    Doesn't seem like they like their jobs. Too busy on their phones. All the customers were getting quite aggravated about the wait time for their food.

    Ew. After waiting at the front counter and nobody working the front counter, I got on the car and decided to go to the drive-thru…. I went up to the window was asked for my card… refused my free frosty she snatched it back -even tho I have the key tag & I just had to leave and will take it up with the owner. The attitudes and energy of this place are just needing the Lord’s help never have I ever seen people make such a big deal over nothing nor have I ever had people threatened to call the cops on me as a paying customer that’s asking for a situation to be verified or rectified. The manager Jessica screaming over the phone on speakerphone wasn’t providing any professional assistance in solving any problems. It is being dealt with, I do not recommend this location if you don’t want your day interrupted with negativity.

    Long Blue Hair in my bag. Went back to the window and a Transformer with a extremely long blue wig snatched the bag and walked off. The other girl was nice about it though. But you can’t beat somebody mad when YOUR nasty behind hair is all over my fries like tf? No hair nets? No customer service? I wish I took a picture but I was too focused on not throwing up ong.

    Horrible place spent 14 minutes waiting for my order to be taken. Will for sure be calling corporate. This is the worst Wendy’s in the city. I know it takes that amount of time each time. I try to give these people the benefit of the doubt. But the place is always trashy looking, the workers are rude, and I think they have bug issues. Literally. The dining area is always trash I only get drinks from here because I don’t trust the food. I want to know who do you call to make a formal complaint because with all of these reviews corporate should have sent someone in to manage this. No one be inside so I am so confused why they are always slow to get a drink. Always. The staff people are just as miserable as the long lines. Do not come here for lunch I drive by all the time during lunch time and the line is horrible. You will never make it out on time.

    Would rate zero stars but I guess u have to at least put one! Very poor customer service, very bad smell inside!!! staff just walk around without acknowledging you when you’re at counter; will never come to this ghetto hot mess again! I just left and went across the street to McDonald’s like I was going to at first.

    So I walked in the lobby at 8:36pm. I was then asked how I got in so I replied I walked through the door. They said the lobby is closed. So I asked if I could walk through the drive thru they said no. I just shook my head said this is ridiculous and left. The lobby should be open until you lock the doors. The lobby should also be open during the times your stated hours say it’s open. Well I’m in the hotel all week. I guarantee I won’t come back in my car or not.

    We went late, the food was taking extra time so I was asked to pull forward. We did and waited forever... to recieve 2 Jr bacon cheese burgers that had NO Bacon. Wendys, please do better. You had lots of staff hanging out smoking in the parking lot. Needs better management of staff.

    Line long, ordered 4 piece nuggets, and handed me a bag of cold nuggets. I returned the bag, I was asked to pull up to gare and someone would bring it to me. That never happened, I went inside, and the lady said I'm sorry here. No bag, not nothing. I said, "Are these cold as well?" as well. Sure, they were 15 minutes to wait and to receive poor customer service. Never again

    During my visit, I was missing 20% of my order. I went inside to correct it and all of the workers were chit chatty HS girls, not focused on serving. Manager was confronting an employee at the register while everyone else stood around and watched. Took me 10 minutes to get my missed items and it looked like they crushed it before I got it. Not what I expect from Wendy's.

    If I could give zero stars I would I’ve ordered Uber eats from this Wendy’s multiple times and not once have they ever gotten the order correct either the sizes are wrong because they clearly can’t read or they don’t put the right food in there because again they apparently don’t know how to read Best part of it when they mess up your order they’re not even professional enough to answer their phone. Don’t waste your time you would be better visiting the garbage can out back then going in this Wendy’s.

    Absolute worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to in my life, not only did I wait 20 minutes for my first order they actually messed up the same one 3 times!!!! Three freaking times. Whole staff is completely incompetent and all they do is mess around behind the counter. No professionalism. No sense of urgency and no sense of direction. Idk how this place is even in business. About lost my cool at this location when they tried to tell me my bacon double was a single patty just double bacon. Please don’t waste your time here

    We stopped at this Wendy's leaving Tampa , headed back to Miami, and was looking for something to put on our stomachs. It was maybe 1am and they were still open. The service was PERFECT. they went above and beyond to get our order right. I wish I had gotten their names!

