Great service. Foods are great. Prices are very reasonable. It’s more Southern Chinese food than Northern. Gets crowded at dinner time. Parking available right outside. No restrooms.

Sesame bread pockets with chicken!! Soooo good. We also had crispy noodles with vegetables, spicy wontons, xiao long bao, and vegetable spring rolls. The food here is delicious.

My first visit here I was pleasantly surprised about the food I ordered. The mongolian beef had the same exact perfect flavor I remember as I child, the orange chicken was also spectacular. The hot and sour soup was very delicious as well. The second time I ordered, the same meals with the exception of the orange chicken tasted very different. It seemed as if there was a different chef who was heavy handed about using the Chinese 5 spice. I felt like I was back in Taipei eating the street food there. I thought maybe this was a mistake given we were speaking mandarin when we ordered. The third time however, it tasted similar to the first time but the execution was off. The orange chicken had too much of a sour vinegar taste, the mongolian beef was watery and lacking in flavor and heat, and the hot and sour soup was actually not hot but more bitter and sour. I feel the need to write this as a message to the owners of this place. The last two orders I believe were during the weekend. There seems to be a lot inconsistency and if you cannot have the better chefs running, please close the place! I will never return again as I had to throw the food away and felt we wasted quite a bit of money the last two orders.

Many vegetarian/vegan options. Wonderful little hidden gem! Food is amazingly great. We had the bean curd with vegetables, fish filet w/green onions & ginger...this dish was so mild & delicate, also had the bread pockets w/minced pork. More than enough food for 2 w/lots of leftovers. Highly recommend the bean curd with vegetables. Will return again and again. Only open between 4-9:30 pm

Fast, delicious, BYOB, and cheap. What more is there to say? This place has been around for a while, and for the people in the neighborhood, it has been a staple of go-to easy comfort Chinese food for years. I always love the spicy dumplings, but honestly everything is delicious. I always over order and eat too much, but it's worth it. Make a reservation because you're not walking in.

Makes me miss homestyle cooking of LA Chinese eateries! This place is great! We ordered the green onion pancakes, orange chicken, Shanghai veg buns, and rice. Everything was plentiful in size and delicious. Will be back!!

Authentic as hell and the food is INCREDIBLE. As a first gen Chinese person, I always crave good northern food, and this is it. They have more than Northern Chinese fare as well. If you’re worried about a slow service as many have complained in the reviews, please keep in mind this is a small family business that seems busy from open to close. Don’t be so entitled. If you want generic fast food, go hit up someplace else. Coming back again before we head back mainland!

Wow. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I just finished the 8 price shrimp and pork pot stickers—I’m actually still sitting at the table. When I walked in the Aunty greeted me very politely. Loved. Based on other reviews, I ordered the pot stickers. HOLY SMOKES. They are incredibly fresh, juicy, and packed with meat. The outside is perfectly crisp while the inside is bursting with flavor. The decor of this place is so charming. Aunty cares deeply about her shop. The details have been done with thought and care. I love it. Of course you gotta mix the vinegar, shoyu, and chili pepper together for the perfect little dipping sauce. Prices are reasonable and worth it. 10 out of 10 I will be coming back. Mahalo Nui Loa!

Super cozy family owned restaurant. I haven’t ventured out in Honolulu much for Chinese food, but I’m so stoked I found this place. It really hits a spot when I’m craving Chinese/Taiwanese food. I’m definitely coming back… we have a ressie next week already 😋

We ate here on xmas day, so they were slammed. It took quite a while to be seated and order/receive our food, but when we did it was fantastic and honestly worth the wait. I gave a 4 star just because it is a little disappointing that they have to prioritize their online/phone orders over the people in the physical restaurant. I wish they could implement a smoother system with that, although I know its not necessarily something they can control. Otherwise it was a fun and tasty experience - and the hosts were incredibly kind 😊

Wonderful local authentic Chinese restaurant. The dumplings are amazing and the lettuce wraps are as well. Definitely recommend the Steam Shao Long Bao 👌🏼

We had their takeout a couple of times in the past as we enjoyed the food. I like the fact they don’t use MSG This time we tried few new dish. Overall good but the noodle in the soup dish was very bland. Shao ping bao with sesame bun looked great but the bun was very thick and heavy, very runny Mapoh tofu...all unexpected taste. Not sure if that is their style. We will have to stick to the ones we know that we like next time we order their food.

Met some friends here for dinner. I don't remember the names of the items but they were all very tasty.

This place is absolutely amazing! The staff is very friendly, and the food is awesome! The pork meat buns is my favorite. My daughter loves the fried rice and orange chicken.

We made a reservation and after 30minutes waiting in the restaurant there was still no water and food. They always first make the take outs and not the people waiting in the store. If you want to dine in, be prepared to wait for a long time. We ended up leaving without eating anything.
