Huge business center. You can get confused in the elevators!!! I was at Sinheiser. It is very difficult to get to the desired floor without the help of a security guard. The elevators there are not the same as usual. It’s better to ask in advance which of the 6 elevators to take to the desired floor! The business center itself is located opposite the metro station across the street.

BC is convenient. Near the subway. Nearby is a shopping center and other transport. It's possible to find parking.

Been here many times. I got insurance from Liberty Insurance. I ordered insurance online and had to come to the office to pick it up. Every time I come to the reception, they tell me that my pass is not ready. I don't know what's the matter. I had to call and ask for a pass, I had to wait about 5 minutes, but that’s also time... Minus for that ➖. The people are nice, no one was rude even once. I only do insurance here!!! Thank you.

I work in this office center. Everything would be fine, but there are some ventilation gaps. Regularly in the first half of the day there is a smell of rancid oil (either from Rake, or from other restaurants nearby). And there is no way to ventilate.

Rake, everything is delicious as always, a network of self-service cafes and canteens, it’s nice to sit, the interiors are original everywhere. Here, right across the street from the Semenovskaya metro station.

An ordinary business center, near Semyonovskaya. It is inconvenient to wait downstairs, there is not enough space, there are no coffee machines. A couple of times I saw them come in with bags in both hands, they immediately escorted them out - they said that they would go out to meet them and then there was no need to wait, I was hooked and I think they were stupidly offended by this guard’s spitting in the soul of a normal person who brought something to someone on business.
