A lot has been done to improve Teply Stan. Every year they improve parking lots, clean ponds and forests, create playgrounds, and build shops. In general, the infrastructure is not poor, there is a forest nearby in any place. A wonderful area for both recreation and living.

Our favorite area. The highest above sea level in Moscow. Excellent ecology, equipped with recreation areas in Troparevo and Bitsevsky parks. Developed infrastructure and transport. Not without its problems, of course (I’m talking about the underground passage near Teply Stan metro station that was built a long time ago, but was not put into operation for some reason), but where is it not without this?

Good location, near a park and forest. I don’t know the specifics of this particular house, but I lived in this area for fifteen years, I’m very happy, it’s calm and clean.

We live next to a forest park. Cool. However, the only way to get to the children's clinic, antenatal clinic and shopping center is by bus.
