Ich bin schon seit einiger Zeit bei OPTIMICE und kann es nur jedem empfehlen. Die 3 Minuten erscheinen mir an dem einen Tag sehr lang 😄 und an einem anderen Tag gehen sie super schnell vorbei 🤷🏻‍♀️. Ich habe nach der Kryotherapie immer richtig viel Energie und das Erstaunlichste: im Winter habe ich danach noch für einen langen Zeitraum ein Wärmegefühl, im Sommer kühlt es angenehm nach. Probiert es aus und überzeugt Euch selbst davon 😉

Ich gehe jetzt schon seit ca. 3 Monaten in die Eissauna und bin begeistert! Es ist vor dem Sport leistungssteigernd und nach dem Sport hilft es zur Regeneration. Zudem hat sich mein Hautbild verbessert und ich fühle mich einfach unglaublich gut nach einer Session. Das es so einen positiven Effekt hat, konnte ich vorher nicht glauben. Es ist echt der Wahnsinn! Soviel zur Eissauna im allgemeinen... Ich habe jetzt auch schon die ein oder andere Eissauna natürlich ausprobiert und muss sagen ich fühle mich bei Optimice mit Abstand am wohlsten. Die Inhaber sind total nett und nehmen sich sehr viel Zeit für die Beratung. Man fühlt sich absolut sicher und merkt einfach, dass sie Ahnung von dem was sie tun haben. Alles ist sehr modern und einladend eingerichtet und was ich ganz besonders positiv finde ist das man mit seinem kompletten Körper in der Kammer ist und nicht der Kopf oberhalb raushängt. Man geht erst von der einen Kammer in die andere Kammer. Ich denke durch das System von 2 Kammern entsteht auch nicht so ein Eisnebel, dass man nichts mehr sieht. Daher fühle ich mich dort auch nie beklemmt oder eingesperrt. Und was ich noch besonders hervorheben möchte, ich bin am 12.08.2022 ohne Termin dort erschienen, ich hatte wirklich starke Schmerzen da ich es beim Sport einfach übertrieben hatte. Mir ging es richtig schlecht. Trotz das alles mehr als ausgebucht war hat man mir, aufgrund meines Zustandes, noch ein Session möglich gemacht. Nochmal vielen Dank dafür!
