The worst place I’ve ever set my foot in. The rooms were supposed to be non-smoking. When we walked then, a cloud of cigarette smoke blasted in our faces. The rooms were dirty. People were smoking and screaming outside. Unsafe. This is a type of place you end up catching something nasty and accidentally getting shot. Packed out bags and left. Didn’t get a refund because the manager was not there. Terrible terrible terrible.

I would rate the rooms 0 stars. We arrived after a long day of traveling for a quick overnight stay. The check in was painfully slow and when we arrived at our room it was disgusting. The bedspread had stains all over it and looked like it hadn’t been washed in months. In addition there were roaches on the bathroom walls. Steer clear of this Red Roof. We ended up packing up and heading 40 minutes South to the next nearest Red Roof which was top notch!

When I arrived the filth I encountered was indescribable. So bad that I called my wife to please bring sheets and blankets from our home because I was afraid to sleep on those that were provided. There were no towels and only one roll of toilet paper both items my wife also brought from our home. It is beyond the realm of my comprehension how anyone could think it's okay to rent out of room like this. There were thick cobwebs all over the ceiling dirt marks from years and years mysterious drip marks all over the walls TV pictures in the room. There were clusters of random hair everywhere from the tub to the sinks and literally in the towels!!!! The bathroom floor was plywood and the tub was so stained that we didn't shower the entire time we were there. We left at 7 pm the second night bc we could no longer stand the filth and were still charged. I contacted the corporate office and received no positive action.

The hotel is very nice, clean, very pleasant. I really liked it, it's worth it and the clerk who works at the reception is very nice, very attentive to her work, friendly with the clients. She works very well, her name is Leslie, I think. Thank you, come back. sure

This place terrible. Kids bad as hell, running around screaming day and night, throwing rocks at cars. Getting freaky in the laundry room. Cops are here every other night. Rooms got roaches. The workers cool tho just wish they gave more privacy

Do not stay here. We tried to check in and were given what was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The room smelled so bad of smoke it was like getting hit by a wall when you opened the door. We asked for a new room and the second room we tried (supposed to be non smoking as well) was just as bad. We had to leave (never actually stayed in the room) and find a new place to stay as we had a baby and it was an unsafe environment. Red roof is refusing to cancel our booking or give a refund and we are now dealing with an investigation with corporate. This was completely unsafe for a child. The manager Monserath was rude and combative as was the gentleman at the front desk.

I had a pleasant stay at the Red Roof In. Since I did my check in Monserrath gave me a warm welcome. They have coffee early morning at the lobby and the room was very clean.

My husband, my two daughters and I have been this weekend. The room seems newly renovated, very clean and simple. The beds are very comfortable. The heating was on when we arrived, which was appreciated because it was quite cold. The parking lot is large and comfortable to park. The person who cleaned our room on the second day, Gabriela, was very kind at all times. Yes, we will come back at some point! ✔️

I have been staying for 10 weeks, my wife and my 2 daughters are nice and I feel safe with the attention and cleanliness thanks to all the staff ♥️

The rooms are comfortable. There are some others that have old appliances but overall, decent. I'd check the housekeeping team to make sure they're in compliance with the cleanliness under the beds, changing the liners and the bathroom. (This events happened only once in one of my visits and it was addressed by the front team. The Front Desk Team is spectacular and goes above and beyond all the time with my request. Accidentally stayed at the facility after the hotel from the front cancelled my reservation due to a "Technical Issue” and couldn't find more rooms available. Morning team 🙌 proud of you all the way, Latinos. You guys had made my stays very comfortable and always listened to my requests. I can't complain about a single thing. Afternoon Team: (Excuse me everyone but I've only met Mr. Tracy)... Thank you sir for always be willing to assist, not just me but everyone that needa your help. My respect.

