My son was given a Christmas shirt that was too small. It had the docket on but I was not given the receipt from his grandmother. I was told there was nothing they could do. They couldn't even exchange for a bigger size. So I just left the shirt there with the very unhelpful assistant. Won't be shopping at that store any longer. Extremely disappointed.

I usually just pop in for whatever I need. Staff don't ever ask if they can assist.

Stood in an extremely long queue with only 1 cashier on duty. When I complained after waiting a good 15 minutes, another 2 cashiers emerged. I was then informed that to collect a parcel, I had to stand in another queue. The lady who eventually assisted me was extremely rude. NOT a good experience!!

What a benefit to the SA public to have access to affordable clothing and other necessities during this difficult economic times.
