Regular burger, I don’t find anything special. Tastes 50/50. Personally, I buy food here, because sometimes I am lazy to cook. I would actually prefer more of my own cooked burger, or even McDonalds, but we don’t have it around epfl. Prices are quite high for such taste. Staff is nice and kind.

I would not recommend this place. High price for a long waiting time for below average burgers that taste like processed sausage meat. After seeing the cooks touch their mobile phone and then touch the raw burger meat is what broke it for me. I had to return my order, and for sure will not come here again.

The burger does not taste good. Too dry and using wrong cut of the beef. Not chuck or ribeye. The side dish is ok and the Salad is lack of protein. The bun is not properly heated or grilled, they are still cold.

Too many times my order has been messed up. When asking for a fix, the employees staring at you like it's your fault. It seems to be a recurring theme. Years ago the burger was good and the meat was quality, but as noted by most, it tastes of bad chorizo sausage nowadays. I think holy cow is over for me as the disappointment simply grows.

Is it a new company policy to get a half filled box of fries for take away? Or are your employees just snacking on my fries when I leave? Happened twice now.

The food is objectively good, the atmosphere is cool, there’s a lot of young people hanging out, so if you’re looking for a quite place, I don’t think it’s the best choice. The food arrived so fast, like not even 5 minutes. Prices are high, but if you have discount is good. Although I enjoyed the burger, there was no indication for the ginza chicken burger that said there was ginger inside… so that’s for me -1 point. Another point is taken for the fact that my friend got sick all night after eating here…

super fast and the team is awesome! there's a bar in the back, you can enjoy some beers from the area. there's a lot of tables outside and inside. Can be crowded at 12.

Pretty good spot. The service is quick and the food tastes good. Had the bacon cheeseburger and it was as I hoped. The staff were prompt to come clear the table once we were finished. The restaurant space has tv’s around so you can watch sports or other channels.

Very welcoming local with the possibility of having a draft beer, you breathe the atmosphere of the university. tasty hamburgher ( I only tasted big beef and big cheese for the moment) the student menu is quite affordable and the chips are super 😋. Very friendly staff.

The burgers are giant and made to order quickly. Toppings are fresh. The bread is great. The best part is the fries. Wow. The fries are dangerously delicious. The menu price is a bit high for the quality of the meat which is the most important part of a burger imo. 3.5 star meat but I give the resto 4 stars

Really great service and vibe. Very student friendly and the staff are very nice and fast. Also, they are very open to modifying your burger to your liking which makes the experience very comfortable.

Very nice place with a good location. One out of very few restaurants at epfl. Tasty burgers. The staff is super friendly and service is quite fast. The atmosphere as well is amazing. Good place to have a beer as well.

Good location/ sitting places. The food is good. A one star minus due to the sauces inside the burgers that even trying more than 5 type of burgers still taste weird ( just my personal taste )

For a reasonable price, they offer good quality burgers with high quality fries and a wide range of choice. If you are hungry my recommendation would be Mexican Berger, else a mini burger will suit you well.

This burger place is just outside the EPFL metro stop. It is accessible by wheelchair. This hamburger place serves average better hamburgers. The french fries are cooked in place and are chubby. The personnel is very friendly and helpful and also speaks English. If needed. I can very much recommend this place for a fast meal. I will probably return here sometimes.

Nice place to get a very good hamburger and french fries. Prices about 20 chf for a complete menu with fries, hamburger and beverage, so not that expensive considering the swiss prices Near the EPFL university and the metro station As a fast food, strongly suggested.

I was intrigued by how fast they were serving the burgers, but realized that they kind of just warm them up instead of cooking them from scratch? I started eating the moment I got the burgers and they were barely warm. Do not be fooled by the fanciness, avoid if you can.

Very friendly place, and actually the only thing open late, even during the week-end. Burgers are not the best ever, but still very good, and the price is decent for Switzerland. Very fast and agreeable preparation and service. Definitely a staple of EPFL night life.

burgers are ok. but what i super annoying is that they‘re constantly unable to handle their own promotion voucher QR codes. 9 out of 10 times (in 1.5 years), they forget to apply the discount which needs to be done manually for whatever reason. when making them aware, they‘re clueless. Waiting for 10-20 min, discussions with the manager. in the end giving up in most cases.

Fries are excellent; crispy, just the right amount of salt, and they give a HUGE portion. The Aztec burger was very good. Service very friendly and fast!

Quick veggie burger after a long day at work is a great way to easily transcend into the evening. I took it as a take-out, but next time I staying and having it in their cozy place.

The staff claimed the card machine wasn’t working and asked us to pay in cash, which we did. However, according to our banks both transactions had gone through and we ended up paying over 90CHF for a 31CHF meal. When we approached the staff about it, they refused to give us a refund claiming that because the machine wasn’t working, the transactions couldn’t have gone through (we had proof it had worked). On top of that the meat wasn’t cooked properly and we ended up getting food poisoning from a simple cheeseburger. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Super friendly service. French fries are fat, crispy, and plentiful. The Elvis Bleu Cheese burger was filling, but the final ingredients and burger did not match my wishes from the photo advertising. The burger was more of a pre formed patty and I need to adjust my expectations to how much bacon and cheese might arrive when not in the USA. Overall good experience just different. Very friendly staff
