This is Eindhoven's top sushi restaurant. It's not an elegant restaurant where you'd want to celebrate your anniversary, but it's somewhere in the middle of casual and nice dining. They are so focused on pick-ups that if you want to sit and eat, you will have to wait a long time due to a staff shortage. You will not want to go to any other sushi restaurant after you have tried this one. Remember, they have two branch in Eindhoven. Both is delicious.

Food is very good, nice selection and come fresh from the kitchen! Service could improve with one or two more to help getting the orders....

I want to start saying that the food is really good here, unfortunately I cannot say the same for the service and location. They let us waiting long time just in front of the reception desk, without any explanation. Then we set in a small table, where the room is so crowded and noisy that you can barely listen to each other. Moreover, it is located directly in front of the kitchen and we left the place smelling really badly.. Poor selection of tea and drinks as well. Even if the dishes are nicely done and taste very good, you won't enjoy the experience and therefore not worth the expensive price.

Amazing food! The sushi is fresh and tastes delicious. Also alternatives if you don't like sushi (like salmon dishes). Will definitely come back in the future. Hands down the best Japanese restaurant in the Eindhoven area!

Very good quality Japanese food! If you like creative sushi ideas then this is a good stop although not cheap.

We ordered a few different sushis and dumpling and meat. Food was ok. Restaurant has two sections inside. One of them has a very nice atmosphere but the other one is ok’ish. Meats are not that good. Sushis are ok. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Sushi was very good and tasty! The Tataki was a bit disappointing with the size and the lack of taste But will definitely be back to eat more sushi there:)

I had the worst restaurant experience of my entire life in here. We went there with my boyfriend for a super casual valentines dinner, it was a real mistake. Even though we made a reservation before going there, we had to wait a bit before we were seated. Then we had to wait even longer to order our dinner. At that point it was around 20:30 and I was already very hungry. The waitress who took our orders was not really communicating well, she simply forgot about my order and we found out this when I waited for my food to arrive for AN HOUR. It never came. My boyfriend had to ask for where my order is to the same waitress. Then she brought ONLY 1 of the things I ordered (at this point it is 21:30 and I am super angry and hungry). Then we had to ask where the second dish was?! The second dish came way after. It was fried rice and while I was eating it something cracked in between my teeth. That was the tipping point for me and I couldn’t help and started crying in this restaurant. Terrible service. Food is not that great. In short, don’t waste your time and money by going there.

Sushi is the best in town!

I have never dined in, but I got take away sushi multiple times. Their Maki boxes for 2 are superb. The price is honest and there are many sushi variations to taste. It is true what they say in town: this is one of the best sushi spots in Eindhoven.

Im not sure if it’s ‘authentic Japanese’ but it’s not bad and service was very attentive and fast

I’ve had a hard time finding quality/good sushi in Eindhoven. Kyoto so far is the best. There are way too many all you can eat sushi places focusing on quantity not quality. I’m happy Kyoto sets itself apart.

The food was excellent, highly recommend the place.

We go very often, we like a lot the food but the service is very bad. Unfortunately we left yesterday before we received our last dish. I had to chase the waiter to take the order and even so, the dish and drinks never came.

We ordered 3 sets of sushi, prawn tempura and gyoza. Sushi was really good but prawn tempura was beyond that level, very yummy. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same thing for the gyoza; it was below my expectations. Waiting time between dishes was reasonable. 3xsushi, 2xprawn tempura, 1xgyoza, 4xbeer was 80 euro, which is acceptable.
