Flaws: If you are a man, then you are a second class customer. In the men's locker room the faucets don't work well (either cold water or boiling water), the dryers are full of their towels and there is no room for your towels. When I was changing clothes, the masseuse came into the locker room three times (!) and didn’t even apologize. Advantages: Good teachers and interesting classes. In principle, as in most other yoga studios in Moscow. The teachers treat you much better than the staff, after all it is a more competitive job market.

Absolutely amazing place. A space full of air and friendliness, perfectly organized business processes. Certified trainers in several areas of yoga, the main one being hot Bikram yoga. Mats, towels, yoga clothes, everything is available for every taste and color, and you can come and try the practice of Bikram yoga even completely unprepared. The combination of the exact standards of the Bikram studio and a friendly, harmonious attitude towards clients quickly formed our family attachment to this particular studio. I highly recommend it))

I go several times a week, unless I’m lazy of course: - convenient schedule and location near the metro - I have time to walk both before and after work. - in addition to the main “Bikram”, several other cool directions are presented here - a strong and deep practice. Teachers often come who travel around the world and from whom you can always pick up something new in seemingly familiar classes. Seminars and meditations are held. - It has its own atmosphere, including the interior, aromas, tea; teachers recognize faces and remember names; in classes you can always meet teachers on the next mat and learn something for your practice or not pay attention to anyone and work on your body and mind.
