Drecks laden, haben 40minuten auf das Kalte essen gewartet und diese knechten haben nicht gearbeitet sondern nur gequatscht. Geht da blos nicht hin!!!!!! Hatten nicht einmal rückgeld

Very slow, table sticky, cold food. I had to wait 24 minutes for three burgers. There were no options for gluten free burgers or vegan options only a salad. The machine for ordering has many language options but only the French and English translate good enough. Some of the furniture were broken. They have a lot plastic reusable cups and fry cups but that only slows the whole process down. Everything was cold except the McFlurry that was molten. The ice in the drink was molten when I finally got the order. In the kitchen the burgers and fry’s are prepared and put on a conveyor belt and then just lay there for 20 minutes while the manager runs around and sometimes puts the burgers on a tray. Then the drinks get put on and 1 person runs around the store to give everybody their order. They need to rethink their whole process

Food was cold and the place not clean. The fries were terrible (dry). Sorry but this was the most horrible McDonald’s in Europe.

One of the worst McDonalds I ever went to. Had to stop here late on a Thursday evening and got dry and stale burgers...

Terrible. 30 minutes waiting. Wrong food. We even passed from picking the ice creams for kids. Can't really blame staff. Absolutely overcrowded.

This macdonalds is the best you can excpect from a macdonalds: has the taste (dont really care for it personally), has a playground and self service. I would love if there was a place to wash hands in the kids area. Not having one made me traverse to the other side of the restaurant with three kids to wash their hands from the playground before eating their meal. And it happened aeveral times because the kids were si ezcited from the playground.

Disgusting, it smelled like piss and it was very clear that the staff was panicking, and coud not handle the amount of people in the restaurant. Incapable management. Not well trained personal. No one who spoke English while the restaurant is near the border. Saying that this 'restaurant' is terrible is a huge understatement.

Ewig lange Wartezeit bis zu 45Minuten. viel zu wenig Personal. Mülleimer überfüllt und Tische dreckig und klebrig. Der Boden voll mit Essen.

Worst McDonalds ever. Fries are cold and not well baked. No ice in drinks. Nuggets probably a long time baked before and reheated? To top it off, staff is really not friendly.

The toilets were disgusting, the service extremely slow, the tables dirty and the food... The fries were fried in super old oil and one Burger was cold. It was really a disgusting experience.

Sauber, schnelle Bearbeitung, sehr freundliches Personal, alles bereits umweltbewusster verpackt. Können andere Länder dringend nachziehen. Toiletten sauber.

The worst McDonald’s that we’ve been to. Staff took too long to prepare the food (it was almost empty in the restaurant) which was almost cold, lukewarm coffee, and worst of all- the pancakes were not well cooked. We bought 4 of them and you could see the uncooked batter in the middle of all of them. We brought them back to the staff to which they said that it was normal and just ignored us. Bad and slow service, bad food and worse attitude.

Die Hamburger waren nicht sehr gut,dann gibt's genau 2 Toiletten die nicht gerade vor Sauberkeit glänzen. Fazit nie wieder

Sehr freundliches Personal, hilfsbereit, sauberes WC. Essen wird an die Tische per Nummer gebracht. Verpackung bereits umweltbewusster ein Vorbild für viele Länder, die hoffentlich bald nachziehen. Preise o.k.

Very slowly. We come in 10:00 they were closed. They opened at 10:05. 5 min for transition is very much for us. In Mac very bad know English I wait more then 20 mins 3 cappuccinos really?

I had one of the best burger here comparing to all the other macdonald's I've tried in different countries, the burger was amazing,. The potatoes tasted very fresh and home made and the staff was very nice

Despite English and other languages being offered on the given devices for ordering, the menu items were listed in French only. The sizes were tiny and no other size options were available for shakes or desserts.
