Constant problems, unfriendly staff (especially the doctor) highly discouraged don't make the same mistake where it's all about the money!

There is a lack of any communication with patients. The assistants are nice, but Dr. It is not Eberhard himself. He did things to my jaw that he didn't communicate with me and ended up costing me more. The cherry on the cake is that he blames me, even though, as I said, nothing was discussed with me.

I was there with my children for years and was always satisfied! Short waiting times, friendly assistants and great doctors!

I was treated 15 years ago and now I'm struggling with the consequences, not only hours of waiting but also broken teeth. Don't make the same mistake, go somewhere else.

Absolutely unprofessional. Apart from the fact that I rarely had as much pain as I did during the treatments, there were constant problems. I recently had a retainer put on my top (after about six months of doctors trying to convince me that it was impossible), and my front teeth are now crooked again. I'm going to wave it there until my teeth are straight again like they were before. I don't pay almost €200 for a retainer to make my teeth crooked again. Just go somewhere else. Really incompetent practice. If I could I would give you zero stars.

I had problems with my retainer, which I had on my teeth for several years. One call was enough for a super fixed appointment. The waiting time on site was also very short, I got my turn straight away and was allowed into the treatment room. The doctor and the team completed the repair very quickly. I'm so glad I can eat normally again. Thanks!
