    Terrible customer service. To think Metro Eye will stand a customer up at the gate without attending to them because they got to your location at 15 minutes to closing time when they called at least 1 hour ahead? The gate was chained which is an unusual one. And I can only predict it’s because I called ahead. Even banks will not close their doors to customers 3 minutes before closing. Traveling for almost an hour to use Metro is a total waste of patronage and my time. When I called earlier a lady named Victoria spoke to me nicely and confirmed if I could meet up at 4.45 at most which I did. But to be treated undignified is below the rank. Eye Foundation won’t do that to me or any client at that.

    The Clinic is neat both outside and inside, nice view, they have qualify and experience Doctor and other staffs, good services with moderate charges and their mode of payment is both cash and POS. Also their restrooms are very neat as well.
