We stayed for the weekend. Alex at the front desk was super accommodating, he gave us early check in because we got to the hotel 2 hours earlier than expected and as soon as a room was cleaned he got us in. The lobby and fitness center is super clean and looks beautiful. The rooms had comfortable beds, firm and soft pillows!, led mirror and a little mirror that comes out to help you do make up (my wife loved it). We loved the free breakfast the food was actually delicious! There’s a great Indian food spot across the street for lunch (try the goat biryani) it was also super close to the airport only about 25 minutes away. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed here for a lacrosse tournament in July. Hotel is huge. Rooms are large and the bed was comfortable. When we walked in the smell of stale cigarette smoke was overwhelming, there was the smell of old pot smoke when we got off the elevator. Ice machine was out of order on our floor and we had to go up 3 floors. There was no cold water even after lettingit run for quite some time....which confused me.

Unfortunately when staying at this hotel, after the room was cleaned, my eyeglasses went “missing” from the bathroom (they were outside of the case). I believe whoever cleaned my room accidentally broke my glasses and did not report it. The glasses were not cheap. Given the hotel policy states they aren’t responsible for guests items, no one could or would help me. I would have went through with filing a police report but live out of state and needed to return home. This is a clear indication they don’t have a trustworthy cleaning staff. Lock your items up or take them with you when leaving your room. Best case (which I should have done), is defer cleaning until after you leave. I won’t stay here again. No stars for service.

The hotel is really lovely. The people working at the front desk are very polite. There seems to be plenty of parking. There is a gym here and a lounge with a restaurant. The rooms are oversized And the windows open so you can get a little fresh air.

They will probably will delete this but I’m just gone say this the workers are amazing hands down they work hard with minimum pay should be 20 dollars an hour for what they do, however when it comes to manage there is some prejudice. Management does not Treat the employees with the up most respect. I have heard the General manager refer to the banquet staff as the Help. I’m not making this up. Great place to work because of the employees but you better have tough skin and know when it’s time to goo and move on. Be blessed !

This place was so so accommodating and understanding to my needs. Clean and friendly. Particularly Alex T. He helped me out and understood that since I checked in late, I may need some more time to check out. He was super kind and made my stay an awesome experience!

Recommend this always Excellent staff at front desk. Specially to mention kerona. She was outstanding with her PR skills and very helpful. JOSH gets a mention as well. It only lacks a swimming pool and it’ll make this an unavoidable property to stay in.

This hotel is dated but they are making some renovations. The front desk was amazing ans check in took 2 minutes. The room was clean but very dated. The was some terrible loud noise coming from the unit that provides air I had to shut it off. This hotel was overall pretty good.

Would give a 0/5 if possible. We had the worst experience we have ever had with a hotel at the Crowne Plaza Edison. Not only did it take 45 minutes to check into our room on our wedding night, but we were also charged $150 instead of the “deposit” that will be not reimbursed because the hotel has “no record of the charge.” I would highly recommend using a DIFFERENT hotel because this has been nothing but a headache while I am trying to relax on my honeymoon.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Very nice. Parties below went into the night with music that shook the mirrors in our room and kept us awake. Wish a convenient store were nearby or restaurants to walk to. Hotel was going through lobby renovations when we were there so we cannot provide feedback for the bar area and aesthetics.

The staff is very friendly, supportive and considerate. The rooms are very clean and spacious as claimed. Enjoyed the whole stay there. Would recommend further. The associated restaurant staff is also very warm and friendly, although the breakfast items lack variety and needs to be more tasty.

Stayed for over a week while helping a family member move. The staff at the hotel are terrific! They really made us feel at home during our extended stay, and they were friendly and helpful in every encounter from check-in to check-out. The room was very nice-- spacious, attractive, and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and we appreciated having a Keurig, refrigerator, sofa, and desk in the room. All were well utilized during our long stay. We also loved that there was a lounge area on our floor with a microwave and a few dining tables. This was super convenient when we were eating take out. The included breakfast buffet had a good selection, and the made-to-order omelettes were terrific. Honestly, I think these were the best veggie omelettes I've had. On top of that, the servers in the restaurant were attentive and friendly. Zulema in particular has the best memory of any server I've encountered. After just one breakfast, she remembered our drink preferences and asked if we wanted the same choice of omelettes we had the day before. Astonishing! Breakfast was also enjoyable because the restaurant area of the hotel is quite lovely, so it was a treat to sit and look at the attractive surroundings. The hotel gym was small but serviceable and clean. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.

This is a nice place with a little old infraestructure but still enjoyable and with a touch of beautiful old fashioned details. Rooms are still tidy and neat. Remember that due to COVID-19 the cleaning is not every single day, but maybe after every 2 or 3 days. Large parking area around for free for guests. Buffet breaks is pretty good with fresh options as fruits, yogurt, eggs done at your request or you can always take regular scrambled eggs from the table of hot dishes. Personeñ seems to be very helpful and are always trying to help you with everything about the food or drinks.