    This was the worst Wendy's I've ever been to in my life.... 1) They were out of nearly everything, they were out of ketchup packets and ketchup for the pump in the dining room. They didn't have crackers for the chili, or register tape to give you a receipt. There was a ton of stuff they just didn't have. 2) The dining room was filthy, nearly every table was dirty and the floor was super sticky. It felt like it hadn't been cleaned properly in weeks. 3) The person that helped me could have absolutely cared less about being there.

    Whoever the hiring manager is needs to find a different career. I get it, people dont want to work and it’s slim pickings. But seriously? The crowd they hire is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve never had a good experience at this location. The orders are never correct, the attitudes you must deal with, the wait time and you’re the only customer. Heaven forbid you ask for any condiments or all the items that come with their taco salad. It’s like asking them to go pick the tomatoes and having them make ketchup from scratch. The lobby is often closed, and certain times of the day the employees won’t unlock the door or even respond through the speaker. 6-8pm isn’t even close to closing time. Management really needs to check their cameras or the GM needs to checkup on the in-store management. One of the members of upper management is clearly not doing their job! Since 2019 this place has become the worst!

    Absolutely horrible service! Ordered the ghost chicken sandwich are is was so spicy I couldn’t eat it. I asked for a replacement because the menu did not say spicy. And they said no they could not give me another sandwich that was not spicy. This Wendy’s has earned a zero star rating for customer satisfaction!

    Avoid this location at all costs, this is an embarrassment to Wendy's. I ordered breakfast combo baconator, They gave me french fries instead of steak fries and they gave me a bacon cheeseburger instead of baconator I didn't realize it so I was 10 miles down the road. I call them up to say I think I received the wrong order and the woman says you got bacon right ? That's all it matters with a major attitude. This place is H rat city , the typical suspects want $25 an hour and give sub marginal service. F- MINUS RATING

    EDIT: The only good thing about this particular location is the Manager with black and blue braids. She's very nice and it looks like she has to work alome A LOT. You all need to cherish her. ORIGINAL: Came to leave a review about how they need to clear house or shut this place down and I can see many other people agree. The staff is rude, they take forever to cook food if it hasn't already been sitting out, and they're always out of everything. Either because they don't order enough or because no one bothers to thaw anything.

    Worst Wendy's I've ever been in 🤢 just a few highlights *** clearly the owners don't care after reading the other reviews. And the reviews giving 5 stars saying it's wonderful is definitely workers trying to raise the scores. Blahhhhh lies Their scanners didn't work wanted to take our card to the back no thank you here is cash 😬 Homeless people coming in and filling up dirty cups. Asking us for money while we're eating 🫣 smh Homeless camping outside. Walking from the motel next door with body parts hanging out. A lady rode up on a bike and brought it inside to order if that tells you anything. Don't blame her though They claimed they was out of crackers and then went to the back for several minutes came back with a handful of stale crackers. Wished I didn't have to give them one star -10 is more appropriate

    Some of you will never amount to anything in life. Can't even get a simple order right! The male that took my drive thru order doesn't even greet customers. Just says go ahead with your order nonchalantly. I paid for extra cheese sauce, but got a dried out potato with hard shredded cheese. Now I gotta park and go in. Do better SMH!     Hello again , me and my daughter went to grab a bite , Scvs. Was on point , compare to the Wendy's in Temple Terrace on 56 th st.across from McDonald's, the indoor dining is never open WHY?? but this Wendy's was pleasant and the manager ,was very pleasant and courteous, she definitely Lead by example , food was excellent and the place was very clean!!! I apologize for not getting there names normally l do , but l was still in shock , lol. Kudo's to y'all HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! 😁🙏👍

    No co2 in any sodas so they only have flat soda,soda machine is gross, workers in back hollering and swearing at each other, dining room smells foul. With the amount they charge for everything this place is in a sad state... Who manages this location?

