the

of
the

of

Gagarin

for
bodybuilding,
fitness,
body
fitness,
fitness
bikini
and
beach
bodybuilding.
Often
these
competitions
are
associated
with
piles
of
muscles,
their
volume
and
relief,
but
mainly
the
Bodybuilding
Federation
evaluates
these
indicators
in
men.
For
women,
body
proportions
are
assessed;
the
hourglass
figure
is
considered
the
standard;
beautiful
body
lines,
facial
attractiveness,
makeup,
and
hairstyle
are
important.
How
much
do
you
need
to
train
in
the
gym
to
win
such
competitions?
It
took
me
about
a
year.
I
train
4
times
a
week
under
the
guidance
of
a
trainer.
But
it
is
not
the
number
of
classes
that
is
important,
but
the
correctly
selected
schedule,
nutrition
program
and
regimen.
The
main
factor
of
success
is
systematicity
and
self-control.
I
chose
Multisport
to
prepare
for
competitions
and
do
fitness
classes
for
several
reasons.
Firstly,
the
convenient
location
of
the
club
on
the
territory
of
Luzhniki
suits
me.
Another
plus
is
a
great
team
of
professional
trainers,
with
whom
it
is
always
a
pleasure
to
communicate:

The

I

sports,
which
provide
the
opportunity
to
realize
oneself
and
try
one’s
strengths.
