I've used twin oaks in the past for some outdoor party catering events but most recently I used them for a short notice surprise birthday party...and they came through. The amount of food and quality of the food was exceptional. All of the guests really enjoyed the food and surprisingly I had a ton of leftovers due to the quantity they prepare. Twin Oaks Caterers are amazing. They truly captured the food experience we wanted for our wedding. Not only was the food absolutely delicious, but Twin Oaks presentation was creative and thoughtful. Better yet, the staff were wonderful as well. Working with Mike was seamless. He helped us think through our options and what would work best for us. My husband and I were married on January 15, 2022, at the New Brunswick Performing Arts Center. When we were engaged in March of 2021, it was no question on who we were going to ask to cater our wedding. We had been fortunate to have previously experienced Twin Oaks Catering in action – other weddings, corporate events, picnics, etc. We knew that we would get the best quality in both food and service at a reasonable cost. Even with our expectations high from previous experience with Twin Oaks, we are delighted with how extraordinary our experience was. The cocktail hour was phenomenal. We elected to have the garden bar as well as a few passed hors d’oeuvres – ‘Italian Sushi’, all day every day, for life, would make us both so happy. We had several guests say they would have been content if the menu for the cocktail was the menu for dinner! As exceptional as the cocktail hour was, the food for dinner was unmatched. We opted to have two seated courses, followed by a buffet. Simply put, everything was delicious. Twin Oaks exceeded our expectations in every way. The food was supreme. The service was outstanding. Mike and Rich are the best duo in the area, bar none! We were happy to pass along Twin Oak’s information to a few of our engaged guests! All the work Twin Oaks did to prepare for our wedding and on our special day made our wedding day perfect. In our experience, there are two things that make a wedding an enjoyable for everyone: the food and the music. We are so grateful we did not have to worry, even for a second, about the food on our wedding day. Thank you Twin Oaks for my second worry free relaxing Thanksgiving! From the moment I placed my order for your Thanksgiving meal package - I felt the stress of hosting melt away. I love the fact that you offer the prepped uncooked turkey with instructions on cooking and basting. My house smelled wonderful! The sides were perfect and warmed up in my own dished - I fooled they crowd into thinking that I shopped, prepped and cooked everything! I love the fact that all the sides are cooked traditionally, the way my usual holiday fare is. The price is incredible and if I had done all the work on my own it would have cost me the same. More in fact if you add in shopping time, gas, and cooking everything. Twin Oaks will be part of my Thanksgiving well into the future!

Had the wonderful experience of using Twin Oaks for not only my daughter’s bridal shower but, also for her fabulous wedding. Their food out of this world. We chose their “Stations” menu. The variety of food was phenomenal and everything was delicious. The staff was very attentive, friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future should the need arise.

I used Twin Oaks Caterers for my wedding, and I had such a positive experience with them throughout the whole planning process and the event. They were so accommodating as my wedding plans changed through covid, and at the event they were very professional. My guests complimented each dish including the appetizers and the main course as well as the excellent service they provided. I am so appreciative for how special they made our day!

I have used Twin Oaks several times and they are always above and beyond... I recently did a Baby Shower Hot and Cold Buffet. Everything was great. Hats off to Rich, Mike, Ds who works the counter. Even the young man that delivered the food was pleasant and completely set up everything. Also this will be my third year having Rich prepare Thanksgiving. To me its a Bonus .

When you read all the reviews here, everyone raves about the food. It's very well deserved. They provided the food for my brother's wake and I was very anxious that everything would go well but the one thing I did not need to worry about was the food! Rich came and quickly set up a very attractive spread. Later, I found out he was also our chef. Everything was superb! All the guests wanted to know who the caterer was. My priority had been, the best tasting food for our limited budget and that's exactly what we got. You and your team confirmed my opinion that Twin Oaks Caterers are the best around.

Thank you to the entire Twin Oaks staff for making my daughter's graduation party a success! Our guests had a wonderful time. We ordered the frugal hot and cold buffet and it was perfect and very classy. The service was excellent and the food was delicious! We received many compliments from the guests. The staff took care of the set up, breakdown, and clean up. I highly recommend Twin Oaks for any occasion.

Twin Oaks Caterers did a PHENOMINAL job with catering my 50th bday party which was held at the New Brunswick Arts Performing Center. (NBPAC). I had over 100 guests and so many people gave compliments on the food. It was very well seasoned, the presentation was excellent, and the team was very kind and courteous!!! Thanks to Mike and his staff for a job well done! I will definitely use your services again!! I will add photos once I get then feon the photographer. 😁

Twin Oaks Caterers is a family-owned business with incredible talent and professional staff. Owners are efficient, patient, and dedicated. They work with you to develop a menu and table display that suits your needs. They also have very reasonable prices. If you are hosting an event close to Central Jersey, I highly recommend using Twin Oaks. Over 100 people attended the last event I organized with this caterer and everyone was thoroughly impressed by the food. The event was over a month ago and people are still talking about how delicious the food tasted!

Twin Oaks catered my small wedding last month. Everyone and I mean everyone, even the picky littles, loved the food. We had one slight miscommunication which was immediately rectified. Easy company to work and plan with. Highly recommend!
