do
negative
reviews
but
I
had
to
this
time!
There
is
a
reason
this
location
only
has
2.6
stars.
What
is
worse
is
that
it
is
clear
that
corporate
is
not
doing
a
single
thing
about
it.
I
have
lived
close
to
this
location
for
almost
7
years
and
it
has
ALWAYS
been
like
this!
The
customer
service
is
terrible
here,
food
quality
is
insanely
poor,
something
is
usually
missing
from
your
order
or
it
is
made
wrong.
Last
night
I
decided
to
give
it
ONE
LAST
TRY
and
order
a
4
piece
extra
crispy
chicken
meal
with
poutine.
When
it
arrived
and
I
opened
the
box
of
chicken
and
it
was
completely
burnt!
Like
terribly
burnt.
I
tried
a
tiny
piece
of
the
skin
and
it
tasted
like
old,
burnt,
stale
oil!
The
box
was
even
stained
all
over
with
this
dark
brown
old
oil.
The
French
fries
in
the
poutine
tasted
the
same!
They
were
also
cold
and
hard.
Like
they
were
hours
old.
I
clearly
contacted
Uber
about
my
order
right
away.
I
decided
to
also
call
the
location.
The
girl
I
spoke
to
did
not
care
one
little
bit.
She
was
rude
and
kept
insisting
this
chicken
was
just
freshly
made.
Ya
no!
It
looked
and
tasted
like
they
took
some
old
cold
chicken
and
dunked
it
into
some
old
stale
oil
to
heat
it
up
and
burnt
it.
How
are
they
ok
with
sending
this
quality
of
food
out
and
then
have
the
nerve
to
be
rude
about
it?
CORPORATE
PLEASE
LISTEN
TO
THE
PEOPLE!
The
people
that
run/own
this
location
clearly
won’t
change
so
you
need
to
step
in
and
do
something!