Don't forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a hotel. They compare hundreds of booking websites and typically will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This hotel is one of the most well known in this area. I have been staying here for years. If you decide to stay here you won't regret it. We are staying 4 nights at this property. 3 days before arriving, I called to find out if I could request a microwave in the room. The front office manager, Amr Maged, was very helpful to explain that premium rooms come with microwave and there is a shared microwave on every floor for standard rooms. He said he’ll see what he can do to get us a room with microwave. Upon check-in, we were upgraded to a premium room with microwave. The room is very nice, spacious and clean. Thanks to Amr, we feel treated like valued guests at this hotel for the first time. I say this because we stayed here twice previously, in July and November of last year and my requests for upgrade were denied both times despite me being a Spire elite. The excuse on both occasions was no availability even though there were hardly any guests (judging by the number of cars in the parking lot).

I cannot recommend this hotel for events or a stay. Stayed here for a wedding a few weeks ago. Besides one front desk gal and the guy in the dining room, the rest of the staff were terrible to work with. The rooms weren't ready at 3pm check-in. One of my family members room smelled really badly, after it was cleaned supposedly; took another couple hours to get another room. Hosting any events at the hotel was an absolute pain with no help from the staff.

We booked two rooms and requested that they be connecting as we are traveling with our young children. Over the phone, we were told that they can give us connecting rooms and when we arrived and checked in, they gave us two rooms that were side by side but not connecting. We asked for a pack n play crib and we were told that they don't have any available. (Incidentally, the only other hotel that has ever informed us at check-in that they don't have a pack n play crib available was also an IHG hotel. Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, etc brand hotels have always accommodated this request.) The WiFi was spotty. The hotel rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was ok.

I recently rated this hotel 5 stars, because our stay was wonderful. But we booked another stay here recently, and we were denied access. This hotel is owned or managed by a company called IHG. So we frequently stayed @ another one of there properties in South Plainfield ( Holiday Inn) their were multiple issues and inconveniences when we stayed there. So since we voiced our opinions about such things, I guess they didn't like the feedback, and took it upon themselves to black ball us from staying @ any of there properties. When these issue was clearly on them as a Hotel, so IHG proceeded to put the blame on us to make it seem like we were the issue. So this company discriminated on us based on our race, creed and color.

I had my wedding here and definitely recommend. The food was absolutely amazing. The courtyard is very nice for ceremonies! I had a great experience. I am sure I will be back in the future for family events at this place. All the people who attended were complementing. Thank you again for making it special! Edison, NJ.

I have no complaints about this hotel. The rooms are always really clean. We had a pleasant stay and experience just because of the super polite, professional and kind lady at the front desk I'm so upset that I forget her full name yet I guess her name is Ms BERNICE she always welcomed us with a smile and took good care of us for the whole stay! Even when I left the hotel she was so nice to receive my shipment, I couldn't be treated better without her kindness. We as a family are going back to this hotel after 1 month and booked again just because of Ms Bernice and her kindness ❤️ We're so grateful to meet you a special thank for her ❤️❤️❤️👍🏻

The staff was rude from the start. Due to a probable mistake on their side or at booking.com, they said I have 4 rooms. Showed them the confirmation for 3 rooms. It did not help. I asked them to find out. when we left, two days later, I asked if it was OK now. the lady said: 4 rooms. I told her that I reserved 3, paid for 3. She said: HaHa, check your credit card again.

Just back from an overnight at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Glasgow. Staff were friendly and informative as we hadn't stayed here before. We had king room 815 however this is next to the lift and therefore noisy, squeaky and not ideal if hotel is busy.Simon covering the bar was lovely. The breakfast is amazing and Mandy was very welcoming and helpful explaining the setup. Definitely will return but avoid the lift rooms.

Someone ordered food on the wrong room's tab. They called four different times to confirm if we ordered the food, that we had not. I don't know why they are not communicating with each other but it was just careless for each person on duty to call us close to 11 at night to reconfirm if we ordered food the night before or not.

MAJOR disappointment! If you’re budgeting for the trip then this hotel in NICE center is adequate. Misled by the superior quality of the International chains of this brand that I’ve visited over the years, I I chose what turns out to be well below my standards a worn, dated, almost seedy appearance but at five star rate! The room in May was chilly at night and the “included” breakfast unremarkable. Unsure if there are any “eggs” in the scrambled eggs. An attempt to make the most of things with a room change was flatly rejected by both day managers and night manager on duty when we arrived. We prepaid when we booked so no need to accommodate us now. I do not recommend this hotel. Too many other better choices close by. Live and learn.

Zero rate or minus rating i wanna give: Unsafe, Worst experience worst behavior by front desk guy at late mid night 2:00 pm , by not only giving us room instead he is arguing with us very harsh rude behaviour, disgusting with this person behaviour, i felt very unsafe here. We got booking confirmation and when we came to this hotel after 3 hr travel, they are not offering us the rooms we also confirmed before starting to hotel , we need to stay in our car due to this people, they gave our room to other people, we were tired and we hardly found any other hotel with vacancy at midnight. Really this is weird ridiculous worst hotel. Worst hospitality , update: our reservation on my husband’s name. We dont need a resolution we need good service and hospitality which we didn’t received instead it was a bad experience for our visit on our business visit. We generally book a day and extend but thank god god always has better things we found a better one just some mile away where we could stay a week and enjoy due to your bad behaviour. God has justice on plate. At least hope you people don’t disappoint customers like this and hope you would do betterment than this. Bad replies even.

Located in easily accessible area. Rooms at bit dated and child use an upgrade. They are clean though. For some reason, elevator door looked scuffled and old.... Service was friendly and easily accessible.
