I am extremely upset with chillis .... while trying to celebrate my sons honor roll achievement. We came to chillis (I'm currently sitting in here writing this review) we have been waiting 40 mins without not one single employee acknowledging us , this is them . When asked to speak to a manager, he stated no one comes to work , and everyone is late! Now we are currently in the middle of a shift change , keep in mind I took the picture below when we sat down 50 mins ago ... I don't know who worse the employees or the people in charge , but i can promise chillis I will never step foot inside of it again

Edit to add: So I decided to give it another try and the service has gotten worse in my opinion this place is ran down and short staffed, the food is not so great! Don't waste your time or money going here! I haven't been to Chili's in quite a while because the last time we went the service wasn't that great! I was surprised to see how much things have changed, the service was great, the food was so so, my daughter ordered pasta and it was cold, she had to wait on her garlic toast and that was cold as well! Overall, it wasn't that bad. I definitely will give another try.

My first visit was to watch the basketball game. I don't know the manager's name, but when he turned the TV volume down, I was not happy. My food was good. I did the $10 deal with the taco soup, I think, and the grilled margarita chicken if I remember correctly. I don't like how without the ice, the margarita 2 for 1 was literally able to be poured into one glass. His margarita had ice and you can see the difference. I went back to get the new pie with ice cream, caramel, nuts, and chocolate. The pie is hard and has to be cut with a knife and definitely tastes better with all of the fixings. They could use bigger televisions for watching sports and make it so the people at the bar can hear the game.

Chillis service for curb side is horrible. I ordered a surf and turf dinner online. I recieved a text 4 minutes later saying my order was ready which I know a steak was not cooked in that length of time. I proceeded to the restaurant anyway and checked with number based on where i parked. A few miniutes later someone walk aout to my car with a salad and said the wrong name. I said my name and she walked off with the salad and went back in the restaurant. I assumed she grabbed the wrong bag. She never returned with my order but brought two other orders out. I'm thinking my order was not ready. The initial text from my order said it would be ready at 4:15 - 4:20. I waited until 4:35 to call and get the status of my order. The whole time I have been waiting about 20 minutes now and I can see a bag sitting in the window of the carry out area. The girl said my order was ready. I said I hope it's not the one sitting in the window and she said yeah it was just brought out. I informed that it had been sitting there the whole time I had been waiting and I didn't want it. She offered to make it over. I respectfully declined and requested a refund. I also asked for a manager and was given the famous line "They are not available." She advised my refund will take 7-10 days. She had to write my information and write it down and asked for the last 4 of my card number and the amount. I'm not sure what technology Chillis have but I have never heard of writing down a refund and asking the customer the amount of the refund. I asked for proof of my refund and she had to ask how would I get proof. A gentleman told her to get my email address and I recieve an email that night. Well as I already knew no email. The next day I had to call 3 times before getting a manager name Victoria on the phone who said their system was down and she couldn't process my refund and asked that I call back the next day. You would think she would have asked for my number to call me back, that's good customer service. To avoid the back and forth because I feel like I am getting the run around about MY MONEY, I asked for the dinner to be preparee since I have paid for it. I was told per corporate policy because its a new day they couldn't do that but she still asked what did I order. Not sure why that mattered if you can't give it to me. Now we are on day two and I call for them to say she is busy. I should not have to chase behind money that is owed to me. This is the worst customer service from managment on down. You all will hear from me everyday until I get my money!!!

My queso burger was made with a bean pattie instead of all beef. I called to get it corrected & spoke with someone. A male stated it would be ready in 20 minutes. Once I arrived both doors were locked, but people were inside (this was at 7:03 pm). I called to let them know I was outside at spot #4. A female stated she would be bringing it out shortly. The time is now 7:30 & my order still hasn’t arrived. Keep in mind it’s cold, raining & I’m 7 months pregnant having to come back to pickup this order. I definitely need a manager to contact me to remedy this.

Improved dramatically since our last visit. The service was Great. The food was Great. The drinks were Great. Prices have increased here just like everywhere else, and they still have very limited seating in the bar area only. The main dining area was closed at 6:00pm on a Sunday so we were lucky to get in when we did. The $6 Sunset Rita was terriffic.

This is why I just cook my food at home. In 2022 all restaurant quality just isn’t even worth spending money on. One star is too much credit. Disgusting. Any time I eat out I’m severely disappointed. Not even worth it.

We had to wait over 5 minutes to sit down and the restaurant was pretty much empty. The three of us all ordered different hamburger meals. Mine was the worst hamburger I have ever had, overcooked, dry and flavorless. My son had the brisket burger which had a tiny spoonful of brisket on it and was also very over cooked. My husband had a double burger and he said he had to force himself to eat it. Slow service all around, and the salsa tasted like tomato sauce. We didn't even finish our food, left very disappointed! Won't ever eat there again!

Horrible location! There was no host, the bartender had to seat us I had to get my own menu. Went to the restroom they cleared my table!!! When I received my food the entrees came out before the appetizer! We had to ask for utensils and straws!!! Just horrible.

I tried the new Double OldTimer with Cheese and it was great. One of the waiters was nice. But overall it turned out well.

