I sent my 3 adult daughters for a graduation celebration to Healing Waters for the Hammam treatment. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate getting the girls in at the same time by arranging for extra staff to come in! The girls have not stopped raving about how incredible the entire experience was.. from the treatments to the ambience to the products used! Amazing. Thank you Healing Waters Management and staff. Your spa is so lovely and the staff exceptional and very good at what they do! 10/10 recommend.

I had an intro facial with Jamie, I would give five stars for that and it was a great experience for my first facial. However I was switched to someone else for my pedicure. I would not book back for a pedicure. The person was super nice and sweet, however really needs additional training in pedicures. At least two of my toes around my cuticle were bleeding from her manually filing down my previous gel polish, and not very gently, leaving all of them sore at the end. When she went to tidy up the blood, she used alcohol to clean it up or something that stung horribly. I would have preffered warm water clean up, as whatever she put on it made it hurt and sting worse. The other thing that was strange to me is after my feet were dry for at least half an hour, is when she decided to use the grater thing on my feet which was super uncomfortable and did not smooth my feet out, i assumed that would be done when your feet are wet? I booked the express pedicure plus gel removal, however I was expecting my nails to be filed or trimmed down a bit (not sure if that is included) but basically I paid for soaking my feet for not very long in lukewarm water, painful and bleeding gel removal, cuticles cut, nail polish and cuticle oil, no lotion. I also booked the express pedicure due time limitations for the day. It said 45 minutes, I ended up starting around 1:20 (was booked for 1:30) and not leaving until maybe 2:50 or 3:00? I think it was closer to 3 because I had to pay for extra parking, which made me late for picking up my son. I understand people have to learn, however it shouldn't be at the same price and we should be told in advance so it's not twice as long. I left with my face feeling better, but my feet feeling worse.

I was gifted with a spa day and was very impressed with the experience! The booking process was very easy - I appreciated that they could accommodate multiple treatments and made it for very smooth transitions throughout the day. I had a full body massage with Erica, who was great. And Audrey was wonderful - her energy and knowledge made the other treatments so enjoyable. The entire experience was so relaxed, and really helped me to de-stress. Hoping to return again soon!

I was gifted a Squeeze The Day experience package and had a very relaxing and enjoyable visit. The steam room was clean and comfortable, and Willow gave me a great full body massage, focusing on upper body at my request but making sure to get my legs in as well. Would definitely recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at Healing Waters, it was so relaxing and peaceful. I had the Moor Mud wrap with the eye cleanser (add-on), Audrey was my esthetician and she was very helpful, easy to talk to, and knew what she was doing. I would highly recommend this spa.

the spa is clean, calming and the staff is very friendly! the steam room is such a great service to offer on its own - so relaxing. i also saw valencia for a hydration facial — she was so incredibly lovely as a person and in her work. she was very attentive to my skin concerns, thorough in her work, and never tried to push/oversell services/products. i’ll definitely be back to see her!

My Mother-in-law and I went for one of the experience packages, a sugar scrub and then a facial. The ladies in the salon were professional & friendly & made us feel comfortable. They were really diligent about making sure we were comfortable & safe through the scrub. This spa is amazing & it's so pretty inside. Would recommend without a doubt

So I went back to get my nails fixed and they actually heard my feedback and all of my issues were resolved! Candance offered me a full re-do. I was given more colour choice including the deep purple I was after! There was also a better pad for my arms, and a lovely hand massage. Hopefully these nails stay this time as I’m quite happy with them. I’ve bumped my rating up to 4 stars, as their professionalism and willingness to take feedback was very nice to see. ORIGINAL: I went to Healing Waters just about a week ago for a free skin consultation and their September special of a lavender infused gel manicure. I enjoyed the skin consultation. For being a free service, I loved that it was informative & helpful. There was no pressure to buy anything or book a facial on the spot, only recommendations. Candance was very knowledgeable, kind, and I liked that she talked about every product she used as she used it. As for the manicure…it honestly left much to be desired. First off, let me be very clear, Candance was great, I take no issue with her as a person AT ALL. It was the quality of the service. For starters, I was unimpressed by the small selection of gel polish. I went in wanting a deep purple colour but they only had a light sparkly purple. That’s fine, I can be adaptive and I chose a sparkly copper colour that I actually really love, but the polish IS slightly patchy in some places, even after 2 coats. I wish they had more than the less than twenty gel polishes they offer. The service itself was just okay. I didn’t feel like it was lavender infused at all and the hand massage was minimal, which were both selling points of the manicure. Additionally, I felt like there could’ve been a cushion for my forearms to rest on. There was just a towel and after a while, I could feel the table digging into my arms. Finally, I have to call them today as TWO of my nails are messed up already. One has chipped and the other is half-peeled up. Gel should be lasting much longer than a week. Honestly, this is disappointing and inconvenient as I now have to find time to go back to fix it. Overall, everyone was very nice and the atmosphere was serene. Again, I don’t want to fault Candance. But I won’t be coming back for a manicure after I get these nails fixed. For all these reasons, I have to give Healing Waters 3 out of 5 stars.

I received a gift card to Healing Waters Spa. Before then I had never heard of them. I came to my appointment in a pretty low and stressed state and immediately felt calm and welcomed by the staff. I had a facial and it was incredible. I left feeling blissful, relaxed and rejuvenated. Everyone there was so kind and warm. I felt so comfortable and safe. I will absolutely be returning as a regular customer and can’t wait to try out other services that they offer. I highly recommend Healing Waters Spa to anyone! They are incredibly helpful, caring and worth every penny!

My friend and I attended here for beginner facials and pedicures. The facials were lovely and I felt so rejuvenated however both of us agreed we would not return for our pedicures. I had remaining gel polish from a previous pedicure which was removed with a hand file and roughly. The lady filed on my toes causing them to bleed and scab afterwards - when I was cringing back in pain she would ask if it was getting hot from the filing. If you can’t properly remove gel polish please just say so rather than hurting someone with a hand file. They also charged extra for the removal. Once she had finally applied the polish and top coat, we left and were told to be careful because our nails were still wet. We were both very cautious, went for lunch, and went home. When I got home I noticed that my nails had giant globs of top coat near my cuticle area which chipped off the same day. Very disappointing for how much we paid for services. TL;DR would not return for a pedicure.

Receptionist was polite. Massage was okay. The treatment room was cramped. Therapist seemed eager but inexperienced. Would suggest the therapist could work slowly, instead of frantically, when someone indicates they wish to be relaxed. Website states that they can direct bill to most insurance companies when in fact, they can only charge direct bill to 1- blue cross.

Went to have a waxing treatment done with Jamie and she was fantastic! It was quick but painless and loved how bubbly she was. Made me feel very comfortable and I will be back!

Absolutely wonderful vegan rice and noodle plus vegan/tofu protein dishes that are indistinguishable from "real" meat. Soups are extremely worth it. Very nice surroundings and great service! Check out the buffet if you think you can handle it!
