In January I started a Buggyfit course. I liked the course so much that I took out a subscription so I could train three times a week. For me, Stefanie was by far the best trainer! Super strenuous and demanding workouts. Exactly what I wanted to get to my goal. I now have over 16kg less! Steffie always had an open ear and great tips for small aches and pains. By the way, Sarah is also a great trainer! With her I learned to love the barbell 😉 I will miss you! ❤️

I did the rehabilitation course. As a mother, you feel very insecure about your body, especially after the birth. Through the postnatal course I learned a lot about my body and understood what happened to it during pregnancy and birth. After the rehabilitation course I feel strengthened. It felt good to feel and strengthen your body again under the guidance of absolutely competent trainers. It was great that each course participant was dealt with intensively. I had absolute confidence and will immediately add the Mamafit course.

I have already attended two courses that took place online. The trainer (Steffi) put a lot of effort into ensuring that the training online wasn't boring. She was also very competent and was always able to answer all questions and gave us space to do so. She chose the exercises specifically. A tiptop all-round package :)

I can unreservedly recommend Life Moves. Both the first contact and the appointment were absolutely great. I have had the practice recommended by many people and rightly so. The practice is really nice and Jana helped me perfectly. She listened to my needs and (even though that wasn't the reason for my visit) helped me incredibly with my back pain, which had been plaguing me for years. I can do all of the exercises at home without any equipment. Life is moving is a must for all women who want professional support in the field of physiotherapy when it comes to pregnancy and afterwards.

Incredibly educational and insightful! Where my urologist, my gynecologist and the standard physiotherapist reached their limits and made hasty diagnoses, I actually got answers and solutions here! I am so happy that I booked and attended an appointment with Leben moving and the great, competent and sensitive Laura C.. Now, among other things, I have hope again that I can get my problem under control without unnecessary medication or operations! I can only recommend it to everyone, wholeheartedly and across the board!

Great training for professionals! I can only recommend the online (short) training courses “Diastasis Recti” and “Reflexive Pelvic Floor Training”. The lecturers are top-notch and summarize the current scientific findings very well. There is also a lot of input for practical work in your own courses and personal training. The exchange with the other participants was also totally enriching and was moderated appropriately.

After my second child, I attended postnatal training with Stefanie. I really liked the structure of theory, introduction and progression to the exercises. The homework videos and the explanation of the exercises were also very good. Compared to the postnatal course I took with my first child somewhere else, I felt much better cared for. I would recommend retraining at Leben Bewegt at any time

I took part in the rehabilitation course with my child at Leben Bewegt. We were able to do the first hour on site and then everything was online. Despite this, you didn't have the feeling that you were doing the exercises "alone". Everyone was always open to questions or comments. So peace all around.

I attended a short online training course and was really impressed. The lecturer was very well prepared and gave a very good presentation. I particularly liked the scientific background

Jeder Jeck is anders.

Great baby massage course! It was a lot of fun and I learned a lot and gained a lot for my twins. The postnatal course there without babies is also highly recommended. Full program, varied exercises that really make a difference. You can really tell from the course instructors that they enjoy their job! Highly recommended!👍😊

During the course of treatment, the exercises were further adapted to the sensation and optimized according to recovery. The team is friendly...

🫤 First of all, I will describe my own experience here. It’s similar as another therapy centers I come for treatment before. I was here for two times, and then I decided to stop because: The personal trainer was friendly and tried to ask about my health problem, and showed me 2 exercises to do at home...
