Called everyday to cancel my appointment and when I finally got a hold of someone they questioned me as to why I didn't call sooner. When I told them why it became a back and forth as to how I should have called sooner. The message does not tell us anything but "the clinic is closed". I don't have time to keep calling over and over until you decide to answer the call. I'm thankful to have another doctor with a good front desk receptionist.

Physicians are absolutely fantastic, however trying to get a hold of the clinic itself is an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. Their phones are never on on-time during “open” hours and I often spend 40 minutes + calling without reaching anyone at the desk. Adjust the clinic hours if you are not going to answer the phone when you’re “open”. I should be able to reach someone by 9 am and the fact I can’t is absurd. It’s also incredibly difficult to get an appointment. I am supposed to have weekly appointments nearing the end of my pregnancy. I have 2 weeks left, they can’t even accommodate doctors orders for weekly appointments to be booked. Now I will not see my physician this week, have an upcoming c-section to prepare for, and wont be in until the week before the REQUESTED surgery date. I don’t even have a confirmation of the date yet and they can’t get me in and I’ve lost my mucus plug and am dilating! After calling a second time and having to fight back and forth yet again demanding to be seen, or even have a phone call to at least discuss and confirm my c-section date and ask questions, the receptionist miraculously found an appointment time for me. Horrific how personally the receptionists take booking appointments, how they question in such a condescending way why I need another appointment due to having just being seen last week as though I’m not doing what my doctor is telling me to, and how much of a fight it is to be seen in accordance to their own physicians orders. Update: I am currently at my appointment and the two receptionists have spent the entire 30 minutes I’ve been waiting gossiping and talking badly about patients directly at the front desk even saying “she will be here next Thursday, sounds like a good day to call in sick” and so on. You’d think at their age they would know how to act with professionalism.

I’m honestly so shocked by the reviews of this clinic. The receptionists have always gone above and beyond for me starting from my earliest days of pregnancy and getting me in early because of my high risk pregnancy. Every single time I’ve had a question they would honestly do their best to answer or get one of the doctors to call me urgently even if my doctor wasn’t working. They’ve always taken my concerns serious and guided me on what to do with the utmost patience and respect. The receptionists, nurses, doctors and all staff have literally treated me with the nothing but kindness and respect and I feel ever so heard during such a hard pregnancy. Don’t get me started on my amazing doctors, Dr . JanMohamed is so kind, patient and informative. He will always validate how you feel and will never rush you even if you have a million questions. Dr. Hirt- Walsh is a god sent of a doctor and I am ever so grateful to be her patient. She’s kind, very attentive and knowledgeable, will answer all your questions and will put you at ease with every visit. Both doctors are honestly the very best you’ll ever find.

Dr. Greeff is a highly recommended OB! Her profession and patience impressed me a lot. I had my second baby's prenatal checks with her which were pleasant and joyful. She answered all my questions and offered valuable suggestions. She did the membrane sweep for me and the baby was delivered successfully during that night. Besides that, she did the 6 weeks-postpartum follow up check for me and referred me to the pelvic floor therapy. Overall, I could not express how thankful to her and no regret of choosing South Side Women's Health Centre!

Dr. Greef was my doctor with my first pregnancy and she was amazing! Warm and friendly, but also professional and knowledgeable. I always felt that my baby was safe in her care.

Dr. Amanda O’Reily is an amazing OB! My experience at this clinic was extremely positive. She has a very calm demeanour and makes you feel very welcome and comfortable from the minute you meet her. She is very thorough and answered all of my questions each appointment. Unfortunately she was not on call when I was in labour, so she did not deliver our baby. However, Dr. McCubbin delivered our baby and was also very kind, welcoming, and calm during the delivery process. I would highly recommend the South Side Women’s Health Centre for your pregnancy needs! They are absolutely fantastic.

Don't even bother going here for any reason. Staff here are very rude, they never give you complete information and they are so full of themselves. I had an out of country patient use their service, returning the patients deposit was a big problem. They kept tossing us up and down, eventually when it was time for the refund they didn't give a thorough breakdown of the cost billed to the patient. The patient was told, you either take the refund given to them or forget it......can you imagine!!! Very dishonest set of people

I’m surprised at all the negative reviews not saying they aren’t valid but I had a great experience visiting today. Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor was great. Especially the doctor, I absolutely love her and now actually have hope that my issues will be resolved!
