Long
one,
but
there's
a
reason
for
the
low
rating.
The
rooms
were
nice
and
clean.
The
location
is
fantastic.
But
the
service
is
at
most
0
stars.
This
isn't
directed
to
the
staff.
The
staff
were
nice,
understanding,
and
friendly.
But
this
is
directed
to
the
manager
of
the
place.
We
paid
for
a
room
and
didn't
get
back
to
it
till
12am.
Exhausted
from
the
long
trip
and
the
event
that
we
attended,
we
just
wanted
to
get
back
to
the
room
and
sleep.
After
getting
ready
for
bed,
my
76
year
old
father
goes
to
lay
down
only
to
find
out
that
his
mattress
was
almost
non-existent.
One
side
stayed
up,
but
the
other
side
sank.
It
was
late,
and
we
didn't
want
to
get
dressed,
pack
all
of
our
stuff
up
to
move
to
another
room,
so
he
put
a
bunch
of
pillows
underneath,
and
it
was
good
enough
for
the
night.
In
the
morning,
we
called
for
a
manager
to
show
the
mattress
and
even
showed
the
other
bed
had
the
same
issue
on
one
side.
No
understanding
or
wanting
to
listen
he
immediately
got
upset
and
said
we
were
at
fault.
When
we
were
trying
to
leave,
he
claimed
that
he
would
take
pictures
and
put
the
blame
on
us.
We
left
the
room
with
our
stuff
only
for
him
to
jump
my
dad
in
the
hallway.
Yeah,
the
manager
of
this
establishment
attacked
a
76
year
old
man
and
then
tried
to
claim
it
was
him
who
attacked
first.
There
is
no
excuse
for
this
behavior.
Something
needs
to
be
done.
