It's a big clothing store with floors for males,females and kids. Most of the times it is really crowded (especially when it's a sunny day) and it might be a bit noisy as well, so you might want to visit in the mornings. I would avoid evenings and weekends since people are less busy then and like to spend time shopping. I think the store needs to be better organised as you'll find clothes from different sections hanging where they don't belong. The prices are good as you would expect from a primark store (more or less same as in England). I would recommend it if you were looking for everyday day clothing.

Good selection of items at reasonable prices. Good store layout with escalator, stairs and lift spread over 4 floors. There could be more chairs for husband's to sit on when waiting for their wives. The queue to pay is also ridiculous! More tills need to be in operation.

How am I supposed to find anything in this mess? You should hire more workers to keep clothes organised or something. I left the store immediately and went to C&A because looks like they actually have workers that keep the store clean and organised.

Today at 17:48 the cashier on the 0 floor refused to give the paket because I had a bag. I tried to explain to her that I needed a bag to buy groceries and asked for a paper paket, but she refused. It was very insulting, the cashier woman was extremely rude and aggressive, ruined my mood. Until now, I was a fan of your store, but unfortunately your things are not worthy of such an attitude towards people, I will not come to your store again!

Primark is a good store, but there’s also a lot of moms with children and noisy all the time..people there absolutely messy, and because of them clothes is everywhere..poor workers

I never visited this shop, I think the products are for students or young people. I heard that we can find good pilots.. I bough the hard one.. quality/ price are fair enough. I recommend the pilots from this shop. I never tried any other productions. The employee in the home article's section was helpful and very kind.

Mistreatment, we are tourists and of course the vaccination certificates will be from our country. They did not let us in and did not allow us to talk either. We entered all the shops with the same paper. The best C&A store is a better treatment and I enjoyed shopping in it

It’s a shame! In a full dog friendly city where you can go for a Michelin star dinner with your dog, they told us that we should leave our small dog outside alone in order to enter the shop. Very disappointed. Fortunately, C&A and New Yorker (in the next corner) are full dog friendly and you can go for shopping with your dog!

Not as much variety for mens clothing as for women. Most of mens clothing was informal wear. Not good quality and onlh the cashiers in the 0 floor were open.

Kids clothes very good quality and cheap. Always something on discount. Clothes for men and women are olso good quality and the prices are more then ok. Very nice and polite staff😁

They didn’t allow me to try the clothes cause the shop was closing (it’s 6 pm and they close at 7 pm). They allow to get inside a girl that came after me with a bag full of clothes and shoes, but not me that only had 2 skirts.I said if I don’t try it I’m not able to buy it, they said they don’t care. Terrible service.

Terrible. Worst experience I've ever had. I come to Germany as a tourist to spend my money on shopping, but in this store I only received mistreatment for not knowing German, no one can even explain you in basic English and, in addition, I was held for 15 minutes in the fitting rooms for some clothes hangers that my clothes DID NOT have. I like Primark, but it's my first and last time in Dusseldorf.

The shop itself is okey but there are huge queues at the counters which makes buying one thing take 20 minutes at least queuing up.

It is nice to shop in the morning and especially in the starting of week, because there are fresh lots and you can get all sizes of your clothes available, otherwise after noontime, the sale things get messy and the size of your clothes are not available!