    They did away with the grilled chicken sandwich. A terrible decision as it was my favorite item at Wendy's. Breakfast sausage is horrible. I like the bacon egg cheese sandwich and I like the Chili. They don't have auto door opener for disabled. Their entrance/Exit has a double door situation making it very difficult to enter/exit with a wheelchair or scooter ewfor disabled of which i am. I find this veri inconsiderate. To be fair McD BK Dunkin Taco Bell same inconsiderate situation for the disabled.

    Believe all the bad reviews!! Lol The service is bad, they don't even know what you ordered! They lock all the doors at 3pm, place is filthy disgustingly dirty!!!! I don't even want to know what the kitchen looks like 🤦. No napkins, no toilet paper. Just go anyplace else, really, anyplace at all.

    Skip this one. Reeks of Mary Jane. Only know that because they shorted our order... When I went in She knew exactly what was missing. They didn't have the correct cup size. Then didn't supply spoons for needed items. Plenty helpful when eating at a hotel. Mobile order didn't help... McDonald's is just across the Street...

    The lobby and womens bathroom was dirty. They had no chili or baked potatoes. The fountain machine in the lobby had no ice or any type of drinks. No sweet tea or fresh cookies. When I asked about the oatmeal bars the girl said I don’t know how long they been in the case. She seemed very annoyed when we asked for a fresh drink and more ice

    Well usually this is the slowest wendys on earth but that new night manager gives you life and makes you feel wanted when taking your order food is always fresh when she is there and she is always happy I came everyday last week and she was the bomb. Food was hot and fresh just like she said it would be I really hope the other workers don't run her off I make sure I see her in that window before I even go in drive thru.

    Horrible experience. Waited 25 mins for my order. There were only 2 people. I was patient, not a problem, the problem was everyone’s attitude. The forgot a lady’s sauces after she ordered multiple meals but she through out the reciept so they said they can’t give her a single sauce without proof she got sauces. I mobile ordered and added lots of sauces for my order, there was no charge for the sauces online. She handed me just a single sauce and I asked if I could have more since that’s what’s on my receipt. She no because they charge for that & I only got 1 sauce per meal. Ridiculous unless they actually charged which they don’t on the app. I had fries, nuggets a burger & they only gave me 1 sauce. Not sure why everyone here was so uptight/had tone with everyone. I was quiet just obervant. Felt like they enjoyed just being rude/shallow. Wouldn’t come back to this specific location

    I don’t even know where to start… terrible is an UNDERSTATEMENT when it comes to there customer service, order wasn’t correct, Drinks were wrong. And to add to that, TWO of my drink’s spilt due to the most flimsiest tray ever given. Coming from someone who works in the food industry, the size of our establishment may be small but our custom service is always up to par. This location should very THANKFUL & APPRECIATIVE to receive even receive the amounts of stars they get ‼️

    Skip it. Their chili used to be the standard now it is lacking the beans were hard undercooked and the meat? Where's the beef? Not in the chili. The server was so slow, customers actually left unserved.. Then a second server came on duty from a break she took in the middle of noon time rush! The dining are was not being kept clean. Tables were dirty trash needed emptying. Poor managerial oversight in general from the looks of things.

    The store is dirty, at about 2:30 pm all the tables except 1 or 2 were dirty, the bathrooms were dirty. Food took about 7 minutes and the fries were so cold I threw them out. The sweet heat sandwich had almost no sauce. There were 3 or 4 behind the counter doing nothing to help the customers. Must be the worst Wendy's in Florida, if not the country.

    What can I not say.FIRST IMPRESSION.This wendys lacks cleanliness.Why did I even proceed after that.OHH YEAH Attempting to use ladies room and grab lunch.The ladies room one out of order the oder one FILTHY dirty.Its not like there was anyone in the restaurant only 2 custumers me and companion. Dru thru was not busy. Silly me still continued to the register to buy cold food and encounter poor customer service. The wait for My food was not long but my food was old and the only thing fresh was the fries. I don't give a zero rating bc that's not an option. I would never recommend this place to no one, not even on an emergency. Inspection to this site is past due.

