Having a smart doorbell i always know when a package is delivered. My suprise when i suddenly get a mail the package is delivered. It even said i signed for it myself. I'm pretty sure this is illegal.

No communication whatsoever with customers. The track and trace is highly inaccurate, and there is no way to get in touch with customer service. I regret ever working with this company.

Bad experience with GLS I order 2 tires from oponeo.nl First time they didn’t come with no reason i say no problem can happen Next time i make an appointment that am will be home , and I wait whole day no one come ,they say that the main door is not working but its open and he or she can just go inside and go up with the elevator and bring to my apartment but she or he is so lazy i think so , so i make oder appointment and i say that i will be home waiting and I know the main door is broken but is open and am at home just go up and ring my door of the apartment the GLS service say oke and i ask can you guys call me before? They say no with dont have this service of calling i say no problem i will wait in home with 3 person! So i wait and no one come , so i call again they say that she or he where there but the main door is broken stupid answers I think so ! So i ask why he or she didn’t bring it to my home am waiting theys say cuz they are not sure that am home so stupid I already say am home 😡

The driver didn't found me so instead seeing a neighbour give it for him or come back he put it next the door and someone stole it. When you talk to them they refuse to call you and send replaying in dutch langauge which show that they are that type of people +

I recieved an email that my packet is delivered and signed from some mr... That i even don't know who is he... I tried to contact and nothing the number is not working... Very disappointed....

Most sad and communicative incapable company ever. They don't even deserve one star. Worst service in the history of mother earth!

I shipped my parcel to nietherlan from spain last 10 of aug! Supposed to be the package will be there at 15 of aug! My boyfriend waiting for that package day by day because its said in tracker saud aug 16 then moved in aug 17 then now moved in aug 18! Hey whats happening?

Delivery sent on 12-12 they reveice it ag 14-12 and today is 21-12 still not out for delivery. Worst delivery service and dont blame christmas because its not first time

Had a lot of complaint from my customers about them , one of the rep told me it was because of my client lying to me. So I tried to send myself several packages from Netherlands to my brother in Spain. Some of them he had to go get them himself at the parcel center, some have been blocked in Belgium now for days now. Not doing business with them anymore. Not only they are incompetent , they are liars and thief too.Not even mentioning the usual You were not home at delivery time ( we have a 24h 7/7 receptionist for packages). Please avoid using them at all cost.
