I find it very insulting that they do not allow the public to use the bathroom in this Starbucks! The first time I’ve ever seen a cafe/restaurant offer seating inside with no use of the bathroom! Disgusting!!!

Great customer service! I come in regularly and order the same thing most of the time. A few days ago I told the barista my drink tasted different and she happily remade it for me. Thank you!

If you have never been to a Starbucks you know what your getting . My wife love to go here over any local roaster/coffee place. The staff was super nice and we will be back again and again.

So done with in-store ordering. Possibly done with Starbucks, at least in Kailua. It appears that even if you are the only person in there, the mobile orders are done before in-store orders. But…if you go in to order a drink and there are, say, five people in line, plan on waiting at least 15 minutes for your in-store order.

Try Salted caramel coconut latte with vanilla syrup.

It's a Starbucks with a great location. What more do you want.

I absolutely love 💖 coffee and I have definitely spent way more than my fair share of funds into the Starbucks blackhole lolz 😆. I typically spend anywhere from $12-$30/day here. It seems though as funds go up, some things that used to be "normal" for Starbucks customer service are now non-existent. It's the small things: no more tabs to cover hot coffee; bags are 15¢; even though dining areas have been outside for quite some time now, Starbucks has not put out any tables and chairs outside; seasonal favorites have been missing (turkey cranberry panini 2 yrs in a row); no vanilla powder - alot of your signature drinks are made with vanilla powder!!!!; upside down is no longer available for caramel macchiatos?. The list goes on, I've started to add caramel and vanilla powder to my drinks at home, but I'm paying more for Starbucks to add to it and make it at home?!?! What sense does that make? Pretty soon, especially with these times of inflation... Once my balance goes down, I may just use up all my ✨✨✨✨ stars and just start using a Keurig. I just tried a Ghirardelli caramel macchiato on my Keurig and it tasted really, really fabulous AND at half the price. So, while, Starbucks does still have some great food and service at times, corporate needs to step it up or they will most likely start losing some of their most long time loyal consumers.

Not the fastest Starbucks in the area, but the coffee is still pretty good and everyone is very nice! They also run out of stock less than other locations which is appreciated, but still not as good as the enchanted lake location!

Giving 5 stars for coffee and service. I hate it has come to having to show vaccination status or negative testing to be able to sit and enjoy your favorite Starbucks but be prepared at this location

Every morning I venture out to this Starbucks. Truth, 8 out of 10 drinks are perfect.... Usually the weekends are a little rough. High turnover job, high school kids, training... who knows. BUT holy moly... that place is packed most of the time! Drive Thru and inside. One time i counted 15 staff working. The place is not that big. Wild. Anyhoo. It took more than 3 months to recognize me when i came in, that is where the 4 star plays. For me, i appreciate that in a business i frequent on average 2-3x a day. I am friendly, rarely rude (I am not perfect 🙂), always tip & my name is easy to remember. Other than that its a great Starbucks to frequent. If you do walk in... listen. They all say Welcome at different times. Like they are singing to you Welcome Welcome Wellllcommmeee. 😋 Its cute.

This Starbucks location is my first stop coming into Kailua. Staff has always been courteous. Interior is always spotlessly clean. Several dining options in the general area-less than a five minute walk. The only draw back is limited parking directly in front of the store but there is ample parking within a five minute walk. Drink quality is consistently outstanding.