Went to the Millerville Chili's location on 11/26/2023. We were greeted by the hostess (who had someone on facetime on her phone at the counter) and we asked to be seated in a booth. She cleaned one for us and seated us. Our waiter came by fairly quickly and introduced himself. We tried to order drinks, only to be told that there wasn't an employee in the entire place that had any bar training, including the manager! So, no mixed drinks and apparently also no bottled beer. Ok, fine. We can get past that. We order our food, only to be told that they were out of wings. This was right around lunchtime. On a Sunday. We asked the waiter to give us a second while we decided if we were just going to leave. That was the last time we saw him. We couldn't even get the hostess' attention. So, we walked out. On our way through the lobby, we encountered another group of people that were trying to decide if they were going to stay or leave. We encouraged them to leave. Honestly, it didn't take much. Everyone is absolutely FED UP with this location. The absolute only reason we even BOTHERED trying to give them another chance is that they were close to where we were. Too bad for them, we went and drove into Baton Rouge and had a wonderful meal at a restaurant that wasn't Chili's.

Can't say much about the food as we left before the entrees came. We unfortunately were seated in a booth in the bar. Male bartender could not have been more rude...obviously did not want diners in the bar....wish we had known...he complained that the ice tea would take a while that it was on the other side, then complained when we asked for small plates for the appetizer, said they were on the other side and that it would be a while. Did not hide his annoyance when we wanted to wait and order entrees after we got the appetizer and never came back to our table once. He Went to the table in front and behind us. Would not even look at us. Continued to take new people around the bar, and then after over 20 minutes when we got up and asked him to take our order, he said he was busy with his bar customers and he would get to us when he could but it was going to be a while. We asked him to check us out. All of these other customers came in way after us. He was an a$$. Even if he was short staffed, you can be polite and at least acknowledge. I truly truly believe he had no intentions of coming back to our table.

We decided to eat at Chili’s and no one would help us and the party that was there before us, I even ask the bartender if someone could seat us and she apologize and said we would be help shortly. The first party and us just left, we ate instead at outback and service was great, we are from central Texas.

Last night, my husband left his phone at the restaurant while driving through to the East Coast. I called, after hours, and everyone was incredibly helpful in finding the phone. They even stayed late so he could come and pick it up. It's so tough to find this kind of amazing service these days. Thank you!!

On Last night we celebrated my sister’s birthday the service outstanding the food was great. The manager Courtney kept checking on the table to make sure everything was great, Kim the server made sure our food was correct, Julie the food runner was very nice and funny at the same time and Heather the trainee was good also. They was surprised that we had clean the tables and stacked the dishes over all we had a great night, and we will be coming back

They are way understaffed. There is a wait even if the restaurant is 90% empty. I think there are 2 servers and maybe 1 or 2 cooks on staff on a Saturday afternoon. The servers are trying, but they are inexperienced and the kitchen is slower than pouring molasses in Alaska. Whoever is running this restaurant is running it into the ground. Get it together, before this location is out of business. How do you even mess up so badly that you can't keep a Chili's Grill open and reliable?

Ordered the chicken tortilla soup. It was thick and so salty I could not eat it. I also ordered the chicken/bacon/ranch casadilia. They came with no ranch dressing and were very, very dry. Did not enjoy them. The chips were war. And crispy, but the sauce was like tomato ketchup watered down. This is the second time i have ordered food from there that i did not enjoy. $14.00 just blown on food i did not enjoy.

I called on 7/12/2023 and spoke to Lacey at the Chili's on Millerville at 10:53 am and 3:07 pm to inquire about my favorite drink "Tropical Sunrise" which I had not had since before Covid. I was asked to call back after 2:30 because a bartender wasn't confirmed for the evening. I called at 3:07 pm and Lacey told me to come on in and I would be taken good care of. Obviously, the evening crew didn't get the message. We arrived and ordered drinks. My friend received 3 drinks; I asked why was my drink continuously overlooked. I was finally told by the manager that they stopped serving this drink a month ago; however, the person I spoke to twice said it could be made. My friend's appetizer came out incorrect and my dinner was incorrect. They offered to correct it but at this point, I decided to cancel my order altogether. My main purpose for eating there was to get the drink I hadn't had since pre-covid. I would also like to mention when arriving we were told that the main dining area was closed because the AC was not working. It also appears they were extremely short-staffed. My experience was not good. I would give them a negative 10.

Had a great experience on a Sunday after church. The food was delicious, the service was attentive and polite, and the cost was reasonable. Highly recommended.

Ordered using Chili's App and picked up using curbside pickup. Got onion blossums, mexican street corn, loaded mashed potatoes and blue cheese chicken sandwich. Everything was delicious. I had to wait a little while when I arrive and was not sure how to check in using app when I arrived. I ended up going inside but over all the staff was courteous and food was made extremely delicious and packaged well.

My husband’s drink had a piece of plastic in it and mine had a dead bug. The food arrived quickly but wasn’t warm.

Well it would have been enjoyable if we could have had something to eat. But they were out of chips they were out of ribs they were out of most things. Most frustrating meal I've had in a long time. The wait staff were nonexistent and high as a kite.

Completely done with this location!!! Ordering curb side & patiently waiting only to have to go inside to retrieve the order to find the food has been sitting long enough to be cold is just ridiculous. I could accept the fact that they are understaffed & overworked had I not watched staff deliver curbside to THREE other vehicles that pulled up after me. I would rather they close this entire location than keep up the same excuse time after time.

Order accuracy is important to me and Kaitlyn in To-go checks every order to make sure it's correct. I live pretty far away from most restaurants and I don't have to worry about not getting a complete order when she is working. Great job!

Ordered this blackberry patron margarita and it had 2 bugs floating around! The bartender took the drink back but no one else came to give an apology or even offer anything else. How did 2 bugs get in the drink to begin with? Very disappointed

Very with our visit! Most times when we visit this chain (other locations) the food and service isn't good but not at this location! The service was awesome, helpful and friendly server. The food came out fast and was delicious, everything! Definitely will be back!
