I recommend not to have big hopes for visitors. The place looks magnificent from the outside but the service and the taste of meals are not as we expected. Plus, we ordered medium well cooked steak but it was medium rare. Fries are not crispy but tender.

Restaurant was not even half full at 13h55 and the attendant said there was no table available without reservation.

Schön eingerichtet und dekoriert, ganz im Westernstiel. Die freundliche Bedienung hat uns gut beraten und das leckere Essen schnell serviert. Es waren große Portionen, so als hätten wir noch 'ne Menge körperliche Arbeit vor uns... Eine schöne Abwechslung.

Das Essen ist ganz okay. Die Tische stehen manchmal in kleinen Ecken, die die Sicht in die Runde versperren. Der Service ist ziemlich schlecht: Man bekommt zwar ziemlich schnell etwas Brot und Salat, aber die Bedienung ist so schnelle wieder verschwunden, dass man kaum hinterherrufen kann. Üblicherweise wird nach den Platznehmen zunächst nach einem Getränk gefragt. Dann schleicht sich die Bedienung von hinten an, stellt das Essen auf den Tisch und verschwindet sofort wieder. Üblicherweise wird man bei leerem Glas gefragt ob man noch etwas möchte. Hier aber verdurstet man. Ohne nachzufragen ob man noch etwas möchte wird einem die Rechnung auf den Tisch gelegt! Das Eindecken der Tische für die Gäste am nächsten Tag hat hier auch Priorität gegenüber den anwesenden Gästen.

Es hat mir gar nichts geschmeckt. Angefangen bei dem Salat mit welchen, braunen Blättern, das Dressing sehr sauer. Mein Chickenburgen kalt, nicht mal der Käse war zerlaufen. Die Pommes minderer Qualität. Das Servicepersonal war auch nur Semifreundlich. Die Inneneinrichtung wirkte eher wie beim Asiaten und war recht schmuddelig.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit dem Essen und wurden sehr aufmerksam von einem netten jungen Mann bedient, der auch Englisch konnte. Wir kamen zu 7 spontan ohne Reservierung und brauchten dann auch bis nach Feierabend und trotzdem haben wir alles bekommen und wurden höflich behandelt. Auch die anderen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) wirkten sehr engagiert. Ich meine, dass die Qualität im Vergleich vor einem Jahr gestiegen ist und für uns ist es jetzt wie eine Tradition einmal zum Buffalo zu gehen, wenn wir in Colmar sind. Preis-Leistung ist für französische Verhältnisse günstig vor allem für 2-3 Gänge mit Getränken und dafür kann man dann auch bei der Menge an Auswahl und Gästen keine perfekte 5 Sterne Küche erwarten. Ich finde das Ambiente cool und wir werden wie gesagt immer mal wieder gerne kommen :-)

Das schlimmste was ich oder wir je gegessen haben. Die Steaks waren zäh und kalt. Die Pommes waren total versalzen und die Sossen waren alt und ohne Geschmack. Wir empfehlen niemanden hier zu essen.

We have been seated on a table for 20 minutes. No one approached us to get an order during that time. After 20 minutes they came to let us know that they cannot serve us and we have to leave. They were speaking only french so there was not any chance to understand the reason.

Junk food, scarce and bad... The avocado toast with tempered bread and very cold, the mix cheese tapas inedible, I have never seen croquettes without filling... really inadvisable, and the price is expensive

We had a great experience. The service was great. Our waiter Shamil was very kind.

We went to this restaurant to celebrate my Birthday and to eat Burgers. At the entrance they didn't warn us that they dont have more burgers. We were informed only after we ordered our drinks. Also we were told that there is no more tabasco. We ordered ribs and 2 steaks.. the ribs were burned and the steaks were from old meat. At the end when we went to pay we were told that it is normal that there is no more burgers and that actually there is Tabasco. There is something missing in the communication between the staff.

Delicious food and very friendly service! The meat is really good and the menu is very extensive. They were out of some things because we arrived pretty late but we still had more than enough to choose from. Shamil was super friendly and made sure all our needs were met, merci beaucoup!

Went there to grab some dessert. The staff was very kind! The lady at the counter, specially, was really attentive and helpful. Even though I couldn’t buy a take-away tea because they don’t have disposable cups, she gave me some tea sachets. That’s real kindness right there 🥹

We all enjoyed our food! The kids ate everything because it was so tasty and our dishes were also really good! We also enjoyed the desserts 😋

We arrived there at 8 p.m. o'clock and our main dishes arrived at 9:30 p.m., very slow service. Unfortunately we had a really stressed waitress (maybe a bad day) that didn't make us feel comfortable, probably because it was a full day of the weekend. The quality of the meet was not great for it's price.

It's a nice place for a family dinner. They have a small playground for kids, and kids menu is really nice. Service might seem to be a little bit slow, but they're friendly and helpful. Food is great and prices are reasonable. If you love meat and American kitchen - you should go here. Wine is good, so is the beer :). And one more thing, desserts are awesome here. So place is definitely worth visiting if you're around.

More than 30min waiting for the main, ridiculous size for the bbq ribs and we could not change the dessert choising another for a cheaper menu without added cost. The worst Buffalo that I visited.

Drinks were interesting...food was okay but the kids enjoyed themselves.

It was okay. Steak wasn't red inside. But I will not go there for a second time. Also it was very hot inside.

Worst experience ever at a Buffelo Grill. I've been eating there for the last 20 years. Meat was tough and burned at some places. The green beans totally overcooked and did not look fresh but rather from a can according to the color.
