The emergency department is *oops! One tiny waiting room for the entire hospital. People go through it for ambulances, fever cases, and planned hospitalizations. The mustache is terrible!! The entire line is crammed into a room the size of a kitchen in a Khrushchev-era building. The line lasts for hours, the children are hungry, the parents are angry. During the initial paperwork, there sits one ancient woman who can barely move. Examined by one pediatrician! For three hours, no one was called, the queue only grows and does not move at all!! They don’t answer calls to the head physician - they just put them on an answering machine.

We were staying with a two-month-old baby and were diagnosed with ceirosis of the liver, almost suffering from hepatitis. We went to another hospital for treatment, did the same tests, ultrasound of the liver, the child was completely HEALTHY. What do you think happened to me at that moment? And if we had stayed, we would have treated the liver.

I would like to express my deep gratitude to the pediatrician and the nurse, unfortunately we didn’t look up the names, we realized it later at home, and we are from Kireevsk, the doctor saw us on February 10 in the morning at 204. We have three children, for the first time in 27 years we got to see such an attentive and to a competent doctor, laid everything out on the shelves, examined the baby all over with a smile on her face. My child and I went through a medical examination at the kindergarten and were sent to see a neurologist at this hospital; we had an appointment at 8:00. It was also very surprising that during such a difficult situation in the world, half of the staff was without any protective equipment.

I can’t judge in general, since I had the opportunity to go there for the first time on May 25th. The child played unsuccessfully and by the evening we needed an ophthalmologist on duty, and in Tula, at 9 o’clock in the evening, this is the only place where he is seen. The first and only visit to this hospital left only a positive impression. First, I called by phone, the girl politely inquired about the problem, clarified how long we would be there and said that they would be waiting for us. When we arrived, we were met by a young guy security guard and called the same girl. She took us to the office and asked us to wait for the doctor. All the staff were extremely polite and sympathetic to all visitors. And doctor Anna Alekseevna examined the child very professionally and prescribed treatment. I highly recommend this doctor if your child has problems. This is a one-time problem for us, but the doctor is so wonderful that we only have words of gratitude!
