Very positive experience all around. A few hiccups along the way which did nothing ro help ease the mood especially nearing the latter potion of our travel to our destination in Bali. But with a positive attitude we focused on the destination rather than the journey. Overall a reasonable experience with friendly travel agent assisting us. Would I use them again? well this is our 3rd time so yes, we get more experiences in what to expect and Aloe takes 95% of the hair pulling out of the equation. Very quick and efficient.
