I
have
a
twin
sister
of
17,
and
two
parents
to
travel
with.
My
parents
had
booked
a
room
for
my
sister
and
I,
and
a
room
for
themselves,
MONTHS
ahead
of
time.
When
we
arrived,
the
front
desk
said
corporate
office
had
given
up
one
of
the
rooms
—
a
king
side
bed,
the
room
meant
for
my
parents
—
in
about
September
(it’s
February
and
we’ve
arrived
today)
with
NO
CONFIRMATION
WHATSOEVER
(we
even
went
back
and
looked).
Service
was
kind
at
first
when
we
were
unaware
there
had
been
a
“mix
up,”
but
soon
became
unhelpful,
blatantly
unapologetic,
and
most
unpleasant.
The
only
room
we
have
now
is
the
one
meant
for
only
me
and
my
sister
—
it’s
small,
not
nearly
big
enough
for
a
family
of
4,
and
has
2
slightly
smaller
beds.
I
can’t
share
a
bed
with
my
twin
sister,
being
a
male,
and
both
at
the
age
of
17.
Naturally,
we
asked
for
(and
had
to
pay
for)
a
cot,
which
service
gave
away
to
another
room
at
first.
So
much
for
a
“high
class”
4
star
hotel.
Got
a
really
nice
waitress
at
the
restaurant
though..
shout-out
to
Heather,
who
doesn’t
even
work
in
customer
service.
