day trips.

It is quite hardly suffering that the attitude they are. When I enter/leave, there is no salutations to me. When I oder something, I can feel their unwillingly service. They may want to teach me something : when I remember this „special experience“ I even meditate: it was I made some wrong deserve this?

Tasty and quick solution for your sushi night. Especially it was fascinating to see how they warmed my mackerel sushi with fire. Next time, I want to go on a picnic with their sushi box :)
