I never do negative reviews but I had to this time! There is a reason this location only has 2.6 stars. What is worse is that it is clear that corporate is not doing a single thing about it. I have lived close to this location for almost 7 years and it has ALWAYS been like this! The customer service is terrible here, food quality is insanely poor, something is usually missing from your order or it is made wrong. Last night I decided to give it ONE LAST TRY and order a 4 piece extra crispy chicken meal with poutine. When it arrived and I opened the box of chicken and it was completely burnt! Like terribly burnt. I tried a tiny piece of the skin and it tasted like old, burnt, stale oil! The box was even stained all over with this dark brown old oil. The French fries in the poutine tasted the same! They were also cold and hard. Like they were hours old. I clearly contacted Uber about my order right away. I decided to also call the location. The girl I spoke to did not care one little bit. She was rude and kept insisting this chicken was just freshly made. Ya no! It looked and tasted like they took some old cold chicken and dunked it into some old stale oil to heat it up and burnt it. How are they ok with sending this quality of food out and then have the nerve to be rude about it? CORPORATE PLEASE LISTEN TO THE PEOPLE! The people that run/own this location clearly won’t change so you need to step in and do something!

Ok fyi things have to be pretty bad for me to leave a comment. I ordered a boneless meal. It was very obviously extremely dirty oil. Everything tastes terrible. All I could taste is that burnt oil flavour. My chicken nuggets were the size of my nail. Also there were barely any, the little bag was almost empty. I ordered 2 salads and they weren't even filled to the top of the tiny little cup. WHAT REALLY !! Very disappointing if I was you I'd stay away from this KFC. Unless you like the taste of burnt oil

I hope corp see this and does something about this location. By far the worst KFC in the city. Extremely long wait times, they don't take coupons too. Just ordered a small popcorn combo in drive through with 3 cars a head of us. It took 45 mins for us to get our food. Not even a single sorry. We pulled up to the window hoping to finally recieved our food and had to wait again. 5- star reviews definitely fake.

We ordered 6 pieces Burkett.they gave me 4 drumsticks and 2 black meats.

This is by far the worst KFC I have ever visited. Deserves zero stars. It's close to home and my better half enjoys KFC on occasion. Recently got dinner for the family and it was absolutely disgusting, even by standard KFC expectations. The chicken tasted old (tasted like cotton fibres somehow), was undercooked and absolutely dripping in grease. The bottom of the box was basically like a grease pool. They got my order wrong for the sandwhich I ordered on top of that. Was waiting in the drive through line for an unreasonable amount of time with no one ahead of me. This location would be a good candidate for closure, its only a matter of time. I cant see them being successful in the future given the fact the quality has been sub-par since they opened. I will never return. Genuinely Disgusted.

wish i would have read the reviews. what a joke. My boneless meal didn't taste like kfc, i think they forgot to order the secrete spices and used just bread crumbs, didn't taste like normal old school kfc. corporate definitely will hear about this one, and to make matters even worse it wasn't fully cooked. i ate one because it was dark out and i didn't notice the under cooked chicken, the bad taste made me turn lights on in t the truck and that's when i noticed. I hope i don't get sick. my good kfc sucks a lot lately......i am done never again

I just ordered from here. The regular size side is so small it's only good for a toddler. KFC is becoming way to money hungry. I will not be going back to often. I only get it as a treat for my wife. Because they don't use MSG and this is the only good thing I can say. And most chicken places do. Given choice I would go elsewhere.

We haven’t picked up KFC for mor than 10 years. I thought we could try it again, what a mistake. The chicken was tasteless, not crispy and didn’t small. I ordered a 6 piece bucket and got 4 legs and 2 thighs, disappointing not getting at least 1 breast. Our salads we mostly sauce and the potato salad was under cooked. Good bye KFC FOREVER

I ordered some crispy chicken and it was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. But what really stood out to me was the quality of the ingredients. The chicken was juicy and tender, and the sides were all made with fresh ingredients that really made a difference in the taste.I also appreciate the friendly service and the cleanliness of the restaurant. Overall i love KFC and will definitely be back for more. If you're looking for a delicious, satisfying meal, I highly recommend giving KFC a try. You won't be disappointed!

I went to the store with my family, we ordered a chicken bucket. The chicken was so fresh and tasty, staff was super friendly and professional. Amazing experience, would definitely go back!

Was here in June or July. I tried the new fries finding they taste like Ruffles KFC chips. I can still ignore KFC fries now. Food was okay but the bathroom was without soap was out in the can do I told the staff. They may have gotten to it eventually.

Buy one bucket get one free... not really. They should say the second will be drumsticks. Bought a ten piece received 9 drumsticks. Please see picture.

As stated by other people, this location clearly has management issues. The last time I walked in there (about a month ago), there was only ONE employee manning everything (drive-thru, counter, cooking the food, etc.). The probable reason why many people have had a poor service experience (with mediocre food quality at best) here is certainly because of the lack of properly-trained staff here. I'm not throwing blame on the employees, of course, as they can only do so much. This is clearly the fault of the management. This location definitely needs new management, as the ones that are currently running this location seem to be far more intrigued at keeping the costs down as low as possible rather than actually trying to have a good service experience and quality of food for customers. Given that this is one of the worst-rated KFC's in the city at the time of this review, new management is definitely needed at this location. On that note, PLEASE HIRE MORE STAFF!! One person should not have to work at every position in the location at once. That is unacceptable.