The smell in the room was horrible. And the sheets had stains and cigarette burns. I was suppose to be here for 2 weeks but stayed 2 min. At reception they offered me a better room. So if they had better why give me that junk? Don't stay. I found a nice place 10 mile away and cheaper.

It was the worst experience with staff! Dealing with Red Roof Edison staff marred my experience when I booked. Please put me through the concerned department for complaints. Yesterday 11:30 p.m. 15th August 2021, I walked in to your front desk, Staff Dan/Dani is unprofessional and lacks communication skills. I asked him to book 1 night check-in 16August checkout 17August! I informed him i will check-in after 6p.m. Surprisingly, when I arrived 8pm I was informed that I have to pay again for the night! He booked wrong day! Now I am double charged for 1 night! On another note, today the staff was unfriendly and impatient when communicating with me when I was trying to explain to him what happened! He had a negative attitude! He was not even a good listener! Please refund my money that I was double charged for one night because of a staff mistake!

For the price you get more for you money and the room never had a issue and the customer service in particular ‘ Daniel” he remember you by name ?

No coffee. No stores near by. There so called room service? Almost 6 bucks for delivery. Tax was out ragious. 51 dollars for a 25 dollar meal. Complete thumbs down....

Great place to stay, clean rooms and amazing people working there, specially their new manager Daniel. It was very passionate when he checked me in.

Advertising truck parking. Nope. Just bed bugs. Do not stop keep driving. The office is locked. Won’t let anyone in the lobby at 7am. No coffee. They don’t want the bedbugs in the office or lobby so they keep it locked.

The windows are closed, no air can get in. It smells of dampness. People cannot sleep inside. It's disgusting. I saw something like that for the first time in my life. It smells of dampness and humidity inside the rooms because there are no windows and there is no air in. I would never recommend it.

This was horrible. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! The sheets had stains and hair on them, the phone was static, the blow dryer was broken and on top of all of that. 15 minutes after me and my girlfriend were suppose to checkout the staff came to our room with a pen held in there fist banging on the door. They did not even give us a phone call first

I can't even with this place. I stay one night because I didn't in extend my stay at home2suites by Hilton in time so I book one night. I can't believe it like night and day they are right across from each in a nice area. It's the worst hotel I ever stay over night at I kept itchy the room was well I just can't if I can get it no stars I would. Don't stay he if you don't have to. Wi-Fi is horrible kept going. I will say these to be fair when I posted this message they did come to me an ask how can I make your stay better. I did say nothing due to the frustrating already I MEAN the fridge was broking. Not a good place stay. Thank god I back at Home2 Suite while my house is being renovated. Next best thing

It was surprisingly quiet, given that it is right under the interstate highway. The air conditioner drowned out the highway noise. It did not look very nice, but was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was small for 2 people, but we didn't spend much time in the room other than to sleep. Overall it was ok, except for the watered down coffee you had to get from the office in the morning (no coffee maker in the room)!

We checked into hotel late night and was given a room which when we entered found coakroaches all around the bathroom. We complaint about that and was given another room which was so dirty had hair strands on the bed already. On check out we asked them for the refund and they denied doing that and then when we asked them to let us talk to the manager they denied doing that too. Such an awful experience. The person from cleaning department literally banged the room so bad while we were checking out and tried to invade our privacy. They are not responsible basically for any non sense they do to the customers

Even though I only stayed for a weekend, everything went great! The receptionist, Martha was super helpful during my stay and so kind! Definitely recommend and will make sure to be back for future trips

People screaming outside all through out the day and night. Kids running around everywhere and yelling outside your door. the rooms here are not worth the price at all. the only good thing about this place is that it's pet friendly. if you're able to stay somewhere else, do it.

All of the women at the front desk were extremely helpful and polite. They were incredibly sweet. A woman named Mara had made my check-in experience quick and painless. No complaints overall. The hospitality of the staff will have you feeling like you are at home.

