    Tea and a peanut butter cookie! Excellent! If you haven't tried the peanut butter cookie you really should! It's delish!

    Ordered steak chipolte bowl. Was delicious. A good serving . large chili. Was fresh and hot. BUT since when do you only get 1/4 of a 6 inch bun with a large chili? Not even 1/2 of a bun. And hard as rock butter you can't spread?? I was disappointed and no solution from staff.

    We ate here a few times while visiting our new home builder's office, and the food was actually very good. Better than many of the other Tim Hortons that we have eaten at recently. Very friendly staff, and we got our food very fast!

    We often come to this Timmy's. With our senior friends. And one of our senior is on oxygen and one of the employee yelled at her 31 January 2023. Not once but twice. It doesn't matter how busy you are you treat your customer with dignity. The employee was very disrespectful and rude. We also talked to the manager. Nothing was done. NOW YOU HAVE LOST US AS YOUR REGULAR THE CUSTOMERS

    As is grabbing my items the nice guy in drive thru seen my tattoo and politely gave his condolences which immediately made my day. Chipotle steak loaded wrap tastes amazing and my drink too think the added humanity made it all the better. Other locations should take from this locations staff and be proper.

    For some reason the person working the counter told me I could not get chocolate milk in my coffee. I have done this at literally 100 locations from coast to coast since 2014. You can make my iced cap with it but not my coffee?? Get bent. Walked out on the coffee and food I had ordered, will never return to this location even tho I come 4x a week since it's so close to my work.

    Most of the time this location is great, but over the last couple of months, I have noticed that they haven't been putting hardly any cream cheese on my baggles. I pay for it, but there's pretty much nothing on it . So I'm forced to eat a plain baggle because I'm already at work. It's frustrating to say the least!

    I think its crazy that you don't even have the option of having ure stuff to go wen sitting in the restaurant. I even asked if I could pay for it. Just wanted to have a little rest before walking again.

    Went through the drive thru for an Xtra large coffee and a farmer's wrap. Was told to go park someone would bring it out to me. No one Came after 15 minutes I went inside to get my order that should have been given to me in the window. Then the lady doesn't want to give me my order I paid for because it's a drive thru order and I should have got it then. Well you have to train your staff better. I should not have the employees give me attitude when I'm asking for the food I paid for over 15 minutes ago!! These employees should be fired as they do not give good customer service to customers and complain and get mad at you when you ask for napkins which should just be given to you when food is ordered as it ALWAYS has been. This isn't McDonald's. Also you do not have labeled spots for driving ahead. Worst tims location in Edmonton.

    The workers at this location didn't know how to use the hortons app. I thought all employees would have knowledge of their own app and system. It took longer than usual to get the order.

    For $10 loaded bowl and this is what i get. Rice is super soggy! Really disgusting! Im not sure if they’re out of lettuce caz it looks like a half piece of lettuce that just cut into pieces! Not worth the price!

    This Tim Horton's is a nice bed and breakfast. If you're on drugs, you can buy a coffee, take a seat and drool all over the table and floor without being bothered by management to leave.

    Made a huge last minute order over the phone this morning, and customer service was absolutely incredible! Super clear, fast, and so friendly. Joe helped us over the phone and in store and we wanted to give a massive shoutout to him!! Thanks buddy for making us smile, keep it up!!

    They do not know how to make their own products. They even argued with me when I pointed it out. I didn't feel like causing too much trouble just got a refund. Terrible location with the staff working here. One of the worst in the city now. I don't normally post bad reviews but this location deserve it.

    the lady that served me today had horrible customer service skills, didn’t understand the item i ordered which i’ve had a million times. had the audacity to assure me it was what i ordered when i knew it was wrong because the screen had something totally different & then wouldn’t let me change my order because the other lady “already made it.” this wrap was made horribly, it was dry, literally looked like she threw it all onto the tortilla & called it a day & it was still the wrong wrap after i clearly stated the item i was looking to get which is on their regular lunch menu.

    Tim Hortons, faithfully the same wherever you go. There really is no way to criticize the menu since it comes down to employees. This location was friendly and fast. My sandwich was delicious; made just right. I'll use this location if I'm seeking a fast comfort food meal any day.

    Check your order prior to leaving the drive through window - even if the person serving you assures it is correct. 1/3 times it's not. My own fault for going back. what was I thinking. Also, the doughnuts are not good.

    Since the covid sham ended it seems our workforce is populated with idiots. This establishment is refreshing difference. Fast service and professional etiquette through and through. Good job, keep it up guys.

    I go often to Tim Horton at 170st./111ave. In Edmonton. It is a commercial environment With an adjacent Lexus car dealership . There is not much walking traffic around, which keeps the premises busy only through the Window service, and not crowded by the usual Timmi visitors. The food is fresh, the coffee is good and A good selection of baked items is available. To compliment that, prices are low compared To even inexpensive restaurant. I recommend it For simple tasty food, prompt service, low prices And quiet not crowded environment.

    I had chilly meal with a quarter of a bun that they use to give and I didn't get a fly swatter with my meal like asked for when I was in line to order I killed 3 flies with my hat

    Coffee is never an issue, although don't bother asking anything to be toasted. It will end up burnt. 3 mornings in a row I have had this issue. A little bit of quality control can go a long way.

    Spent over $13 for 3 beverages and 2 bagel sandwiches. Asked for a extra cup. Person said .10$ Then asked for a cup of ice water. Now it’s .20$ wtf… A BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY AND YOUR CHARGING YOUR ALREADY CUSTOMERS MORE MONEY. How dare you. The audacity this company throws at you. Makes one really think hard if the double double is worth spending the $2.05 for trashy service. SHAME ON YOU TIM HORTONS AND FORCING YOUR WORKERS TO DO SUCH THINGS!! SHAME SHAME!!

    Tim Hortons coffee cups are already flimsy when they have a hot liquid in them, and now they charge you 10 cents to double cup it. Mayne make a more sturdy cup like McDonald's
