EDIT September 7th 2021 I just now called the owner and he gave me a free delivery and free order of my boneless sweet and spicy chicken wings that were messed up a few months ago. Gave bone in chicken instead of boneless They do have some mess UPS here and there however due to the incredible friendliness of the owner and him being so willing to fix this for me I will still recommend this place for you guys. And they are struggling with staff right now. Not saying that is an excuse but at least they are willing to make things right. Just make sure your staff is friendly and kind to customers. That's the best way to run a business successfully.

First time, last time. Pizza roll flattened, undercooked so the the dough had the consistency of melted cheese and the wrong seasoning added. Steak sub was nearly all bread with some peppers to separate the halves. Meatball sub had more sauce on the wrapping than in the sub. Chicken wings appeared to be bathing in what I hope was margarine but could be the soup they serve in Wuhan laboratories. You can get a better sub from a microwave at a Speedway.

Great food. But staff is very rude! Real fast way to lose customers. Every time I order in the phone they act like I’m bothering them. I thank them and they just hang up. If things don’t change soo I will have no choice to stop ordering from them and also put the word out so no one else orders from them. Hopefully they’ll see this message and start to control how rude their staff is. Real fast way to lose business. If you don’t like your job quit!! Don’t have an attitude because we try to call in and order food! Their foods Good this is the only reason I’m willing to give them another chance. Talk to ur staff members or you’ll ge losing a lot of customers!

I used to really love Andy's and ordered regulary. I tip well/over 20%, so not sure why I got horrible service this time. On May 13th at 6pm I called in a delivery order/not via web becauae i dont teust ordering that way. . The order came to $42.72. I was told it would be delivered in an hour. I order from Andy's a lot so she had my info in the system and confirmed it with me. I can understand being busy but when it was 8pm (2 hours) I called to see where my order was. When I called I was told I never placed an order???🤣 I told them I had called and gave a person my order, they gave me a total and told me it would be an hour. I can't believe she argued that I never called in an order and this was tge manager talking to me because i requested to talk to her.I'm not sure what happened on their end, they lost it or something . 🤷‍♀️ The only resolution was to remake it and give 20% off.... no thanks and to wait another hour (it would end up 3 hours waiting) when I was ready for dinner hours ago. I used to rave about their salads at work and encourage coworkers to go there. Not any more. I would be hugely embarassed to recommend them and they get the same poor service I did. Extremely disappointed with them. It must have changed hands because they were reliable in the past. I ordered from Happys Southgate right after this incident and recieved my delivered order with no issue.

Year ago my review would of been 5 stars for everything but unfortunately hanging my hat this time around. Ordered here hundreds of times no exaggerating but after the past 8 times with getting my order wrong and a few times waited 2 hours for delivery I will no longer be supportive. Foods good although it seems real 50/50 as if one cooks Gordon Ramsay and the other is your drunk aunt at the family BBQ trying to cook for the event. As of now best of luck... Edit: Getting better.

I just received my order for a large taco salad. Now I have been ordering food from Andy's since I moved here in 2003 and the food has always been delicious. Unfortunately, today was a different story. The taco salad was basically a container of lettuce with taco meat, with little flavor. There were tomatoes, cheese and tortilla chip pieces on top as well. There was just no flavor to any of the salad. I ate what meat, tomatoes, etc. there was which left a container full of lettuce. I can recommend many of their other menu items but not the taco salad. It was a total disappointment and waste of money.

Took 2 hours ,pizza was supposed to have no tomato,sub was pathetic,we used to order here all the time..This will definitely be the last time.called to speak to the manager finally the actual manager got on the phone and said rudley"what's up"? So unprofessional

My husband went in and ordered pizza from y'all yesterday. It was probably the best tasting pizza I've had in a very long time. The crust was so good, the sauce was great and the toppings were of great quality and quantity. He brought it home and it was so fresh and hot. Y'all satisfied my pizza crave and have become my favorite pizza spot. I told him if we order pizza again it has to come from you guys. Thanks for making great pizza and cheese bread!!