Nice clean budget room. Service desk experience was quick and to the point, they have about no lie 8-10 maid/housemen,so after reading some previous posts, they probably don't clean up after themselves to begin with. One week into a extended stay and I haven't found anything I can even lightly say they need to brush up on. Savvy budget travelers, this is a great budget location. I'm a smoker,I got a non smoking room,I smoke outside no problem,I as a smoker would be bothered by a nicotine wall covered room, no traces of smoke here.

Remodeling our new house we bought and my family stayed at this location for a week I was pleased with my stay only problem with our room besides a lot of burns on comforters but no complaint because we did ask for a smoking room because I do vape. We also had our own pillows and blankets Couple pillows didn’t have pillow cases. The head housekeeper gentlemen was the sweetest on checking if we needed anything. We checked in last Saturday and upon check in we had asked for a courtesy check in it was probably around one and the lady made us pay 30.00 to check in early that’s wasn’t a problem for me until I went to check in for another night couple morning later and a lady asked for a early check in at 8am and the front desk gave her a courtesy check in with no charge I was disappointed I wasn’t givin the same since I been a rewards member for awhile. That’s y I left off a star. I asked about it and they said they would ask the manager if it could be refunded and no one ever contacted us or refunded the 30.00 charge. If it’s a rule I understand but don’t choose who has to pay and who don’t when I only checked in couple hours earlier and the guest checked in before it was even check out with no charge. I would be grateful for that to be refunded and if I need to I sure will be back to your property because we enjoyed the location room and staff! Good job managers u doing a great job with your staff.

Stayed here to crash for the night. Walked into the room, turned on the light and roaches were crawling by my hand by the light switch.. would not recommend. Had to be refunded.

Stayed here a week earlier, on our way north. Was satisfied with both rooms. The gentleman at the front desk was polite both times. My biggest complaint is the overwhelming odor of urine on the 2nd floor outdoor hallway, especially near the stairway. It smells bad enough that that I know it didn't just happen. Even a driving thunderstorm didn't dampem that disgusting smell. The 1st room we had wasn't near this pee stop, so was much more pleasant to stand outside near the room. All in all, a decent place, but please power wash that stinking hallway!

Room smelled of cigarette smoke or mold or something!!! They really need to see where this is coming from! Hit you in the face like a punch! No coffee machine!!! Will never stay here again! Big line down on the TV... People putting out their trash on the sidewalk where my two dogs were. Nearly picked something up!

Google needs a shut down to zero stars .. OMG! I'm going home and heading to the Dr.. that place is FILTH.. we were just stopping over but I literally bathe with my slippers on.. didnt want to even touch anything .. ugh just shut down . There were bugs 🐛, the ac blew air of mold . I was close to go sleep in the car .. that was one of America's worst 😪 😕 hotel. Yuck 🤮 🤮.. needs a remodeling service . It seems like ppl live there , saw families , kids running around like they owned the area . Never the fmxnxnxk again! Negative stars if possible ..

We travel all over for wrestling and rented a room for 1 night. After checking in we noticed "BLOOD" ALL OVER THE FLOOR BY THE BATHROOM!! MY kids were playing on the floor and noticed it!! I immediately got everything out of there and told the front desk and they said they were only giving me 15% BACK!!! HORRIBLE!!! STAY FAR AWAY UNLESS YOUR GETTING HIGH THEN PERFECT ENJOY!!

This place is horrible I couldn't even take a nice hot shower for 2 days. Then when I tried to bring it to the managers attention she hid from me.. maintenance man tried to play dumb knowing the water wasn't hot. The cover had stains om them.. this hotel sucks 😪 stay away if you can.....issues while with us, please contact our front desk immediately so we can take care of the issue to ensure you're comfortable. I stayed for two days at the Red Roof Inn Edison hotel, everything was clean, the service was very good. I wanted to use the safe but I didn't know how, so the maintenance guy, Angel, explained to me how to do it. I recommend this place. The attention is incredible.
