Fantastic Service, Especially from Molly I wanted to take a moment to commend the wonderful service we consistently receive at this Starbucks location. Molly, one of the staff members, is truly exceptional. Her friendliness and efficiency make every visit a delight. A quick note to fellow patrons: This Starbucks can get busy, especially with the drive-thru, so patience is key. Trust me, the excellent service and your favorite drink are worth the short wait. Thanks to the entire team for making each visit enjoyable!

3 guys working behind the tills, 2 of them working the drive-thru and 1 older scruffy looking guy who came out and asked smugly “Can I help at all?” Did the fact that I was stood in front of the tills waiting for about 5 minutes not give you the indication that yes, I was in fact waiting to be served. Terrible, terrible service - part of the reason you’d expect to pay the extortionate prices at Starbucks is for the good service that comes with it, this unfortunately is a branch that does not live up to good service standards and is run by people who clearly do not care about customer service. Pick a different coffee stop on your journey is my recommendation.

I bought a takeaway, but I have visited this branch before the work was carried out and I have to say that there is a massive improvement on the size of the store and from what I could see the seating looked 100% better than previous. As for the service there was no change from previous its still fantastic. If your travelling North Bound on the A3 the Liphook Services are fantastic & I would highly recommend that you stop for a coffee maybe a cake or other pastry and stretch your legs

Remarkably good service. Efficient and very friendly. Genuinely the best Starbucks customer service I've ever come across and it's not just a one off as I come here every couple of weeks to meet a colleague.

Young staff.I asked for extra hot but it wasn’t the place is Modern and it’s recently been refurbished. I hate that they don’t take cash. If I wasn’t gagging for a coffee I would have left. The young girl at the till gave an excuse that it was because of Covid and handling money , I won’t go anywhere that doesn’t allow cash

Nice seating area, all on one level so good for wheel chairs. Staff friendly, nice coffee, quick and easy stop point on the motorway

My wife got food poisoning from a tuna roll. The service was slow and the coffee was luke warm.

Apparently there’s an unwritten rule that you must use the toilet after you purchase something. If you do it otherwise the old lady at the counter will tell you off. I tend to have my coffee after using the toilets, not during nor before, so I won’t be coming back to this place again given the rude mannerisms.
