    I was at the vincent branch today just before three in afternoon. Difficulty in walking I was told by black gentlemen to go to the other line. He told me to give proof that I had a stoke because he can also pretend to walk like me. I did have a stroke and cannot stand for too long on me right leg. This is discusting of this bank and I even have a heart condition. Is this how Absa treat people I will never open a bank account with the which I had planned in doing but it is a no go now.

    Poor Customer Service old people are standing in the sun while employees are inside with the A/C on. No customer assistance whatsoever just wasting money here

    I would like to thank the untrained rude and unprofessional lady at customer services for convincing me to close my 3 accounts at Absa. After an hour plus wait to hopefully get some service to update fica, I was told my electricity account is not acceptable to Absa. I left the branch went to another bank, opened my 3 new accounts in 20 minutes. Upside is no more dealing with people thinking they are doing you a favor and I will save a fortune in bank charges.

    There was no one at the front desk to direct me when I came in. I queued for 30 min to make a deposit when they had 5 tills but only 2 cashiers but at least the staff are friendly

    I've never been humiliated and infuriated by a security guard as it happened at Absa bank in Vincent Mall on the 13th of March 2021,I will never forget such a traumatic experience 😭😭😭. As a result I'm cutting ties with ABSa bank for good.😡😡

    Went to Absa Vincent park again yesterday to get some banking things sorted for an overseas trip. Received great service and was helped very quickly. Staff seemed to be well trained and can give good quick advice. Ms. Qhamani Myoli from international banking was very friendly, competent and knew the banks products and services well. Will keep on banking with ABSA!

    I've had the worst banking experience in a very long time with ABSA. They opened a savings account for me over 2months ago and gave me a new card for it. The account however never worked even after 3 visits to the bank - each of those visits costing me well over 2 hours. I then asked them to close the Account - they are unable to close it. They've just proven me wrong because I've always considered myself patient until they came to the picture.

    I had to go to this branch as my card had been blocked...why who knows,but the system of social distancing meant standing outside with no chairs,there were 2 scrappy chairs for pensioners and disabled!!! Most people were outside for around an hour. This is no way to treat your customers. We noticed other banks do provide chairs.
