Good store. Nice prices. There is always a large selection of books and stationery.

It’s a good store, but it’s annoying that you can’t book a book on the website and immediately pick it up in the store for the price of an online store! Reservation at retail prices (sometimes 30% more expensive). And from the online store you have to wait a couple of days or more.

The food is not great. The waitress is rude. The good thing for funerals is that there is a separate room without music. The toilet is clean.

Large, clean and pleasant store. Good selection of books. I mainly receive orders from the online store. Orders arrive on time.

Excellent range of literature. However, some consultants raised eyebrows: one girl at the checkout asked me for a passport for a book 16+ (although according to Russian law they do not have such a right); another time, another girl could not find the classic book I needed for about 5 minutes, in the end I found it on my own.

Disgusting store. Unfortunately, the bookstore closest to the house (. The “Foreign Languages” department can be safely closed, it is not functioning. Textbooks on a variety of languages ​​are chaotically shoved onto the shelves, it is extremely difficult to find anything, to pull out a book without physical effort and without the risk of dropping neighboring ones are impossible... In response to my question, are there really textbooks on different languages ​​mixed up, the employee answered, “Yes, what did you want?” I tried to purchase an item worth about 130 rubles, after a couple of minutes of waiting at the empty cash register, the cashier came up and said with some challenge, that she didn’t have change for 1,000. I left without buying anything and with a most unpleasant aftertaste.

Today I went to the “Read-Gorod” store in the Prince Plaza shopping center (Teply Stan). Not finding the book I needed on my own, I decided to contact a consultant, looked around the room, found no one, and went to the checkout. I asked about the availability of the book, the cashier told me to contact the consultants in the hall. Having walked around the entire room, I found only one consultant, the girl was busy, helping another client look for a book. I silently waited until she was free. But having decided on the department, the client in front of me turned to the consultant with a proposal: “If it’s in this department, then I’ll look for it myself, otherwise they’re waiting for you.” “Nothing, they’ll wait!” the consultant answered. I consider this kind of treatment and communication with clients unacceptable! By emphasizing the importance of one, she showed disrespect for the other! Although I was in a hurry, I waited for my turn silently and patiently, but when I heard such disdain addressed to me, I turned around and left the store. Don't need clients? Then continue to communicate with them in this way! I hope that other bookstores value every customer.
