She explains everything well; what will happen, in terms of aftercare, how to proceed, etc. No questions are strange to her. She is extremely friendly and makes you feel at ease. Bad experience: made an appointment via the website, which was moved without consultation. I wanted treatment so I accepted and waited 10 minutes upon arrival. Girl very nice but looked unkempt. Said that I first had to have an intake for the treatment, but I had not received an email or anything about this before. After a number of questions and 20 minutes later, it was said calmly that there was no more time for the treatment (I still tried to apply foam for 39 euros). Organization really bad and customer unfriendly. I can't say anything about the treatment as I didn't receive it...

Ended up here to have a tattoo lasered away. What I really like is that you get a fixed face and in my case that was Maureen. She explains all the steps clearly in advance, and you will always be told what she is going to do during the treatment. And she also takes the time to give a clear answer to questions. In short, very satisfied!

Poor communication about prices. While a 50% discount applies to others, this does not apply to existing customers. Does a colleague want to give you a voucher, says the other college... she is new and she doesn't understand it yet. You already had a discount. Which I knew absolutely nothing about and which is certainly not reflected in the price!

I had laser treatment at the beginning of March to remove pigment spots. Now on May 3rd I have more pigment spots than ever before.
