We had extremely high expectations as this restaurant was highly suggested by a family friend, however, it fell short. The place is in a strip mall, but once inside it was very welcoming and clean. It had a good vibe and we were excited. Started off with Goi Cuon and Nem Cuon as our appetizers which were fresh, vibrant and had a great peanut/soy dipping sauce that exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately, that was the highlight of the meal. We had Thai tea which was very good as well. Now to the main course, we both ordered Pho based solely on the recommendation, both of us were so disappointed, so much so that we didn’t even take home any of the leftovers, a 1st in long time. The Pho Xe Lua had “well done brisket”, little did I know it meant the toughest meat which was absolutely devoid of flavor, its as if they cooked it to total dryness then boiled every scintilla of flavor from that piece of meat, not a pleasant piece of meat to say the least. The broth was less than average, my own stock would blow this away. The other Pho was Pho Tai that also had a lack of flavor in its broth. Thank goodness for the hot chili sauce and jalapenos on the table to make it a bit more palatable and the copious amount of basil to get some flavor. Very disappointing meal, maybe it was just a bad day, I will never know however. Lastly, the service was great and friendly.

5 star for switching from the bland Sriracha to the more flavorful Chin-su chili sauce. Make sure to bring your own water bottle because it will take a little effort to get your water refill. They will only come back when you’re ready to pay. Ask for extra napkins when ordering or the one napkin on the table is all you get. The Pho Dac Biet was very bland. You will be using all the sauces on the table to adjust the taste. There was only a small 1cm cube of tendon in the bowl. The included meat portion was little compared to other pho place.

This was our first time at this Vietnamese restaurant. We ordered the vietnamese egg rolls, pork fried rice and pho dac biet and they were all really delicious. Service was great too. Highly recommend!

A small but lovely, with an authentic taste of Vietnam. Loved the food but the service was a bit lacking. The waitress forgot my drink twice and then mixed up the orders with that of another table.

When evaluating beef pho, the broth is obviously the most important factor. The sauces/condiments available on the table, value for $ and quality of service is also important. This place checks all the boxes. Highly recommend!

Really tasty food, from the Pho to the crispy noodles everything here is top notch with quick service and a great price to boot. I highly recommend checking this spot out as their menu is as extensive as their flavors

After running errands in the area, it was lunchtime and I needed some pho for this cold day. My husband mentioned that this was his go-to Viet place back in his college days so we stopped in on a Saturday at around 1 PM. To start, we ordered the classic banh mi. It was a pretty solid banh mi for a restaurant, because they're usually hit or miss. The bread was fresh and lightly toasted. Normally, we would have ordered spring rolls but I saw they use regular spring roll paper instead of rice paper (IMO, the easy way out, especially since you can make these ahead). For my main I ordered the combo pho. Maybe I ordered the wrong one but I thought it would come with some rare beef, which it didn't. Other than that, the broth was good, which is the most important part of a pho. Hubby had the grilled pork chop with shredded pork, egg patty, and egg on white rice. The pork chop was really good. Even though it was thin, which can be easy to overcook, it was perfect here. Next time, I think I'll try the tiny rice noodle dishes or cold vermicelli bowls.

The moment we walked in we were welcomed and sat down immediately. The lady that was our server was the sweetest and so helpful on helping us choose our pho since it was our first time. She recommended to try these glazed wings that tasted sweet and so crunchy and were very good! The pho dac bite was a non flavorful pho but with the sauce that was already on the table such as chili oil and the bottle of sauce makes the dish so much better! If you are a fan of pork the pho for you will be the grilled pork pho .. they give the pork on the side and it was sooo flavorful and the base of the pho was perfect! Overall this place is a must go and definitely recommend - I can’t wait to come back ! (:

Pictured: Papaya salad with beef jerky, wings with tamarind sauce, P5 pho with brisket, S1 spice beef soup. Papaya salad is very delicious and the portion is very generous. The tamarind sauce on the wings was very unique and tasty (crispy wings of course). The P5 broth left a little to be desired. The S1 was perfect, meaty, and spicy.

Marinated Beef Cubes appetizer taste good but tough. Fried Calamari, used too much baking soda, no squid taste. Fried spring roll is ok, no surprise. But the pork chop and grilled pork is CRAZY GOOD, is the best pork chop and grilled pork I have in NJ so far. Will try pho and other dish next time

The steak with fried rice was literally better than anything I've had at a steakhouse. Pho was phenomenal. Service was beyond outstanding.

The food here is really good. When we went it was packed but the service was quick and the food was fresh. The noodles were fantastic, I can’t get enough of them! The spring rolls were fine but it’s a place I’d like to try again. Highly recommend.

we were large group, but easily welcomed and seated. Service was good, attentive without being overbearing. Food was great and portions were large (but not sickeningly so). The place is BYOB and there's a nice liquor store next door - A great setup 😀

Really impressed. Fantastic open and comfortable atmosphere and seating. Friendly staff and really great service. Finally, really delicious food with beautiful presentation. I really enjoyed the selection of foods in the combination starter, fresh and tasty. I ate so much it was delicious but I couldn't finish there was a great helping for a very fair price. I would highly recommend and looking forward to trying the Pho next time.

Ordered their No 24 Extra Large, spring rolls(fried), and Ham Banhmi. The business was good, people kept coming in. Service is prompt and staffs are friendly. My orders were served pretty fast. How did it taste?soup was served hot. This is very good but it's a little bit sweet. Spring rolls are very good. Banhmi was out of my expectations.... Price is average.... Will try the other rice order next time..

First time at this establishement. I've been to several Vetnamese spots and this place was on par. Large dining room with plenty of menu optiosn. I ordered the Cơm Thịt Nướng or Barbecue Pork on White Rice. It was phenomenal meal that met my expectations. There are more items that I want to try. I would return to this restaurant. 10/10

The restaurant was spacious and clean. Service was very good as well. There is also plenty of parking available as its located in a shopping complex but could be busy since the restaurant is located right near the entrance. I ordered the grilled chicken rice Vermicelli. Others in my party ordered pho and beef vermicilli. The portions seemed small for all dishes. The rice Vermicelli was just slightly on the soft and soggy side. They only served a small dish of the sauce to share between two rice VermicVermicelli. The beef Vermicelli illi reminded me of beef and broccoli Chinese stir fry tossed on top of rice noodles. I heard the pho was good as well but also lacking portion wise. Overall taste was good but portion was small.
