Very careless doctors that make you feel like your injury is not real. They made me feel like my pain is non-existent and they were telling me to go to work full duty even though I still had a concussion and a bad neck injury. The doctors talk over you with a loud voice, and don’t even give you a second to voice your concerns. They would have a different doctor, or a Nurse Practitioner, or a Physician Assistant seeing you, and you’d have to explain everything from day 1 every time. Even when you request to see a doctor, they will still send a PA or a NP, this place is ridiculous. I can’t put into words how terrible my experience was here. And as of the wait times…expect to be there for 3 hours even with an appointment. Sometimes just to check in takes 30 minutes! I would always get to my appointment 10-15 minutes early and end up checking in 30 minutes after my appointment. Then still wait for my name to be called in for a room. Front desk people are rude some days and nice other days, their moods are always different. This place deserves a 0 star rating

Went here for a pre employment physical. Had to wait in the office for over 2 hours. When finally they took me the doctor was rude as hell. Basically called me fat, even though I am a 6'2 adult male, and just over 200 pounds. She acted nasty the entire time that I was there, as if I was her customer. My suggestion, dont go there. If your boss wants you to get a pre employment screening, then just choose one of the other locations.

When I enter the front counter the nurses notice I am partially handicap due my crutches. They took special care of me with class. As I waited not long after I filled out the form and make nurse came out and helped to my location maki g sure I was safe. When I finished my test the male nurse not only help me to the waiting area but opened the outside door for me and made sure I was about to make it safely to my car. Excellent experience all the way from those two beautiful ladies at the front counter but also the great man who took care of me. Class act all around

Staff is totally unprofessional they have conversations amongst each other about things that should be spoken about outside of work or on break. The wait is exhausting extremely long and everybody there is moving in slow motion as if the patients threat are coming in to be seen have all day I will never visit this location ever again in life

Dr. Lester accuse me of faking my injury. He said the pain I was experiencing was from old age. Mind you, I had an MRI done and it shows otherwise 🤦‍♂️. All I was asking was for physical therapy but he proves the theory that they only look out for the interests of the employer.

Place was very dirty . Waited 2 hours for a previous made appointment by my company for a test that took 7 minutes. Staff was not helpful was told i needed an authorization, which my company set up prior . Very disorganized and unprofessional.

The office staff is very polite and courteous, however, there is no way I should have been there for four hours!! I believe this office could benefit from some reorganization and better planning of each patient's visit. Also, my bloodwork was "compromised" to use their words. When they called me to inform me that the bloodwork would need to be done again I was told that they did not have the proper tubes but they would have the proper equipment the next day. Three days later they STILL didn't have what they needed to draw my blood. The problem was that they never called me to tell me. So when I showed up for my repeat bloodwork I was told "we can do it but it may get rejected again"

I was sent to concentra for a follow up drug screening, which requires an attendant observe my sample. I waited an hour at the Rahway location before the front desk attendant told me that the only male specialist didn’t feel comfortable observing me urinate in a cup. So i was forced to drive 20 min to the Edison location, where i had to wait another 35 min. A ridiculous turn of events.

I went to Concentra Urgent Care on July 19 to get a Medical card it was a nightmare, Concentra sent me to get a clearance from my doctor, anyway, but Concentra didn't keep the eyes open on their fax machine Concentra blamed my doctor they told me they never received the fax from my doctor. I visited Concentra about 5 times every time they gave me a different story yesterday on July 25 they told me the provider is on vacation the couldn't get him by text or phone they had to give new forms to refill again so far I haven't got my medical card yet

So the lines are 90min long. The staff are nice. Management will of course try to blame their employees for this one star review. The sent me a survey and I rated them 10/10 so that the staff would get a nice review and now concentra thinks I’ll advertise for them so they linked me over here. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE ALL DAY.

My visit was horrible. I waited 3 hours or more just to see a doctor and at the end the ppe i was supposed to receive wasn't even available and no one informed me. For more than 3 hours. Please you all can do better.

I was attended to briefly and everyone was so nice and answered all my questions. Came back for my result and that was brief as well. Really nice employees!

For a walk in the waiting was expected but once I went back the flow was smooth for the pre-employment workup.

I arrived 10 minutes early for my 1:15 appointment on 9/1/2023, I was then asked to fill out 3 pages of paperwork that I had filled out on an earlier visit, then had my weight, height and BP taken, only to be put in a room and wait 1 1/2 hours to finally see the doctor, who then ordered X-rays to be done!! People’s time is valuable and you’re only wasting it by running your facility this way!! When I initially called to schedule this appointment I was asked if I had any X-rays or MRI disc’s, I told them “NO”!! Why wouldn’t you at that time make arrangements for me to have them done if that’s what you need for my exam? This would have streamlined the process and not wasted more time! Additionally, I felt the exam was mediocre at best and for the Dr to make a true evaluation and diagnosis on my injured knee he should have had an MRI ordered to rule out any serious tears or damage.

It was good the doctors are a little pushi when it came down to what medication I was taking but overall it was okay! The nurses are very nice they do show that they care am very good looking as well!

The check in process was a disaster. The medical assistant that initially helped me was great. I had an appointment. They had all the paperwork a day before and could not find it. They gave me all the paperwork to fill out 5 minutes before I saw someone and I waited over an hour with an appointment.

Staff is super friendly up front, but the fact that appointments are not allowed for certain procedures is frustrating. Ended up waiting 3hrs just for the doctor to see me for 2 seconds and seemed like he could care less. The paperwork aspect seems repetitive you need to do some on a mobile device, then another portion on paper with the same questions. Just my opinion, hopefully others have better experiences.

Always get done thoroughly and the staff is really professional.

Went in with bronchitis to get medicine and got prescribed a medicine for COPD which has side effects that cause bronchitis, sinusitis, flu, fever soar throat and hoarse voice. Ihave each of these symptoms now. WTH! The doctor I saw doesn't know how to prescribe to actually help. He should be put on notice.

got here at 1:40, its 5:02 and i still have yet to leave because of the confusion with my return to work order. this is the worst experience ive ever had with urgent care.

I have appointment at 9:00 AM for immunization. Signed in at 8:42 AM and waited there until 9:45 AM. Came inside and sat for another 15 minutes and then someone came in and said we don't have the shot for you if you want to stay around we can ask some other the site. Thanks but no thanks! People here are very slow.

The front desk people are very nice, understanding and helpful. But the medical staff need yo work faster. They take their sweet time and the wait is long. I wanted 30 minutes for drug test until my bladder was 63 seconds from exploding, literally. Imagine you come to "Urgent" care and staff are not too urgently working and you end up with an exploded bladder.

I called a day before and was told I don’t need an appointment for a doc physical. Arrived around 11:23. It was already 2:15 roughly walked up the counter and said”how much longer was the wait.” After I said that they took care of me. Makes you wonder if I didn’t walk up to say something would have I been taken care of? I have a ton of patience. But that was too much. Especially if you have other things you’d like to accomplish throughout the day.

It's very annoying place I ever went. The staff are rude and No help full at all. For instance, If you have 5 minutes work you need at least 50-60 minutes to get that done. To much wait even though there no patient. and every time you ask staff do something, they told you to go somewhere else or go talk to someone else never straight answer.

My experience at Concentra was great. The staff were very nice and very helpful. The place was also clean so that’s a big thumbs up 👍!

Concentra service was excellent, they treat you with care and ensure that I was comfortable throughout my procedure....I gave them a 5 star ratings....big up Concentra New Jersey Team.🥳🥳🥳
