Big swimming pool, clean camping area. Mixed experience with the staff - the old lady who seems to run the place has an arrogant attitude and seems irritated at guests. She's the reason we probably won't come back. The girl is better at English and much nicer.

A nice campsite with a good pool. Very well located to explore the area. Well placed. modern toilet blocks, although not always the cleanest in August when the site is really busy. Staff were welcoming, helpful and between them spoke french, German, Dutch and English. A good child friendly site, quiet at night. Some very shady spots.

Please let me know if you contact phone number is an overcharged number. I can see on my invoice that it is a special France number, charged with 3 eur/call. Please confirm, otherwise my review is correct -> 1 star for no warning at initiating the call, as would be normal according to French law.

Would be a great camping ground if the toilets would be clean. At our stay half of the toilets where closed, the other half was always terribly dirty... The animation team made a great job even when there was a power failure.

Excellent, green, quiet, well equipped but not huge camping. Pool for big and small. Good and clean wet facilities and two play areas. The friendly and helpful staff are able speak multiple languages. The 'shop' has a good selection of options for fresh French stick and croissants, etc. in the morning and some essentials. Bigger shops are quick and easy to reach. Also great location for exploring the alsace, as you can get onto the motorway quickly (but you can't hear it). Maybe less interesting for teenagers looking for some entertainment, but we were there just out of the summer season, so in the main season it may be different.

Recently taken over by new management. Used to be a small quiet site with good facilities but now have lots of 'loud' evening entertainment which is a shame. Location and pool are still great though.

The site has good facilities and and decent sized pitches, but we had to move from our first one because the ground was so uneven and stony. The pool is really nice and I liked spending a few hours there but I found the customer service was really poor and I didn't feel welcomed. We where treated like dirt and any help and advice cost. I wouldn't go there again and I felt like they wouldn't care, as long as I paid. I also found it had to sleep with all the crying babies!

The place is pleasant and reminds a garden with all the different trees and flowers but they don't run the place properly. Lazy cleaning in toilets and kitchen. So many people, familys with little children, leave their marks but the staff cleans it like it was not high season at all.

It's nice, but it definitely needs some more work. Considering the blackouts from time to time.

The worst thing about this campsite is the lack of internet. When you reserve a bungalow, the site says that there is an internet that you pay for, but then when you come here it turns out that it is not. At the reception you are told that there is nothing they can do. There is no coffee, no indoor area for children, or even where to get bread or other food. If the campsite has 4 stars, it should offer these things. I give one star only for the nice and clean bungalow.

With the new owners, this place has become a horrible place. Loud (concert volume) music is played every evening from 20-23. Bungalows are way too hot, and the toilet in these too warm to be of any use. The pool area is more or less anarchy, with no staff to tell off unattended kids, so they behave as they like. Poor hygiene in the public toilet/shower facilities.
