It is a nice society, which is very clean and green. Security in this society is also very tight. Security guards do their duty very efficiently in comparison to all other group housing societies in Dwarka. They have one extra security guard on their main gate which is a black dog.

Best thing was the security guy asked vendors/dealer to spit Pan Masala before they enter the campus. Currently the building is under renovation. So, it will look even better very soon.

There are many societies in Dwarka and undoubtedly, DJA stands apart. The monthly maintenance charge here is bit high, however, the same reflects good here. Lights in the night, the garden, play area for children, this place is a perfect one for the retired and families. The place is some 5-8 mins walk from the Metro, Dwarka 13 and there is Reliance Fresh, More etc are nearby. There is Raddison Blue on the way and ISCON temple behind. Also the The India International Institute of Democracy and Election Management (IIDEM) Campus is adjacent to this place.

Building condition is very bad, the building is under repairing. After repairing I think this seems good but now the condition is very bad

Nice Apartment with Facility n peaceful..

The society is good, and they have nice layout of the flats. They dont have a dedicated park for kids but they can run play and do cycling but the traffic (inside cars) are a lill scary. Another concern is that one of the towers are build against the vastu. Its a concern for those who follow and nothing for those who doesn’t care. The maintenance ₹ is high.

On road neat and clean society and security is best

One of my friend lives here with his family, Nicely located apartments, you have all the facilities excluding swimming pool but your kids will enjoy with such playgrounds and track for cycling. Security is good and much space for parking, there is basement parking too. You can easily get the services of electrician,plumber and made.