    Was called a slew of names and had fries thrown at me because the woman at the register assumed I was using the wrong bathroom. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told that wasn't going to happen and to leave. ANY other location is better than this trash heap.

    Every time I order via the mobile app this store, it takes at least 30 minutes to receive the order. Also, they will sometimes give your order out to other folks because of how disorganized and massive lack of communication. On another note, I’ve been here at least 10 times with the same horrible experience but the food is just good enough. At this point though I’m hopeless that things will improve and as such I’ll be going to a different Wendy’s. These people just aren’t all there unfortunately. They will occasionally get the order wrong or forget things. I will leave this as a 2 star because on the 10th time they finally compensated us with two free drinks. All in all, don’t come here if you actually want your food fast. If you do come here and want it quickly, your best bet is to go inside, and even that is a gamble.

    Food tasted good. Server was OK, although at 11.30 they still had the breakfast menu up. I wanted Coke, but machine was out. Husband had to wait for coffee pot to be made, and then they could not find the half and half. Ladies restrooms were disgusting, smelly and need a deep clean.

    The staff was pretty polite. However, my food was cold, and the order was wrong. This location is always surrounded by homeless individuals in the parking lot and transactions without registers in the parking lot. 😑

    every single time i come thru the drive thru i have a problem with the rude and stoned staff. i would come to this store with my free frosty wrist band and be refused service while the entire staff came to the window scolding me while reeking of weed and yelling vulgar words at each other making fun of me to my face. I then go again with the new frosty key tag and was told i can not get the frosty because they "did not have JR lids". i asked can you just please put this in a new cup with a lid since you supposedly can not serve me a cup without a lid and again the same manager and stoned cashier who may i add is always on her phone refused service and made fun of me with the entire stoned staff again for the second time. Yesterday i was thirsty and had a coupon via the app. I Drove past this wendys and decided hey they can not possibly mess up something as simple as serving a drink via the app. Oh boy was i wrong. I go to the window for the 3rd time ever. I still have yet to receive any of my requested orders each time . I see the same staff. At this point i know they know me because of how disrespectful and hateful these 2 women are. One is an overweight woman and the other is a skinny stoned cashier who reeks of weed and is always on her phone .They refuse to scan my app and then refuse to honor the deal and when i say i cant get this without the deal they proceed to scold me again. I have never once left a google review but these 2 employees one being a manager are the worst humans i have ever met in my entire life. Every single time i enter the drive thru i get greeted by these 2 devils in sheep's clothing. They scold me and start to get the entire staff to go to the window almost every time to antagonize me and intimidate me . I have and will again call corporate . This is a horrible location, Wendys is my fav fast food place on earth but this location has hired some unsavory stoners . This location is a blight on the Wendys reputation and i hope one day that manager who states she has proudly worked at Wendys for 20 years realizes how awful her life is and can stop putting her anger out on the poor customer . I say this with a love for wendys but those 2 women are ruining this store and the ill will they have towards the paying customer. I hope someone will do something about this location and the lack of common decency. I have read the other reviews on this thread, and it seems everyone else has had the same experience as me.

    How about hire some people that can do something as menial as counting dollars and making burgers. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to do this. Have fun working at a Wendy's the rest of your life Jessica, you really grew up into something that your parents would be proud of. do not come here! it sucks. service sucks. food sucks. AND I LOVE WENDYS!!! But this location needs to be demolished and removed from the face of the earth.

    Orders are always wrong. Food isn’t fresh. Good luck trying to get breakfast. Went at 7am and Employees kept the lights off in the morning and don’t answer the speaker when you ask to place an order. Drove up to the window and none of them had headphones on. Ignored me at the window (someone was standing at the window and acted like they didn’t see me and were busy) until I honked. Employees act like you are asking for the world when you just want to place an order.