My first visit and I’m back again the next day. I ordered the steak and cheese sub. It was absolutely delicious. The staff was friendly and delivery was waaaaay faster than expected. I’ll update my review if my experience changes, but Andy’s may be my new favorite sub shop. Thank you Andy’s! Update: I have ordered a few times. Today my order was not right. I called and the girl answering explained what happened and said she’s sending a new one out to me. Great customer service- I’m just hoping what I get now looks good. It’s impressive that they care so much about their customers that they would go out and rerun an $8 order. I just wish I wasn’t so broke cause I wish I could tip more. Great service here

Ordered from here HUNDREDS of times in the 15 years I have lived in this community. Usually great pizza and great service....I called and placed a order today and was hung up on before I could pay, I called back to pay and the Male who answered told me it's my fault for not blurting out I wanted to pay before I was hung up on and "that was on me"...When I told them that's a problem I was told "I will tell you like i tell everyone else with a problem, I dont care"....Just the rudest response ever. Sad to see em go but I'll never spend money here again because of some smart mouthed kid and I suggest you do not either.

This is the 2nd time we’ve been to this location. The first time the subs were good from what I remember but I think they forgot my onions on my sub that time. This time though we figured we’d give it another shot. Ordered the chicken tenders for my daughter and when you order online, it says you get 5 pieces when you add it to the cart for $7.50, the online menu says 4 pieces….we got 3 pieces…for $7.50. I wasn’t even going to complain until we got our subs. But once I realized that was also messed up I felt obligated to leave a review. Literally no flavoring on the Super Steak or the BBQ Steak subs. I don’t know even know how that’s possible to mess up a steak sub like that. It’s super bland and tasted like the cheapest meat possible, not to mention there was barely any BBQ sauce on my husband’s either so he had to use my daughters BBQ cup from her order to dip it in (I requested an extra BBQ side with his sub and he didn’t get it). Also, I ordered no mushroom on both subs, but got mushroom added on mine anyways and had to spend 10 minutes digging through mine and picking them out. Also ordered no tomato on the BBQ one but we still got tomato on that one too. Both of our subs were completely soggy from the tomatoes. I see you guys seem to have been understaffed for quite some time now based on your replies to your customers. But this is not an understaffing issue. Whoever made our order tonight, just clearly isn’t paying attention or simply doesn’t care. Aside from that, I don’t like the breading used on the onion rings or the fried pickles, it’s really flavorless and bland as well. Ordered a side of Mac & Cheese for my daughter and it was like half full (like a handful worth to give you an idea) for $3.25 lol. We’re just not ordering here ever again. I hope you guys can retrain whatever staff you do have or someone that knows what they’re doing can maybe supervise and make sure things are actually being made/done correctly because it doesn’t seem like anyone is now and this ain’t it.

I ordered an extra large double cheese pizza, (see photo attatched) pizza was cooked perfectly.... would have liked a little extra pizza sauce on my pizza. Will definitely be coming back and also will ask if the pizza maker would add a little extra sauce to my pizza!🍕

We come to Southgate when we visit my in-laws and we frequently get Andy's. Today I was craving it BAD! I order a pepperoni & ham (always good no gristle!) sometimes with bacon. It's always AMAZING! I can eat a small pizza myself easily and loveee the cajun crust! The mini pizza is perfect for our 10yr old she ate all 4 slices (quite small) I love the option of having a small pizza like that. Prices are always great even after they went up. Everyone is always extremely nice the girl today (9/2) at the front was such a beautiful person! Thanked us so much or waiting and ordering from them. Our order is never messed up or cold. My MIL gets their taco salad and loves it! Repeat customers for YEARS!

The lady who answered the phone was so nice. My pizza was ready for pick up when they said it would be ready. Again, the lady who waited on me was so nice. I ordered the small Andy's Special pizza. It was so good and delicious! Toppings almost to the edge of the pie and lots of toppings! It had a very nice cheese pull to it. Everything about it was great!! Keep up the great work Andy's Pizza and Subs Southgate!!

