The Hall itself was fine with several food options and drinks in mega expensive cups. The parking and communication around it was horrendous. Traffic Jam until you reach parking 1 and 2 only to find it full and blocked being redirected to parking a km away for another traffic Jam. Where when exiting the few exits can't keep up adding another hour before leaving. Will avoid this venue whenever possible in the future.

A big hall suited for a large audience. I went there for Final Fantasy: Distant World concert. I'm no expert, but sadly the hall is not suitable for orchestra I would say. You can notice the difference in sound quality compared to being in a orchestra hall.

Amazing concert but the venue is the worst I have ever visited. I waited over 1.5 hours for my jacket which I had to pay 3€ for in the first place. There were FOUR people working at ONE coat check for a sold-out concert (later, a few more joined them). Plus the queue was very unorganized and only after well over an hour, they had the idea of enforcing some sort of order. I would rather go from Düsseldorf to Berlin for a concert than to go here again, at least when it's cold and I need to wear a jacket. Don't go if you can avoid it.

Very good place for concerts as it's not too big. One star off as there isn't enough parking space available. Also limited choices of (boring) food and all fast food.

Great concert venue with space for around 7000 in the audience. The sound is excellent and there is a mix of standing room and seats. The facilities are good too, with ample restrooms and food and drinks.

Good sized concert hall. Fine sound quality. Poor seats.

nice concert place. for once, clean and cleanable toilets for women (and MANY, so no queue for the ladies!) some seats were broken tho, which made it tough to sit and enjoy the concert. but it sounded nice quality wise and the proximity to the transports is a huge bonus.

Decent venue. Spacious enough. Bathrooms galore. Bit too warm inside. Sound quality not exceptional. Drinks extortionate.

The concert was awesome, but probably the worst venue I've ever been at. I've been going to concerts about 40 years. This was for a 5 Seconds of Summer concert. Security had not thought out crowd control in advance and seemed overwhelmed - and just didn't have their @#t together We had a standing place, which got really crowded and really hot..even more so than we were expecting!!. People around us kept sitting down to get some cooler air and security didn't even check if they were ok. Thank goodness the concertgoers were looking out for each other. No air conditioning at all, not many food/drink venues, outrageous prices. We'll be hitting Köln, Brussels, or Amsterdam in the future for concerts!!

The location is ok but the Parking and the explanation of it is terrible. The Sound is ok but not good for a location that size. Watched chainsmokers there, lightshow was amazing thow, even it is most likely not from the location.

Great place for concerts. Visited The Prodigy performance. Parking 8€. Would be nice to put more parkomats around. Spend 10 minutes outside to pay for parking. Or make it via the app. Arena is precious. A lot of sitting places available.

I came here for Genshin Concert 2024. I would say this is a great venue unfortunately the entrance for this event was somewhat disorganized and hence clunky. Inside there is a place to leave your coat and some stalls that sell some simple food like Brezn, Curry Wurst and Popcorn (I am not sure if they are available for all events). They are not super pricey but also not cheap. The acoustic was great and the AC worked very well, at the start it was getting warm but then they realized that and soon enough the temperature went back to a pleasant level and stood there the whole event. The place is also very well connected with public transportation to the S-Bahn and to the U-Bahn.

Right next to the tram and S Bahn, lovely venue, great acoustics, you can buy drinks and food with Card, inside vendors bring around beer but they accept only cash, I have been to a few concerts here and it is great

Staff is absolutely untrained in crowd control and queues were chaotic and spread all across the space and when they get guided the staff is cold and unresponsive to questions. Even the booth placement was in positions where it caused overcrowding in the whole foyer instead of spreading them out in other areas where they had lots of empty space. The event itself was nice.

The location is super convenient, very close to the station. Garderobe costs 3 Euro per position. Keep in mind, that if you have a backpack and a jacket, you will pay 6 Euro (this was a little unexpected for me). Beer is same as in the most other venues, 6 Euro +Pfand (3). The hall is divided into two zones: closest to stage is a VIP zone, where there are circle pits and beer. Then a little further usual zone, where everything is mostly not so crazy, one just should pay attention to the crowdsurfers. If you are tired, then you can choose a sitting place. There are usually many of free places. And yes, metal concerts are the hard work for the security. They did it well. The sound was pretty good. Mostly satisfied with this venue. The only issue is that I had to wait really long after the gig to get my things back, due to that I missed my train and had to wait at least Hbf for almost an hour for the next one.

Easy access and parking payment. Great choices for snacks and drinks . Clean but dark restroom

Great Location by the Bahnhof. WC are easily accessible no matter where you are located in the venue. Exiting was very fast and safe since the doors are so wide. Not many ticket paying machines so there was a line. Only complaint is this acoustics in the back of the venue sound god awful.

I was here for a concert last month. Wasn't my first concert and I think they handled everything nicely. It was well structured and organised, and on their website where all the important information about how the event was gonna happen and what to expect/ how to prepare.

Went for a concert... Looks like a high school gym. Thw acoystics aren't good, then we had seats but at the end everyone was standing up wherever they wanted so it meant that it didn't matter how much you paid because you coyld go wherever you want. Security lacking, people kept jumping into the stage... Won't go back for a concert there.

The parking payment after the event is very difficult because people wait in the queue. It can take up to 1hour depending on how many persons attend the event. The sitting place on the right and left side is not towards the stage but to the side. It means if you book two ticket beside each other online, the booked placed will be on neighbor rows.

The chairs were uncomfortable. And it took so long for the VIP reserved people to get to the Hall.

I came to see Sam Fender live and was not disappointed. The wardrobe costs 3€ per piece of clothing and the queue can be very long, especially when everybody wants to leave. The toilets were relatively clean. Ihr thing to note though, I only saw speakers in the front. So, if you stand close to the stage, the volume can be almost deafening, while in the back, it's less impressive. All in all, the venue was ok.

The venue is perfect for concerts. It is big, and has also seated places and the sound is great. It is quite easy to arrive there if you are living in a different city. They have options for drinks and food with cash or credit. The parking is quite big but it is not free. You can pay only by cash for the parking to the person who is taking care of this.

Very nice place for the purpose. Security was very good and the line once gate was opened it was quite fast. It is not so far from the Central Station, reachable by foot in like 20-30minutes which makes it even a better location for concerts.

Excellent acoustics. Drinks a little pricey but you're going to get that at any music venue!

What an amazing concert in a great venue. Not too big & great atmosphere.

Great open seating, the food options were not great. However the rest of the venue and amenities were fantastic! Terrific sound, good location and easy parking if you arrive early.

For a concert hall they don't seem to know how to host a busy event. There is only one exit for cars, and the inside is isn't much better. The area surrounding the hall itself was chaos of people trying to sell merchandise, get merchandise, or get to the toilet. (I didn't even see a wardrobe tbh). If you want to see what an introverted venue looks like, this is it, they don't like people. The concert itself (genshin impact in concert) was amazing though so they get an extra star for the very enthusiastic conductor.
