No one ever picks up in this store, this is absolutely terrible and then when I eventually went through, the lady was rude to me and told me well they are busy. So why then have telephone line?

WORST SERVICE EVER! My mother wanted to start a data contract on this store. The lady in store just took my mothers ID and Pay slip and said she would call her when she is approved. We waited for a whole week no phone call. We went back after a week and enquired only to find that my mother was authenticated but the lady did not bother to call her to finalize the contract for her to receive her data. They also said they couldn’t help because the lady who helped my mother the last time is the only one to finish off the service. We left and waited for a call they said they would do. They didn’t. We had to call again and ask them to finalize the contract and said they would email the contract for her to sign. They didn’t do that at all. Tried to call the store multiple times over and they don’t answer. We have given up on that store and we will seek service elsewhere. That store does not deserve any customers. The consultants are highly incompetent and untrustworthy!

I want to thank Vuvu. She went out of her way to help me with a new contract, 2 hours then i was approved, got my devices, and very happy. Thank you Vuvu, stay the friendly and helpfull person you are.

Worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm being overcharged on my MTN account and I have been trying to sort it out for months now. They seem to have absolutely no interest in helping me sort out this issue! three days ago when I called them the lady on the phone said that the that the manager would call me back because she's busy with a customer; to this day I'm waiting for her to call me back. Vincent Park MTN staff are unreliable and unprofessional DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Consultants are always friendly, the shop is neat and clean. I was there for a contract and Lungile was very helpful.

Mackenzie Maqubela, the rudest most incompetent proudest employee of any store I have ever had the misfortune of experiencing. Terribly unhelpful. Wanted to port to MTN from Vodacom. Id rather stick to Vodacom after this ridiculous guy sent me away twice after a simple request. Wow.

What amazing service from Vuvu in Vincent Park. There was no network in store but she went all out to use her phone for Hotspot. I will definitely recommend friends and family to go to MTN Store in Vincent Park East London

Vincent Park MTN is pathetic. I really don't understand why there are phones there, no body ever picks up. I'm seriously not impressed with their service, I'm only keeping this product because I've already paid ridiculous pro rata fees. Day 3 without connection. I constantly have to go in store to literally beg for help. Took over 3 weeks to get the router, now there are issues.

Firstly, I was assisted by the amazing Bongi. Her patience and eagerness to help me through the process is what makes me appreciate this network. I give thanks to her. Secondly and lastly, I LOVE my new phone. It's perfect. Thank you MTN.

Bad service here. My son went there 3 times already to do a sim swap. Every time there's another so called outstanding document or requirement. Again he was turned away by dude behind the counter saying that he can only assist him before 12 noon daily. Seriously not impressed

I have been dealing with MTN Vincent Park Store for years now and the service in excellent. Just upgraded to my new Samsung galaxy S23+. Thanks to Ntombikayise and Bongiwe for assisting me do all the transfers to the new phone

no one picks up the phone EVER...

Lady who was at the store was on her phone the entire time. She looked up briefly when I asked a question. She answered in a very irritated tone as if I was disturbing her. I wanted to get mobile wifi and a new cellphone contract as mine just expired. I left without getting neither cause the lady was clearly not interested in helping me. I cringe when I think of how much business this store loses because their staff don't even try to make a sale. I don't think they know that's the most important part of their job. I've left MTN stores with stuff I really didn't need just because the agent convinced me to take it. This store needs a lot of training.

Went there today and the lady who assisted me insisted on helping me because I had a hat on. She said because of the camera, so I showed her my face and actually faced the camera by removing the flappy part in front of my face and I told her I cannot take my hat off as I had valid reasons for that. She immediately said then she will not assist me and switched off (on her face). I only wanted to ask a question about a quotation, she dis not want to hear me out at all.

Just go to Beacon Bay. This one hardly ever works properly