In a nice area with enough Italian bakeries lies Andy's pizza. Another gem with real good food as well. I went here 2 times. I got a half sausage half cheese pizza and then a chicken parm. Both made very well and service is great. They're really nice in here and the prices are great. I was surprised it wasn't more crowded the 2 times I went either.

I got the mac n cheese dinner and was very disappointed. I would rather eat school mac n cheese than what I got but it was basically the same thing. The salad was good especially the ranch. The chili cheese fries were pretty good as well. Overall i think it was pretty good and would eat there again but the mac n cheese is a no go for sure.

This was my go to pizza place but these past few times Ive ordered the wait time has been waaaay longer then the "15-20mins" it was an additional 45mins yesterday when I came in. I waited without issue because I understand being busy. But, when I did finally get my order my pizza was under cooked and wrong and my fried mushrooms were so under cooked they were wet, soggy and they had only given me the breading all mashed up. Im extremely disappointed. I will no longer be ordering from here.

Placed an order 3 hours in advance last Friday, never received my order. I called after the food was half an hour late. The guy that answered the phone was extremely rude and refused to give his name. Told me its Friday and I should expect my order to be late it will be on its soon. I tried explaining to him I understand Fridays are busy and that's why placed my order 3 hours in advance. With my lunch our over and him telling me it may be over an hour late by the time I get it, I told him to cancel the order and refund my money. So he HUNG UP on me. I called back and asked for some type of confirmation I was receiving my refund, he told me he didn't have one and it could take up to 5 days for the money to be returned to my card. Its been 7 and I never received my money back. Sadly my co workers and I loved ordering from here food was always decent and reasonably priced. Now we wont be back. Never have I ever been treated so poorly.

Love love love Andy’s! Been coming here for years, great lunch deal and best soups around. Stuffed cabbage soup is to die for! I know they recently went through some staffing and ownership changes but it seems to be working out pretty well! Always free delivery. You guys are my staple a lot for lunch. Thanks again!

The Andy’s special is top notch. My family moved about 20 minutes away and we would still drive to get it for our pizza nights. But I think after tonight we are done. Called on Monday July 3rd at 7:53 and was told 45 minutes for a pick up. I understand a busy night before a Hoilday. I showed up at the 40 minute mark. And was cashed out and told it would only be a couple a minutes. At 8:06 the lady at the counter told be mine was almost out of the oven and should be done in 10mins. Here’s the thing if I would have called and they would have said and 1 and 20 minutes I wouldn’t have drove down here. I would have chosen something else. I think just being honest with your customers gose a long way. Let people decide if they want to wait that long. Don’t just say a number and then not communicate with them at all that it’s gonna be a lot longer

For the price you really can't beat it. Don't expect some 5 star gourmet but honestly it's pretty damn tasty. Consistency is my only issue which is why it's 4 star instead of 5. Pizzas arr skimpy on cheese sometimes depending on who is making it. That will not stop be from being a repeat customer. Put more cheese on and I'll make this a 5 star forever

normally really good but i asked for the chips on the side of my LARGE taco salad so they didn’t get soggy and was given the smallest container. smh

The gentleman who took my order was very rude and when i picked my order up and said I was going to leave a tip any way he says i dint really care what you think and I dont need your tip any way. Very rude on phone during order for something as simple as a single order of jalepino poppers.

Order a large. Custom pizza from here last night and my dad was told 45 it took almost 90 minute's to get delivered and when my dad called to check why it wasnt delivered yet they hung up on him and. A couple minutes later it was dropped off barely luke warm they have been messing up with orders alot lately and one of their drivers are rude probably won't be ordering from here again

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a pizza from here the guy in phone was rude and hung up on me and when my pizza got here it was so greasy the box was saturated thru it looked like it was sitting on the side as all the cheese was in the corner of the box. I'm very disappointed and won't be ordering from here again what a shame

I complained about the way the delivery driver delivered my food and he in turn gave my business a 1 star review. My advise to Andy’s is to not hire drivers that cannot honor a simple request of not delivering my order damn near upside down.
