It is a sub-urban area developed by Individuals, CDAs and Group of Individuals. It is located along Ijede road and surrounded by swamps boundary to places like Parafa, Maya and Ladegboye. Raining season is usually a great challenge moving in and out of Igbaga. However it shows a great prospect in future development because of its location.

If you are looking for a serene environment to live in ikorodu with less air and noise pollution,this is the place. Averagely a plot of land is around 2.5 million to 4 million depending on the location. Power is relatively very stable owing to the proximity of Egbin power station. Security to is relatively good as many CDA engage the services of local security groups who keep watch at nights. However the road inside the community are not tarred but are regularly graded by the efforts residents of the community.
